I’ve been in accidents before. No insurance issues. Up to December of 2019 I had never been in an accident where the at fault party had the same insurance as me. Alllstate has treated me miserably and have still not settled my case.

I have been with Allstate for 20 some years. At the time of the fire I was with Allstate . I had many people tell me I should get a cheaper insurance but I stuck with them as they were always professional, and personable. I consider them family. Through the campfire they were there for me 24 seven. They treated with me with compassion, patience and understanding. I have many friends that had other insurances and they are still struggling with their insurance companies. They have made my life less stressful through this trauma. I highly recommend them.
