Do it yourself car wash. You can purchase a car wash anywhere from 7 dollars to 28 dollars. Other folks purchase a membership and an go when ever they like. I am lucky to get a monthly car wash. The best park are the vacuums.If you don’t want a car wash for two dollars you can use unlimited car vacuum. This is great to clean the kids mess out of the car and not have a limit in time.Very busy on Sunday in April!

Can someone please look into some quality control? This happened today September 11 between 4pm to 4:30pm. I purchased Extreme wash and this is the 3rd time it has happened. Today, went get the car wash and I noticed that the few brushes are running and the Rinse did not really rinse at all soap off my car. Also I noticed at the air blower the light was blinking “epic” wash instead of extreme. So obliviously I have to wash my car again and I also noticed that I am not the only one. I seen cars driving back to entrance after their wash in front of me and that is causing for the line to be long. I told the guy what had happened and he told me he will put “ultimate” wash this time… guess what? It was still on “epic” wash and it still did not rinse all the dam soap. I’m not expecting it to be perfect but very least have the rinse actually rinse all the dam soap. The fudge is going on here? I wanted to go back for the 3rd wash, but I don’t have the time for that. How are you guys keeping up who is bought what? Is everyone going through “epic” wash even though some of us bought extreme wash? Yeah I noticed something was off while the wash was going on, dead giveaway is the tires were not being “shine” and few other stuff that “extreme” should have.

Worst car wash Ive ever paid for. Bought the $18 wash so I could get the undercarriage cleaned too, and the hood of my car still has dirt on it after pulling out of the wash. (Picture taken immediately after the car wash.) I can do a better job at home. What a waste of money!

I wish they had someone who hands dried your car as you came out like the car wash in Oroville but I do like that u get the vacuuming with it

The $14 Ultimate Wash is a great wash especially for my tires.

Awful. Super busy when I went and the wash was shut off midway through. When it restarted it left my car dirty, streaky and covered in soap. Went through a second time and the same thing happened. No one to resolve poor quality or anywhere to get the residue cleaned off except to go through again. Massive waste of time and money.

A little pricey. Air dryer wasn’t great. I ended up doing a lot of drying on my own.

I miss you so much! Moved to Shasta Lake and nothing comes close here. My car was always clean and shiney. I do a nice wash and vacuum each time I come to town.

We asked for our tires to be washed and made a point of it by having the girl at the entrance mark the windshield. The two men at the beginning of the wash were so into their discussion that they ignored it and the tires never got scrubbed

Had a membership, Car wash did over 500$ in damage to my truck, No SIGNS and NO employee said anything about damage claims when I purchased my membership so I didnt go back to car wash for a few weeks. When I did come back to cancel my membership asked what happens if a truck gets damaged and then was told about damage claim. Filled one out and Had pictures of the day and time it happen, also had estimate done on truck 2 days after it happen and they said my claim was denied because they had no camera footage cause there footage gets erased after 2 weeks. Very dissapointed and wouldnt recommend anyone that has nice vehicles to come here. Forrest ave location chico.

I live in Oxnard and have gone to the Surf thru there for a while now.Imagine my surprise when I came to Chico to drop of my moms new car I stopped here to get the bugs scrubbed off and found the Chico location.Surf through car wash is one of the best ideas Ive seen I love the way they wash your car and the floor mat machine free vacuums this place is excellent probably the best car wash in Chico nowyou can join as a member, pay cash or use your card you have a couple of options for service including tire dressing and Rain-x application.you get a choice of air fresheners, a dash wipe and a trash bag ever time you come in.The price is great considering that you have a staff that scrubs the heavy stuff off the car before you go thru the tunnel, they have a cool brush that scrubs you tires and applies tire dressing at the same time when you pull out you can vacuum your car for free.After the wash we went to the vacuum station and they have great vacuums and also a air hose to blow all the stuff out of the nooks and crannys of your car. the staff comes around to see if you have everything you need too.Between dropping quarters for the wash and for the vacuum. I have spent way more at the spray off car wash and not got as good of a job.This is my new goto scrub-a-Dub spot when in town!

I took my Jeep through after all the ash was piled up on my rig. I got the best wash (only $14, awesome!), But not all the bugs on window and ash got off... I called and the sweet girl said to go through again. I did at no extra cost. I still have some bugs and ash, but didnt want to be that guy so I went home. Thanks guys!

After a quick Google search this location had 4.2 Stars so I decided to give them a chance. I paid $18 which is their highest option so obviously I expected a good job done... Get through with the car wash and the car is still a little damp so from my drivers seat couldnt tell that there was an issue... Hop on the freeway to get the car dried off a little bit more and then stop it the store for lunch as I get out I noticed the whole top of my car and Hood doesnt even look like it was touched... So I drive the 10 minutes back to the location and they offer me a free rewash and as Im going through it I noticed that none of the lights for the options are popping up and I get to the end and realize that they sent me through on an Express theyre basic bottom package without looking at the website Id guess its along the $8 path... So I paid $18 to have my car not washed the first time waste 20 minutes driving and then they give me a less than I paid for wash washing off the wall n all the upgrades, and then it was still only like 80% which is picking bcuz my car want even that bad... Needles to say I wont be coming back.

This was by far the best quickie car wash experience Ive ever had. Between self service and full service. They do a quick outside hand brushing as you are being hooked up, you ride thru wash machine and then spend as much time as you need detailing and vacuuming the inside. (Depending on if someone is waiting for vacuums. But there are ALOT of vacuums) Best vacuum system ever! They even supplied me with a dash wipe and air freshener of my choice of scent. Only complaint was they missed my back window and bumper with hand brushes so rear tailgate didnt come out as clean as rest of car. I will return whenever Im back in Chico!

If you buy the monthly pass, you get 5 upscale washes for $30. Their regular price for this wash is $14.95 each time. When you purchase the monthly pass, you must keep it for the first 2 months and you can later decide to cancel if you want to. Otherwise, it will automatically reload every month.The tire spray is nice, but it usually leaves a film on your hubcaps, which needs to be wiped off.Your wash also includes gloves, car sanitizer, a wet wash cloth and a small garbage bag to dump debris into from inside your car.When you drive out and go to the vacuum area, they also have a high velocity wind sprayer to get residual water off of windows and car.Quick and easy car wash!

Whats not to love about this car wash? Its affordable, convenient, and a great Express wash. The ability to use their vacuum stations to clean the inside of your car free of charge after a wash is a game changer. They even have coin operated floor mat washers that work exceptionally well.

The newest car wash in town, does a pretty good job and has nice vacuums and such . Only problem I have is it doesnt really get the front of my Jeep, and I either have to go through multiple times or have them hold me at the front and wet and scrub it a bunch before I go through.

Car wash doesnt get everything clean if you come in really dirty, but they will let you through a second time if needed at no additional charge.

THEY WILL SCRATCH YOUR CAR! We have a brand new Camry and went through the car wash and our car got scratches all over it. We made a report with them to have manager call us. He called and said they do not take any responsibility and the car must have come like that from the dealer.

I went to the new location on esplanade and I was trying it out due to it being close to my house. I have a BRAND NEW 2019 car that was less than a week old when I went to this location. Their NEW employees scrubbed my car with their brushes extremely hard and scratched the window to my car. They then did a damage report and tried to tell me the damage was pre-existing on a BRAND NEW CAR. They have absurdly unprofessional customer service. I told them that I hate to be a person who complains but the fact that they argued there was pre-existing damage to a new car is outrageous. The employee even APOLOGIZED For the damage and offered to wait with me until a manager came out. They claimed they have had less that 1,000 car washes at this new location which further PROVES that this location is inexperienced leading to more room for mistakes and DAMAGES. Thanks to them, my less than a week old car already has damage! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE, DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION! I also talked to individuals from the forest ave location so if you care about your car, I would not wash my car from this company. My review is not a rant but a detailed experience from someone who wishes there was no problems to begin with. It’s unfortunate that they handled this situation poorly. *******EDIT BASED OFF OWNERS REPLY******* And please do not try to save face now. I have messaged this company privately and they left me on read AND asked for an explanation on the phone when they called about the damage report and no one gave me information. It took me posting on social media for them to respond to any of my claims. Now they are responding to all my reviews in order to seem like they care when I was not getting any responses originally. This makes you look EVEN WORSE as a company. *potential customers: beware of companies who only try to save themselves while FULLY NEGLECTING their customers*

I went thru twice with the $18 car wash and still have bird poo, dirt, bugs on windshield. I also still had the soap. I wont be going back here.

The car wash is acceptable. However, it doesn’t remove dried bug guts very well. I’m not sure any automated car wash would remove it. Also, the greasy brake dust on the wheels was not removed at all. I do not enjoy spending 30 minutes cleaning the wheels. That should be done by the car wash. The wheels are part of the car.

I pay 29.99 a month and its never at a standard for yhe subscription they have went downhill the last year vaccums never work right there is always clogs or some other reason and soap is watered down

When i went through the car wash today around 2:20 pm the guy that srubs your window on the drivers side knocked my rear view mirror off and then didnt put it on right so it popped off again and during the wash it broke some clips off of my mirror and scratched up the side of my car. I wont use this car wash ever again and i want a refund for the month of 30.00. I have a bar code number and you can watch your surveillance cameras, there was no issue before this and now i need work done. The sooner you get back to me the better im very upset about this.

Go to their other location, this one is garbage. The dryers dont totally dry anymore, the water smells like rotten eggs, youll find soap on your car afterwards, the tire shiners damaged my paint and leave brown gunk along the trim, and the vacuums arent nearly as strong as they used to be.

As an Uber driver I found the restrooms convenient and the covered facilities to be just what I needed to make it easy to take care of my car for my riders.This is truly the best car wash in Chico. Its a nice modern car wash. This is the only car wash I go to since they first opened a couple years ago. Very nice. They include a trash bag, wipe, and air freshener. The only time I would ever go to a different car wash is if I was out of town or out of state.

Great place to get the job done. Tge vacuum is great and whats even better is the system on both sides. This allows for easier cleaning and no akward pulling of the hise to try to get across the car.

I have never used the car wash here - I only come for the free self-service vacuum cleaner facilities! No tokens necessary. Unlimited. Plenty of spaces, Ive never had to wait for for an opening. Great suction!

My car is always clean after, not half clean, clean. I also love the free vacuums after and the big wide spaces they give you. The vacuums also come with this blower thing so you can blow out/dust your car. Oh you also get a free car freshener, trash bag and sealed dash wipe with the ultimate package which is only $14. So for Ive taken my brand new car there twice (once a week). Love it!

I do like this car wash. Free vacumm with wash and you can got through twice if not clean. But I did go through twice and still not all the way clean. Thats a little frustrating.

On a dusty car because they don’t take time to scrub your car you have to go through the car wash 2 to three times to get clean!

Oh my gosh, the only car wash Ill ever be going to. The soap comes out as many different colors, and it seems like your windows get tie dyed with soap! The vacuuming is free and easy. Super cheap wash too.

I have a unlimited membership and its a super easy way to keep my car clean. I always get compliments on how clean it looks. Its very reasonably priced in my opinion. I really like that you dont have to have change for the vacuums, makes it quick and hassle free run through.

I initially went to a different drive thru car wash but it was closed. I decided to drive over to surf thru and was not disappointed. For 2$ more than I would have spent at other place I got a dash wipe and preliminary manual scrub not to mention the vacuums are included. You really can’t beat the service for the price.

**WARNING** Do not go here!! I’ve had two separate cars that have gotten damaged here. One of the employees told me that they have one to two cars get damaged a day going through the car wash. They refuse to pay the damages. The brushes gather dirt and scrape your car. Stay away and go somewhere else.

Very fast and efficient! Even better if you are a member ! Don’t go through with after market 3M taped things attached to your vehicle. The blowers at the end are so powerful it will rip them right off your car . Your car will come out clean .

Carwash works well and is generally well maintained, but their monthly billing is not as advertised/explained.I signed up for the monthly service and was told that it would be automatically renewed the first time I used the service each month. That wasnt the case. I moved from the area (and therefore stopped using the carwash) only for Surf Thru to attempt charging me two more months. Either the person who signed me up was mistaken on how their billing works, or the business was being deceptive. Its unfortunate because they offer a decent service at a reasonable price.

Great car wash. A couple things that are consistent issues is, not enough scub time entering the wash by the staff brushing. The rinse cycle is too short exiting which typically leaves soap on the vehicle especially the rear view mirrors. These issues have been brought up to the car wash already. But I havent seen no adjustments yet. They were very professional about accepting the feed back.

The tire cleaner system left new greasy dirt wiped along the bottom door sills all the way down both sides of the car. Some bird poop on the roof was not removed by the car wash system. Glad to have the parking for hand cleaning of these issues.

We love this place. They take great care of the wash process equipment so your vehicle is not scratched. My Black Mercedes is spotless. Great staff, great place and great prices. ALWAYS get a cinnamon air freshener and dash towelette.

Went in the car wash last night payed 14$ my car did not come that clean dirt on the side and my hood was not shinny tho my tires are they let me go back in and do a wash again .. the vacuums for free are amazing and i like the rug wash tho its about 10$ to wash and dry all 4 carpets

Staff always courteous and professional. Sometimes line gets slowed down because of one of the lines being closed for technical difficulties.
