Five stars are not enough to describe my experience with interwest. for over fifteen years i have dealt with them for workers comp. and i have never had a less than positive encounter. today, i spoke with Erica (?spelling) and it was as positive and cheerful. when i have not followed through as required, i still received friendly service. low pressure, friendly and GREAT to deal with. glad to start another workers comp policy with them.

Good luck getting an actual person to talk with you. There automated system seems designed to avoid human contact. Endless general voicemails.
