My husband and I were new homebuyers and needed home insurance for Paradise. What we expected to be expensive and complicated, was easy and affordable with Pauls help and knowledge! He walked us through everything and answered all the questions we had. He was knowledgeable and upfront about what we needed in our policy and what we didnt. Had issues with Allstate home & auto with their rates and the fact that they no longer have their own home ins. Their actually no more than an underwriters at least if you live in the state of California, sorry but I choose to carry all of our insurance needs with one company. Weve also had State Farm for a while but again rates kept rising then when we filed a home owners claim, which they promptly paid but then also promptly raised our rates approximately 20% yearly so they were gonna get their money back quickly. Since the move to Farmers weve gotten nothing but great service and exceptional rates. We now have a policy at 300k/500k for about the same rates as our previous 100k/300k policies. Both Paul Munly and his girl Friday (I hope she doesnt read this cause Im horrible with names ) are exceptional people and great at there jobs. I will always recommend and have recommended his agency to friends and family. So now Im recommending him to ALL OF YOU ! Randall McNally

The company, Farmers Insurance, was wonderful when we lost our home to the Campfire in November. Paul Munly, who was our insurance agent, was very helpful and always responsive to my questions and concerns. I would recommend him as an agent. I did, however, have communication issues with the woman who works with him. If not for that, this would be a 5 star rating. SO - 5 stars for the company. 5 stars for Paul Munly, 2 stars for the other agent.

I never thought getting renters insurance would be a pleasant experience, but I was very impressed! I walked in on a random weekday to inquire about renters insurance. I walked out 30 minutes later with the perfect plan that suited my needs. Paul was very professional, and very dedicated to doing things correctly, which really made me feel at ease working with him. He explained everything perfectly, and answered any and all questions I threw his way. I would definitely recommend him to anyone (especially college students) who are looking for renters insurance.

While I was evacuated during the Camp Fire, I learned that Paul had automatically filed initial claims for his clients living in the affected areas. Who else would do that?!? Farmers Insurance Is The Company My Whole Family Has Used Since I Was A Young Boy, And I Use Them As Well. They Are A Great Firm, Make Everything Easy, And I Can Know That My Things Are Covered In Good Hands. My Agent Is Very Informed, And He Keeps Me Informed As Well. I Wouldnt Go With Any Other Company But Farmers Insurance.

The first I heard about the Camp fire was a phone call from Paul Munly. Though we live in Oregon, we had a home in Magalia, CA. He called to make us aware of what was going on and that they were prepared to take appropriate steps as needed. Fortunately, the fire stopped about 3 blocks from the home. However, Farmers initiated the claim process just in case and followed up several times over the next few weeks. This is one example of their care, efficiency, and professionalism.

He is the best insurance guy in the world. Friendly and all knowing about the insurance world. My house burned down in the Camp Fire in Northern California and he took real good care of me. I will never leave his coverage. Thank you Paul for everything.
