This is the 2nd car Christian has detailed for us. He did an incredible job on my husbands GT350 last time, and delivered the same results again on my mustang. He is very professional and courteous. The car looks absolutely amazing. Washing a car has also never been easier after Christian applies a ceramic coat. Nothing sticks to the car and the water rolls right off. Even if you take good care of your car, nothing can beat how it looks once Christian is done with it.

Christian was very professional and did an excellent job on our 4-year old Hyundai Elantra Sport!I went in knowing itd look at least marginally better but was blown away with the results. What a great experience! My truck was dirty from kids to being on the construction site. Very dusty! i heard from a co-worker about this business. They work around your schedule and will go to your place of work or home to detail your truck/car. They were on time and had all the gadgets to get the truck looking brand new. Top Tier Auto Detail did an awesome job bringing out the true depth and luster in the black paint on my 2012 Infinity G37. Christian took the time to explain the process he would take to restore the paint to better than showroom condition. Ive had Top Tier detail all of my familys vehicles and they never disappoint! I even had them detail my truck after I worked up on the camp fire for 10 days... I never thought I could get rid of the smoke smell in my interior. They got rid of it though! The level of clean is better than when you buy a brand new vehicle, Im not joking. What would take me days of cleaning my own truck, they can do in a few hours. Truly incredible. Made a appointment with Christian to detail my car inside and out. I went with him because of all the good reviews and his price was reasonable. Made the appointment for November 2nd, on November 1st around 3pm he texted me to let me know he was sick and had to cancel our appointment. I texted back about 30 minutes later saying I understood that fully and thanked him for the heads up. He also mentioned in that text to let him know if I wanted to reschedule for a different day and I said YES let me know when he had open. After that point I never heard from him again. I’ve called, left voicemails and texted multiple times and haven’t heard back. Thinking maybe he was still sick I checked the company Instagram to see if there was any update from them. They had posted updates on washing cars for the last week. Completely unprofessional to just ignore my calls and texts.

Top Tier is bar none the best detailing I’ve ever seen. They are friendly and flexible, as well as being mobile which makes things very convenient. They make sure to clean every square inch of your vehicle inside and out. I have a truck that I constantly go down muddy gravel roads that hasn’t been washed in 3 months. I had my truck detailed by Top Tier for the first time and I was completely blown away with the results. Christian was able to get rid of the swirls on the paint and take out water spots with no problem. He is very detailed when it come to the small stuff. My deep dish wheels had a thick layer of brake dust built up and he was able to make them look brand new again. His work is hands down the best. Wouldn’t go to anyone else but Top Tier.
