This place is awesome and amazing! Not only do they fill your vehicle up with whatever fuel it needs, they clean it up and make it all pretty again! I think they are good I have gone to other places that do car washes and they have disappointed me . About 10 years ago Erics was the best in town . Im sure this has to do with employees that are constantly switching out . I know Eric does strive to keep his customers happy . Im sure with all these other car wash places moving in around it has been a strain on business. I do hope work picks up for everyone

We went here today and for 28 bucks youd think they could vacuum and wipe down the entire interior, which they said they were going to do. They didnt touch the hatch of my suv, which I showed them needed vaccuming. They said no problem. Car looks OK but well never go back. Waste of money.

45.$ Windows are streaked now, they did not even touch the back windows in my min van .the wheels were 1/2 clean.not happy at all!!

I dont know who Eric is -hes rarely there- but he lacks ethics. I like a place that recycles its water, but they try capitalize on customers who already pay nearly $30 for a car wash. He has a locked device with a sign that says Tips Appreciated. The man who washed my car was not told about my broken hatchback lift, even though the cashier said she told someone there. This couldve resulted in serious injury. I put a $5 in the tip box because I felt badly about this. Then, when told that the tips are for Eric and the other staff -not the ones doing the labor in the hot sun, I was told they would NOT make sure the man who washed my car gets my tip. How simple a request! Eric will get some coffee with my money, apparently, money that should go to Alex. Please contact me and right this, Eric. Please remove that deceptive means for grabbing any extra dollar you can from unknowing customers. No other car wash tries to milk its customers this way. Tips are earned by the laborers. Recycling water is a good thing. Taking tips from your labor force is despicable.

Confusing driving in. Wasn’t sure where to park. Paid for a silver car wash and they neglected basically the whole front bumper. The rims, windows, and interior were cleaned just briefly, left with dust, dirt, and residue. Might as well have done it myself and saved the 30-40 bucks

They did an outstanding job of detailing my 20 year old car. It looks brand new! I would have thought that only a paint job could have made it look so good. I highly, highly recommend this business.

Worst car wash I ever got. Paid $40 for the gold package and my car was still dirty when I got it back. Asked for a manager and was told there is only one and they are not on the schedule till following Saturday. Staff was annoyed that I asked them to do what I paid for. Will never go here again

Center console not cleaned and windows were streaked. Forgot to wash my passenger side mirror ( and didnt fold it back out). Vacuuming was okay but could be better. Service has been okay but this visit was disappointing and I wont be using them again.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!I have been going here for about 10 years always had good service. Until recently I have had two different cars come out with issues. My Audi had the motors in the mirrors broken after I told them and showed them where the switch was to move them out and in. I then took the car back after I replaced it and had a satisfactory wash. Then my black Jetta had the windshield wiper bent and broken. I called three times and made complaints. The last time they took my number for Eric to call me back and he still hasnt. This place has lost their touch.

Was looking for a quick and cheap car wash. When I pulled into the parking lot, there were all kinds of signs but none telling me what to do. Signs only said they arent liable for all kinds of stuff. I pulled into line and no one came to see me. So, I got out and went inside. $15 for a regular car wash. It wasnt quick and the car wash was just like any other drive through car wash. The hand dried was nice though. Just seems this place could be run a little more efficiently.

The only reason Im even giving it 2 stars ia because the manager finally took over the situation. I took my van in to be washed and paid for the highest package. After waiting for 40 minutes my vehicle was brought around front and hand dried. It looked great from the outside and since I know its hard times for everyone I decided to give the kid a $20 tip. My daughter and I proceeded to check the inside of the vehicle out and it had not been done well at all. There was debris under the seats that had not been vacuumed, the inside of the doors had not been wiped down. The cup holders still were dirty. I went back in and told the manager who in turn made the same young man come and get the vehicle to complete the job correctly. After another 35 mintues he brought it back out and apologized and said he was done. I checked and the same stuff was still there. I approached the manager again and had her come look at what was wrong and she informed me that there had been numerous other complaints about the same worker lately. She made the guy give me back my $20 tip and she then took the vehicle herself and redid the interior. After another 30 to 40 minutes she brought the vehicle back up front and it was done right. So if you go here to have your car done, I would suggest checking the interior before you leave.

Saved my car! My wife took my new BMW for an emergency run to the vet after Rufus MDK (Murder Death Kitty) got into it with something (could have been a fox or raccoon... heck, he kills rattlesnakes and brings them home). She was in too much of a hurry to grab the cat carrier, so he was loose in the car and let loose with everything he had, out of every orifice.She made most of the 20 minute drive with her head hanging out the window and called me as soon as she dropped Rufus off, saying, If I dont go straight to the detail shop, youll have to throw away your car.When she got to Erics, they took one whiff and realized it was an emergency, so they got straight to work. They said theyd do it again for free if the smell came back, but I drove the car for almost three years until the lease ended and nobody ever smelled a thing. Great work.

I just picked up my car from Erics Car Wash, and I am extremely pleased with the quality of the services done to my car. I am so happy that Scrubs was booked. Erics Car Wash did a better job, at a better price. The customer service was great, everyone I talked to was friendly and made sure that all of my questions were answered. I will be back next time my car needs some TLC.

They just dont do a thorough job. Tried to go back a few times to give benefit of the doubt but havent been impressed.

Not as bad as the reviews! They did a very good job on my F250 Crew Cab. It was coated in chemical deicer from a snow covered mountain trip. I am very pleased with the quality of the cleaning. Fuel prices were 10 cents below area cheapest, but they charge a 10 cent surcharge for credit...so I paid cash. They also had Diesel. I will use them again.

Eric is very interested in customer satisfaction. He did his best in making me happy with both his detailing and car washes. He has a staff that has worked with him for many years. He has the best car wash in Chico.

The staff was willing to accommodate my odd request of an interior vacuum only. When they noted an excess of animal hair, thy notified me immediately that there is an additional fee for that service and were willing to add it to my total cost. Super friendly and helpful.

I was supposed to get my truck vacuumed and washed. They left me with about the worst vacuum job I have ever seen. As the saying goes if you want something done right you must do it yourself. That was a complete waste of money. I would have been better off going to the store and buying the cheapest vacuum possible and doing it myself

The owner seems to treat his employees as disposable. Someone in my family worked there for a short time and found a more suitable job making decent money. After giving Erics a 2 week notice the person was ridiculed and treated like crap by the owner and managers. Finishing out the 2 weeks was impossible due to this. It seems that finding a way to better your life is frowned upon in this place. High turnover and I can see why. Arriving for work at 7:15am and being sent on a lunch break at 8:30am. Having to clock out when business is slow and stay on premises so you can clock back in and work when its busy. Also the water they use to wash cars is reclaimed and smells horrendous. If you need a entry level or in between job stay far far away from this place.

My favorite car wash..they use recycled water and are very friendly and courteous.

Horrible! Paid for a full wash including interior. Once inside my car, it was still dirty. Debris in the cup holders that I thought would be at least vacuumed. I spoke with the manager and she informed me that for $30 their staff is only trained to do a light dust with a dry rag!?! They do not “wipe down” any surfaces. She said that she will occasionally do it as a “courtesy only”? I could do a light dust in my car in 30 seconds? That’s not a service at all. My car is newer. It was not that dirty, but I would expect that the finger prints on my dashboard and obvious coffee stains from this morning would be wiped down. Is this too much to ask? It was crazy that this was an acceptable job according to the manager. What awful customer service. Never going back, which is sad because I’ve been a long time customer and have never had this poor service. Off to scrubbs I go!

The detail department in the back rises above the rest. Absolute professionalism from a premier detailer.Great things are happening in the shop in the back, with true professionals detailing at the top of their feild in Chico.I recommend highly.

They have to get off heavy drugs. I took my car in there run it first time came out like after a good rainy day, told them Im not satisfied they run it second time and it was the same my stop lights where the same when I got in. The owner was in there I spoke to him and showed him the job they did and all he had to say was well yea this is it and sorry if you dont like it. $40 just for a sorry... GO TO SCRUBBS same money good job...

While my son was laying down in the back seat, the cleaner entered the car to clean the inside. During which time he was calling my wife a N****r and a Ho and saying that he was not going to clean this n****r hos car. Then had the nerve to step and smile at my wife. The owner seems to agree with his employees behavior and told my wife not to come back. Dont listen to the whiners. I brought in my suburban and I got a better job here than I have gotten from detail shops. The staff was as professional as you can expect from a carwash and extremely friendly.

Good value for services provided. We take our cars here on a regular basis and have never had any problems.

Ive gone to Erics several times; service seems to get worse yet cost more each succeeding time. Im talking about basics, like actually washing the entire car, instead of missing spots on the vehicle. Sloppy is the word that comes to mind. Also, the waiting area is rather unpleasant and crappy-looking. Slow down and enjoy the experience of washing your own car, or try somewhere else.

Worst car wash ever. I paid $30 for the silver carwash, interior and out... even tipped the guy an extra $5 to meka sure it was done extra well and I got the car back completely filthy. They tell me its because of my dog and Id have to pay extra for dog hair. It wasnt the dog hair I was complaining about. It was the spots on the mirrors, the dirt on the center console, the spilled coffee still on the dash! I hear there is a new place on Skyway that does a good job, thats where Im going from now on. These people are too pricey and just lazy!

Horrible customer service and not organized at all. They rescheduled me twice and the last time they cancelled my appt. 2 days before because detailer was going to be sick. WHAT!!! They asked me to take my truck in to price detail work, when I showed up detailer was gone. They asked another guy to price it and takes 20 mins looking at the inside. Quotes me a price and the goes and tells the receptionist the price he thinks it will be but that only the detailer would know the price. What a waste of time!! Not organized or professional at all!!

Did a really good job on the car, reasonable price.

First and last time with them. Scrubbs were busy and took this alternative. Wrong choice. Didnt wipe my truck well.. did not even clean my interior.. what a waste of money for the gold package.

Service is courteous; there are funny cards to shop for, and, unlike other car washes, I have not had anything stolen from my car.

I needed my car cleaned and im very worried about scratches and dings. this place did the awesome and thorough job and the prices r great!! thankx guys Ill be back. u ROCK!!!

Left trash and dirt all inside the car they cranked my stereo up all the way and theeee most terrible customer service ive ever seen. Oh and so much for their gold package i would have rather given my 50 dollars to a homless person to LICK my car clean cause i know for damn sure id be clean

Broke my hubcaps and said hubcaps dont come with the car and said it wasnt their problem, metal on jackets clanking on my car. Overall unhappy.

Very expensive and did a terrible job on my car. I paid $36 for full service and once I got in my car and started looking around notice so many things that werent done. It took an hour and a half to get my car washed by then I didnt feel like going back and telling them what they missed. Wont be going there again!

They tipped my side mirrors up fill them with water now neither one of my electric side mirrors work I called talk to the owner and he hung up on me said I was full of it, they cost me hundreds of dollars in damages and hung up on me never take your car to this establishment
