Its always better to work with someone that can help you right away than dealing with call centers. It costs the same but your money goes to a local business person.

I absolutely loved having Allstate insurance because of the reasonable cost and I liked having a local rep here in Chico.The thing that bothered me was that I couldn’t keep my policy because my name wasn’t listed on the car registration because it is owned by my daughter.

It’s been well over a month since my vehicle was stolen and still haven’t resolved this matter, I’m now paying for the rental out of pocket so that I can get back and forth to work can’t get anyone to return my phone calls and now they’re making me feel as though I had something to do with my truck getting stolen!
