I went in for a quote and walked out with insurance. No need to bother going somewhere else. I have talked with both Annabell and Nathan and they were very informative about my coverage and finding me the best deal for what I needed. Hello to whom this may concern Acceptance Insurance corporate office managers for the chico California branch. I have been coming to this location for awhile now & the staff currently working this branch office are too notch. I believe the staff goes above and beyond the call of duty to make sure their customers accounts are up to date. I was not aware that my policy was about to lapse & one of the members calls & shot me a reminder to pay!!! I am not sure were you can get that kind of personal service but its so appreciated with a busy life its nice to have members to watch your account.I 100% vouch for every member who works in this chico branch.I will also say that I was not expecting to receive this kind of V.I.P. service but I would suggest any chico driver who needs a good insurance broker go direct to Acceptance Insurance brokers in Chico. The best in the town of chico Grade A+
