Chico Creek was an okay insurance. They set me up pretty well with an insurer but once that is done they don’t want to talk to you once you sign the contract. I called many times and talked to receptionist who always tells me that the owner ‘Julio’ is not in. Go elsewhere if you want better car insurance

Would give less than a star if I could. We had our car insured for 55 dollars a month and then added a car to the insurance which they added 90 dollars for .So we were paying around 145 and when we took the first car off when it finally quit on us they kept taking the full amount out of our banks direct deposit when I called she said that it only went down 7 dollars after taking the first car off now how is that possible? She wouldnt even explain it to me when I asked. .Theyre now trying to say we owe them hundreds( which we will obviously be disputing) after we switched insurance and werent even using them anymore, we even had to switch bank accounts!
