Both Kelly and Brad are amazing to work with. They are excellent in their knowledge and customer service. Kelly showed me how having my boat and cars all under one policy would save me money and make it easier to keep up on the bills. I even bought a custom made patio boat that didnt fit into any category or name brand so they got pictures of the boat and figured out what level of coverage I would need. They have called anytime they have questions or concerns. They are far and above the best at customer service. Thanks Kelly and Brad, keep it up!

I originally met with Brad because my agent had retired. I am not sure how it works when someone retires and has clients but I think Brad was assigned to me. I couldnt have asked for better service. The first time I met with Brad I felt like he really cared. He and his staff continue to prove that they do. I now meet with Kelly, she is amazing! I have gone through some rough patches in life and she has always been patient, kind, compassionate, always looking out for my familys best interest. I recently had a bad experience with part of the process, NOTHING to do with Brad or his staff, after i was rear ended. I shared with Kelly and she got everything straightened out before the end of the next day. I received a very heartfelt thank you card in the mail with something special in it from Kelly. It is really hard to find good honest people you can trust with such important aspect of your life. I trust Brad, Kelly and the rest of the staff 100%. Wonderful people to work with! Great agent

Was rear ended in our Saab in September by a government vehicle, causing egregious injuries. We are still waiting to have the damages assessed on the vehicle 5 months later. My girlfriend suffered serious losses from the Camp Fire in Paradise and no progress has been made with her claim. Brads office has been useless in assisting, as it appears their only responsibility is selling policies and processing payments. Unfortunately, there payment processing is also a disaster. Meanwhile we are still paying our monthly premium on the Saab which has sat totalled and unassessed for 5 months. STAY AWAY

If you have home, auto, life, business, or any insurance need along with financial service questions (e.g., retirement, roth iras, 401k rollovers, etc.), this is the place to go.When you arrive youll be greeted by a small sweetheart of a dog Nelson and youll quickly feel welcome. Im serious, this is the place to go as insurance and investing can become tricky and its great having someone you can trust to not only call and email but to meet in person for a periodic insurance and financial needs checkup :-).
