Awesome place! Super clean and social distance

This is my first time being in here. The inside is pretty nice compared to the outside and they have nice treadmills. However, I think it would be nicer to add more abs machines/equipments.

Plenty of space to work apart. Plenty of equipment to use

Having go for a little while but for many years they have nice machine clean areas and the best is a good price

Great gym. I have not been back since the covid19 pandemic began in March and am missing going 4-5 nights a week big time! Ive paid for yearly memberships here for 3 years now. Im going to visit next week to see how things look with all the changes due to the pandemic.

I was there 45 mins no employee clean machines. Was told it was to be clean every 20 mins.

This location has done an excellent job of creating a social distancing environment. Treadmills have curtain protection and spaced to maintain distance between the people using them. The equipment appears to be kept clean and in good working order. The locker room is of a good size with plenty of lockers and bench seats. Two of the four showers are out of service to maintain social distancing and the two on each end are open. The shower stalls were clean as well. The bathroom overall was clean but the toilet that I used was left dirty from a previous user (I think).Overall, good clean and well kept location!

Folks are very helpful for those like us. We are trying to age with grace and some minor disabilities. 🙏🇺🇸👍

The place is very clean. BUT just like anywhere else, no one is following the social distance rules or cleaning their machine after use. So as long as you dont mind people really close to you while you work out..you will be fine.

Love it! Great customer service, nice environment, nice friendly staff. The machines are in great shape, clean and Theres a lot of machines! Which is a good thing though, i personally dont go during the day because its crowded, rather go at night time its less people working out.

Very clean place to workout with helpful staff

It shouldn’t be that way. I should just be able to unenroll as easily as I was able to enroll, online. I live no where near the club, and honestly it is a pain to write a letter and mail it, for this. It will just be easier to revoke authorization on any future payments.

Great place to work out. Tanning beds, water massage beds, and massage chairs all with the black card. Well worth the price if you go two to three times a week. However, if you only go to the gym once a week or once a month, definately not worth it lol

Pleasant staff, good facility, only issue was lack of sufficient counter space in locker room and no paper towels. Overall a decent spot to workout. Personally recommend going late at night as the 12-3am crowd there is very entertaining. Will definitely go again.

I cant complain, each location is different but for the price tag you get a good product. Im able to work out wherever im at. When you walk in the staff are always friendly and greet you. They answer questions and help you have the experience you expect even when away from home. I havent utilized any trainers yet or had them work with me on the machines but I know its available.

I feel so good after going there. My arthritis is less painful and my muscles make movement better. I can tell the difference from when I dont go.

This one in chicopee gets packed with alot of ppl. Parking gets terrible. I go to the one in the holyoke mall now.

This is a great gym. The equipment is clean. And you get to choose your own personal locker when you go into the locker room. The showers are always cleaned. The light in the mirrors are really bright. Which is perfect for any female who wants to do their makeup afterwards. They have an area you can bench at. Plus a massage bed and chairs. The bathrooms are always kept cleaned and the changing room. I will be returning.

Newly equipped and opened Planet Fitness. It had its grand reopening last week. It just moved from Mountain Farms Mall, across the street to the Hadley Mall. Now open 24/7. Many more cardio and resistance weight machines and racks, and body weight systems. Better tanning rooms, etc. Nice locker rooms, and bathrooms. A long overdue, but nicely done upgrade!

Very clean and great atmosphere

Joined a couple of months ago rather tentatively, with the intent of taking advantage of the 24/7 access hours. This, along with the Black Card perks, including access to all other PF facilities, has kept me on track with my fitness goals. In short, the best choice Ive made in along time fitness/gym-wise.The icing on the cake, friendly staff and clean facilities, makes it a prefect pretext to be consistent. For that I say, Thanks.

For those that know the “Friends” episode where you can’t cancel a membership. It is true!!! I don’t even live in the state I joined, and I have to go there to cancel 🙄🙄.

Great place to work its never packed and u can work out with no problems

Good equipment, nice and big, love the hydro massage and tanning but the showers could do with a cleaning. The ladies ones are absolutely disgusting! You can see mold and mildew on the inside of the curtains and I dont even know what the other stains are, I thought it may have been some blood?

Not a bad experience. TVs for viewing while working out, workout machines all work, different types of machines for specific areas you want to target. Facility is neat and tidy. You see the individuals that genuinely want to work out and just that & then you have your show offs begging for attention lol Staff always willing to help, restroom is big and fancy.

Love the judgement free zone. Feel comfort in this environment.

Nice big place with variety of equipment butt..This place smelled so bad. Like an unfiltered locker room. I couldnt stay inside. Went to liberty st one in springfield.

Ive been to ALLOT of PFs but the Chicopee location is hands down the friendliest, cleanest and has the best equipment. The staff is amazing, enthusiastic, helpful and engaging. Shout out to the girl worker whos there almost every morning, great personality and very helpful.

I’ve never worked out at another gym and see no reason too. Very judgment free and low-key.

Good prices ... needs something to keep people coming (and I dont mean free bagels on tuesday)

Clean and plenty of equipment. Hydro massage beds are a real treat after working out. People of varying levels of fitness routines all doing their individual workouts. I like it there!

Wish they had a couple more pectoral machines. Seems like you have to wait on them, and then rush over to it once someone finishes, before someone else hops on it! I go to the Chicopee location. Nice, judgement free place!

Its just another Planet Fitness. Wise guys at the counter and people of all sorts trying to do their own thing. Overall, this Chicopee location is great.

Good for beginners but needs to get actual benches and squat rack

Dina Aucella was very unprofessional and very condescending to my partner when we were trying to get a refund for the PF account charged to both his bank accounts. She asked for his personal information from the accounts and then proceeded to explain how both accounts weren’t charged, yet the company said they did and they can refund it. If you have issues don’t go to her. She’s not helpful. And she should be retrained in return policy’s.

Clean location and large! Nice team. The only downside is cell phone use here. People who goof off and take photos the entire time should be kicked out.

The gym itself is good. Friendly staff, great equipement and always clean. But it is soo over crowded. Most of the time youre waiting forever to finally workout at a certain machine. Ive literally walked in before just to walk right out for how over crowded it was. The last thing I want to do is wait around for machines and try to hurry up before someone else grabs it. Ive even seen people argue about whos turn it was and whos been waiting for the machine the longest smh. Parking is terrible as well, good luck finding any and if you do is probably in the dirt parking lot in the back. Another planet fitness in chicopee is definetly needed.

Great place to go to work out. Brand new equipment and very accepting of anyone who wants to work out.

Went there for the first time around 6:30am and accidently locked my keys in my car. The gentlemen that was there help me out big time useing his triple a to unlock my car. He even allowed me to work out during the wait. He was very respectful. You dont see that anymore, thats really hard to come by. I hope they give him a big raise.

You guys did amazing with the remodel, switched to this gym from westspringfield, go daily, amazing big gym and very nice and professional staff.

Its okay. Theres not too much personality to the gym. Its quiet and that to me is a red flag for a gym. Some of the staff is friendly others are completely rude. The equipment is limited. There are no squat racksAnd no free olympic bar. The lunk sign is really disheartening. I fit the category to a t aside from being one who judges while reading a sign about judgement. Then I was shown a commercial that Planet Fitness has out about Bodybuilders and its very judgmental. We arent stupid and we arent broke. But I guess it isnt my planet. Theres other gyms to choose from but the feeling of being discriminating and prejudged on appearances and a jug of water is pretty foul.

Its such a PR scam taking complete advantage of people with insecurities using the judgment free zone gimmick smh its sad actually then they offer pizza at times for hmm ?? Reward? I doubt it its funny actually. Its a gym really for those who wont ever truly commit to but PF will definitely make sure ur credit card stays committed to paying them. Club fitness is by far a much better & more motivating gym and is truly a judgement free zone. Give that gym a try and I bet youll love it

To the dirt bag at the counter tonight that felt the need to comment on my way out about who goes to the gym and then leaves 20 minutes later.... people whos knee was recently shattered and repaired thats who. I went after work to log a little bit of bike time because in my world even 5 minutes matters. Im not allowed to be on it longer than 20. I figured being a judgement free zone and all that my workout abilities while recovering wouldnt be judged or laughed at. I will be cancelling my membership and taking my business elsewhere from now on. Thanks for ruining my night and making me feel like all the recovering Ive done is worthless. If I could give this place no stars I would.
