Mario was really great to deal with. On first contact, he did not size me up as to how much can I get out of this, but as a real person needing truthful advice. I felt he was very honest, and I find that very important when dealing with someone, especially dealing with auto issues, where another mechanic could take advantage of your ignorance. I give Marios 5 stars for honesty and genuine concern for the individual. That is a rare thing.
