The change is my overall strength is unbelievable. I am a competitive person by nature so the personal challenges I set for myself and then achieve make it very worthwhile. Taylor and his staff are super nice and take an interest in you no matter what fitness level you are at.
Creed Strength and Fitness has exceeded my expectations in a gym. Taylor and Colin have been amazing coaches for my two teenagers and myself. The workouts are fun and push us individually. Creed has a wide variety of workouts and modifications for each persons’ individual needs. The environment of the gym is welcoming and friendly. I’ve been going to this gym for right around two years now. Taylor is an amazing trainer, and has always continuously pushed me to reach my goals. I tore my ACL 8.5 months ago, and I truly couldn’t have recovered without his help. Initially I was set for recovering in 10 months, but he helped to make it only 8.5. He worked with me the whole time even when I first hurt it and was completely restricted, by modifying my workouts and training only my upper body. He shows his enthusiasm for his job everyday, and he is so kind to his clients. He truly can make anyone feel comfortable and ready to get in their best shape!
Creed Strength & Fitness is by far the best place to work out!!! From beginning to more experienced workouts, they can do it all. Taylor and Colin are extremely knowledgeable and can help with any issue I might be having (back and hip issues). The work out groups are small so you will always get one on one time when needed. I would highly recommend Creed Strength & Fitness to anyone as it will improve your health journey no matter what your experience is.
I have been training with Taylor (the owner of Creed Strength & Fitness) since 2016. He is extremely knowledgeable, listens to any physical issues I may have and can adjust exercises as needed. Our family loves Creed! Our two teenagers have gained strength, agility, speed and confidence which has helped them have an edge over other athletes they compete against. Taylor has a gift when working with athletes. He mentors and coaches them to be better. My husband and I appreciate Taylor’s knowledge helping on how to increase our strength, cardio and flexibility. I began working out with Taylor almost five years ago when I was a freshman in high school. I have continued to work out at Creed Strength & Fitness because of the wide range of productive exercises, the extensive knowledge Taylor possesses pertaining to lifting form and kinesiology, and the challenging yet enjoyable workout Creed gives me each day. Throughout high school and four basketball seasons, even if dealing with an injury or before a game, work outs were always modified for the position I was in. I am now out of high school and Creed continues to provide me with the resources and instruction for an exceptional workout. Taylor and Colin are knowledgeable, innovative, and understanding. The atmosphere is conducive to newcomers as well as “seasoned athletes”. The gym is very clean and user friendly. Try it out, there are often specials and the culture is friendly to new faces and bodies.

Ive been working out with Taylor for over a year now and I havent felt this good in years!! Not only have I lost a bunch of weight, Im also getting stronger. I love to go hiking and I notice since Ive been at Creed, Im not getting winded as fast as I used to. I go in five days a week normally and enjoy every minute of it. You definitely learn the right way as he works on form from the start. If you have an injury just let him now and he will modify your workout for you. The small class sizes makes it nice so you can get help when you need it. I wouldnt want to workout anywhere else.
Love going to Creed! I have NEVER been a gym person, but now I am! Nice small classes and personal attention, helping me to take control of my goals with my body. Taylor is a great trainer who can help anyone, at any level of fitness, improve their strength and stamina. He will teach you to enjoy lifting weights and combines this with cardio and flexibility. Every exercise can be modified to your level of fitness and/or past injuries. The classes are small, the instruction is top-notch and you will make new friends in the process.
