I love this place. Ive been here a few times now and always had a blast, so do the kids. Its a great place to have a birthday party, or just to go get rid of some energy. Theres a few different things to play on and games to play. (I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.)

A amazing place weve had 2 birthday partys there so far for 2 of our kids and the employees are very friendly and make sure you dont need anything at all. They are very clean always walking around and cleaning and wiping down everything very clean. Highly recommend for any time or occasion or even just the fun of if. Go be a kid again.

It was really fun. Took my granddaughter for toddler time. They can jump all over for a couple hours. I even did some jumping with her. Parents and grandparents are free if you have the socks.(if not you can buy a pair for a few bucks) I had my sons so I didnt have to buy any extra. We both got a good workout. Highly recommend if you have a toddler with a lot of energy to work off.

Had Soo much fun today, Soo much to do in Soo little time. Rates are by the hr. Snacks, games, children of all ages welcome. B-day party rooms.Dont forget the jam bored $5hr an its fun.My daughter had Soo much fun her upcoming B-day will be held there.

Our family is evacuated due to the Dixie fire right now. We didn’t know they were closed till 2, so we headed back to our car. I didn’t catch his name if he was the owner or manager. But he hurried out to catch us and gave all three of our kids a free passes… so sweet. Made their day. They’re having a great time and thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

Dont go if your kid is over 11. The place is small and not fun for anyone older.

Unfortunately Chico has almost zero places for families and especially kids to go when its cold or super hot. This is one of the only fun indoor places for kids of all ages to go. We love going here as its physical and something our youngest and oldest kids enjoy doing. It is a bit pricey but I understand why. So glad we have this place and wish more things like it would open up! Great arcade area and lots of different jumping areas.

We went with our childrens grandmother while on vacation. She wanted to take our kids (ages 4, 5, 6) for some fun outta the sun. The girl at the front desk was beyond rude, refused to answer any questions, and honestly looked like she hated her life, jobs, and working with kids. My mother in law paid for all the kids to jump for an hour, but 30 mins in and they started cleaning the only areas that our kids could jump. Theyre was mostly little jumpers so for our last half hour our kids as well as others had no where to jump. Would not recommend and will not be going back.

Great place to let the kids burn off some energy. Super nice employees. They even gave massage chairs for parents while they watch their kids play.

Dont ever take your kids here. My neice and nephew went there today, a employee took my nephew to the bathroom without even getting the ok from there father, the employee yanked my neice by her arm hard enough to leave a Bruise on her arm. Almost nothing was open even though everything worked fine. This place is very poorly maintained and most employees are extremely rude and completely out of line. Ill be following up with a lawsuit.

Such a great place to go for my nephews. The workers are very helpful, friendly and are very respectful when asking to follow the posted rules. 3 boys have a lot of energy and this is just the place to go to for all ages. The facility is clean and has sanitary stations out. Highly recommend!

Rare air is the best place to have a party I have both my boys birthday parties there they invite their whole class they have so much fun and it gives you a break. They have arcade games and you can get prizes with tickets you win and air hockey they have a few things to eat and drink they are all pretty good. They set up and clean up the party they order the food for you bring it in when its time to eat and do cake you bring the cake. All the kids have a blast I recommend taking then often its get exercise for the and theres a littles area and now a rock wall its makes me happy to see them smile when their playing. Great place.

Fun and worth 20 bucks for a couple hours.

It seems chaotic with all the kids running around and you would think an ambulance would just be parked outside at all times. However, this place seems to have it worked out, been a couple times now. Staff is great, as soon as a kid bumps his head, twists an ankle etc, staff jumped on offering ice and insuring that the kid is okay.

Its a good place for some family fun. Some of the games were playable but out of tickets to give you whenever you win and there were no clear signs of that on them but overall it was still fun. Im sure staff was really busy because the place was packed. 👍🏼👍🏼

Great place for the family! I went with my daughter and her 4 girls ranging from 2 to 13 and they had so much fun we paid for an extra hour. The staff at the park were helpful and courteous.

Was jumping with my child in the junior section was told couldnt jump with him. No rules posted that I couldnt. Sign read jump to the best of your abilities. But once told understood an was okay with although there where other adults doing what I was an not being questioned . Second time was in the large jump area an was on a wet square was barley wet trying to go around to get closer to the child I was in with to avoid the other kids an the ref came all the way from the other end of the build to come an ask me to switch squars which others where on wet one as well. Was a very poor experience . Would not recommend. Waste of money for myself to be singled out multiple times. No apology from the arrogant ref which I due believe was deserved.

Its really cool place. I have 2 kids. We went for the Toddler Time special. It cost us 20$ even for the 4 of us (my kids, me & my husband) u pay only for each child who is to jump.And each person who is to be on the trampolines has to wear special socks which are 3$ ea but a one time purchase & u reuse them should u return. It was a pretty good deal.Theres several different activity areas. Dodge ball, basketball dunking, beam fighting thingy (idk wut its called but two ppl stand on a narrow beam or ledge/wall & have a giant soft but heavy beating stick poll thing & has to try & knock the other person off the beam to where they fall into a giant air bag. Its like landing on a cloud lol.) Theres other areas just for exercise aerobic & parcor type stuf, as well as smaller parcor areas just for littles complete with little toy animals they can bounce on too.The only reason I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars is bc during Toddler Time the adults arent allowed to jump. Which I kinda get. Its Toddler Time (which their designated age range is 2-6 yrs old btw) after all & in the advertising they clearly state its for the kids. But wen we get there the girl at the counter asked if we ben there before we sed no. And so she gave us a quick run thru. And sed, its for the kids & so the adults arent allowed to jump, dont want anyone getting hurt u know... So are both adults gonna need socks or? So u can be on the trampoline to be with them follow them around & stuff. It just seemed like..idk... But I think that the adults should be allowed to jump too. I mean, theyre there with their own kids. Not like were gonna get all crazy. And besides, upon entering were already made to sign a wavier or were not even allowed to jump at all. So why the hell cant we jump with our own kids?? My 5 yr old was sitting at my husbands feet & my husband began lightly bouncing him barely a couple inches high, barely. And my husband didnt even really have to jump to do it cuz there trampolines r so springy lol. But thats something he does with him at home on our own trampoline all the time except he bounces him a couple feet off the trampoline. And wen he did this, was bouncing my 5 yr old a couple inches off the trampoline, one of the Trampoline Police or Guard idk wut theyre called Referee? Idk lol. But someone came over & told him to stop that he couldnt do that. Like really??? Thats stupid.But other than that, its a really cool place.

Besides trampolines, there are multiple game machines & massage chairs for the parents!They have a toddler time that is height based, but close to 6 yrs of age. Its nice that the whole place is open to only little ones, but it can also get crowded during that time.

Good for older kids. I took 1 star off because they dont really inforce the rules. Half the people there wear masks while while others simply just ignore the state mandated law without consequences.

It was pretty crowded and they did not enforce any of the rules they say they have nor did they enforce and COVID policies. Its overpriced and small but the kids love it.

Great place for the whole family

A blessing for a city hard up for children entertainment. Extremely busy but well deserving. Kids will jump their hearts out. They are strict on their socks, even if you have sticky socks from elsewhere. They host birthday parties as well.

[Review deleted on Facebook]: Looks like back in July 2020 they refused the county and state orders to close, now they are doing it again in November 2020. Look, they dont care about the kids and the community. Plain and simple. Young people in charge just looking for a profit when those in charge say they should be closed. Rebelling against authority. Your kids (and familys) safety is not their highest (or any) priority to them. Facebook sites classify them as epic failures. Gonna have to agree.

I always have so much fun when I go to Rare Air! There’s nothing quite like jumping around with friends! There’s lots of activities to do to and the staff is always polite and accommodating! Will definitely go again!

This place is pretty awesome, they have five birthday rooms but they were only using three when we got there and we had to wait about 25 minutes before we can go in and start setting up, I dont know why they didnt have more people on staff to use the other two rooms or at least one of them, once we got the room the staff member cleaned it up and set out plates and forks then we got to decorate, we bought a package deal with 20 kids and I think it ran about $350, the kids get to jump for an hour and then we had the party room for an hour and then they can jump after the cake and stuff for a full two hours total, the kids loved it and had an awesome time, they have a sitting area in the middle so you can watch all of the jumping cages and whats going on, the pretty good setup, they also have some games on the side that you can play for tickets, they also have a little mini bar in the front where you can buy soda drinks and a few other thingsThe staff was very friendly and helpfulOne thing I didnt like is that Coke machine charges $2 for one soda, I thought that was quite High, things are expensive in there but the kids love it and now hes have a great time, they also get a pair of neon green rare air socks to keep, overall its a fairly decent place but the price is quite High I will say, $350 for 20 kids at a birthday party seems very high to me, they dont have any servers that help you in the party rooms either, you do it all yourself, even the cleanup, for the prices they charge they should put one helper in each party room and that would take some pressure off of the parents, that would make it worth a little more and then 350 might not sound so bad if they had a few extra little perks, otherwise its too much! Thats why Im giving 4 stars

Very fun. Definitely a place to take some rambunctious kids. My kid has been there twice so far and really enjoyed it.

My kids seem to love this place. So its pretty cool. I didnt really check it out but seems like it had a lot of arcade games. That is cool. I think its neat that you can get roundtable pizza provided for Birthday parties, that is also neat!

Our organization hosted a special event here. Rare Air was super accommodating and their staff were very polite. We had a great time jumping! Definitely will be coming back. The dodgeball is a blast!

In a pandemic year, not everybody follows rules, good place to get covid.

There is great energy from the moment you walk in. The location is very clean and well maintained too. The staff were friendly and attentive which is a plus. We had such a wonderful time there and everyone seemed really happy, including the staff. They have several rooms for parties and many different plans to accommodate every budget. We will be back. Thanks so much for having such a wonderful place to visit.

My kids love this place

The staff are some of the best I’ve experienced. They are so happy and friendly and want everyone to genuinely have a great time. The facility is clean and cashiers continually keep cleaning throughout the day. The court monitors really make the experience interactive and fun for little guys! The owners, Ronnie and Stephanie are such kind souls! Overall, my kids and wife loved this place and we will definitely be regulars!!! I don’t know how Chico lived without them here!!!

Saw the cashier Megan at Target and she initiated a conversation just from recognizing us at “regulars” to Rare Air. She was really friendly and listened to my son’s story about his whole day and school and the two talked for a good 20 minutes. She answered some questions I had about the place and we had a conversation as well. She ended the conversation expressing to my son that she’s excited to see us at Rare Air soon which made my son ask me if we could go there the next day! Really friendly girl and I rarely see people take the time to mention anything about work on their time off from work. Such a great hire!

This facility is very well maintained, the staff is super friendly and very helpful. I have a large family and one cashier up front named Emma, I believe, had suggested that we try family night on Tuesdays as it would be a bit more affordable for my family to come in more often. The court monitors are very helpful and do their best to ensure the safety of our children. A much needed family fun center in Chico. I highly recommend to anyone!

It was such a rad experience! They were very accommodating with the big group that we were bringing, and had many people on staff to help make sure everybody was safe and having a good time! Their facilities are nice and clean, and with so many different games and activities to do it ensured everybody was having an awesome time! I would definitely go again.

UPDATE: Ended up reaching out to Redding location because I couldnt get through to Chico. They took down my info and an employee from Chico called me from their personal cell, as they were having phone issues. She was incredibly helpful, kind and apologetic. Great customer service and my son loves this place.You guys are impossible to reach. Number is forever busy and your site keeps glitching out on me when I try to book a birthday party. Incredibly frustrating.

My daughter and I stopped by for toddler time. Was all fun until I was told I couldnt jump around with my daughter. What the hell! I cant jump with my daughter and enjoy our time together at a jump park? Rediculous... I get it, its toddler time but lets be real now, the only people who are going to be there are toddlers and their hopefully responsible parent. I cant imagine any parent is going to go buck wild and cause any harm jumping having fun knowing its toddler time. This rule is nonsense. Along with that, the website says the cost is $7 for toddlers and I was charged $8. Big deal right? Well yeah, get your business in order.I will have to say, it was nice and clean but got dang! Too many rules...

Really cool place. Massage chairs for parents while they watch their kids jump. Awesome staff, guys are so friendly and helpful. Prices are good. $12 for 1 hrs week day $14 for 1 hr weekend. Plus $3 socks for first time quest. Returning guest bring socks back each time for no charge on socks. They have a great arcade area and you actually win a decent amount of tickets for the price booth. They also have snacks and drinks and a parent lounge. Check it out!!!

Very fun place to take your family! If you dont feel like or cant jump around then its always entertaining watching everyone jumping, or playing one of the games in the separate areas. They have food and drinks in case you need a snack too.

I was in today with my children and their friends. It was really busy but the staff were doing an amazing job keeping up with the high demand and keeping everyone safe. The court monitors had to contentiously tell the same group of people the rules and didnt get visually frustrated or lose their cool. I witnessed a disgruntled parent scream in a cashiers face and the employee took it with class and character that I myself most likely could not have in the same situation. Especially after I witnessed this cashier go above and beyond to help this family be conformable while waiting in the parent lounge for what I can only assume was a party. So high five to an amazing job today Chico Rare Air team!

We had a great time! We had a party there this last weekend and the kids had a great time! The staff was extremely helpful, they constantly checked on us and they helped us with our cake (as we know cake time can be very stressful). The kids jumped and never stopped! We are so grateful to have Rare Air in town! My kids are already asking to come back with the free jump pass we received with our birthday party. Thanks Rare Air and Staff, we will be back!

This place is really great for kids. Even toddlers can have a blast here. The interior and trampolines are well designed and feel very safe. Its a little on the pricey side though.

I had a great time here, it was my first time ever going and the staff were amazing, especially lianessa. She brought me and friends some bigger versions of the things you use on the battle beam. She also kept us company while it was slow and showed us everything we should try at the trampoline park. All in all it was great.

Rare Air is such great new place to have fun. My siblings and I went there for a birthday party and it was a blast. All the employees were quite friendly as well, especially Lianessa. Whenever my sisters or I had a question she was always happy to help. Overall great service and lots of fun everyone should try this place out.

I’ve organized a couple of private events at the trampoline park and they have been super helpful and everyone at our event had a great time! They have a very friendly staff and a clean and fun establishment.

The kids attended a b-day party there. Crowded. But fun. The most popular was the log one where you try to knock your opponent down. Big line because only 2 kids could be in there.

I went to Rare Air Chico on Sunday for a private party. The staff was amazing, accommodating, and displayed excellent customer service throughout. My daughter LOVED jumping. We have been to the Redding location several times as well and have experienced the same great customer service and fun.These parks are ran great with owners who care about each customer- it shows!

Rare Air is pretty awesome, with a huge selection of trampolines. My kids loved it. One thing they could work on is general ambiance. It feels like the inside of a warehouse.

A lot of fun and a sweet staff. Basic Econ should point to the fact that when you have more staff than guests, maybe you are charging too much! at least on a weeknight during the school season. Lower the price and you will bring home more cash!
