My insurance Agent is Raquel Williams-Lash and she is so amazing, she is always there to answer my calls in a helpful and friendly way. Her and Heather (the owner) have wonderful coverage at affordable prices and even better if you bundle. I switched to them All State after being with Farmers for 5 years and I am kicking myself for not doing it sooner. If you havent worked with Heather or Raquel I recommenced you do so you wont be let down thank you ladies foe everything you do!!!

If I could give no stars I would. I have never had a worse experience with a company than I am dealing with currently with Allstate. A refund of $376.16 was issued to a closed account. So I never received the refund. I have spent countless hours at the local office and on the phone with Allstate customer service to be told there is nothing they can do. Been to the bank numerous times and they never received the money. We have checked every possible place that it could have gone. Allstate was the last to have possession of my money.Unfortunately companies like this just hope you give up trying to get your money back. I will be filling in small claims court. Customer satisfaction is a huge thing in this day and age. And when you cannot even talk to a supervisor on the phone is completely ridiculous.I will never ever do any sort of business with this company again, I hope if you are looking at this considering Allstate you will look elsewhere for coverage.Another dissatisfied customer in terrible hands.
