Bill Story is outstanding and did a great job with our Bryant HVAC system that has a very complex Honeywell master control panel; we highly recommend him as well as Terry his office manager/dispatcher. It was a very complicated job due to several stages of our system had failed, part of which had even been installed backwards by another company, but Bill expertly did all the right diagnostics, troubleshooting and repairs that ended up saving us several thousand dollars as other companies wanted to sell us a whole new unit. This was a great experience with a great company that has become so rare these days.

Bill and his team did a great job for us. We had to prod a little bit to get the job started, since they are busy and tend to respond to the most urgent jobs first. But, once started, everything went smoothly, showed up as promised and did careful and quality work. Gave clear explanations for everything.

Bill at Story nursed my old unit along until it was time for a new one - always there for me fair and reasonable. Story had the best bid for a new Bryant Unit setup to give me maximum performance for minimum utility costs. Bill installed it and even threw in the latest version of an internet thermostat. Story Heating and Air has been my go to for years - new unit is working as promised - more comfort for less cost. Straight talk, great product and good people!

I was very impressed with their service and professionalism. They came out to inspect my house to put in a bid for a new furnace and A/C unit. They arrived when they said they would and were professional and courteous. They explained all my options, and it felt like they were educating me rather than trying to hard sell me, which as Ive found out is not always the case when dealing with HVAC sales.

I left a message last Saturday afternoon on their voice mail after having issues installing a new Wi-Fi thermostat. The technician called back in less than 1/2 hour and was able to walk me through the quick fix over the phone. I really appreciated the quick response and the excellent service.

Bill worked on our dinosaur diesel heater till he got it running. Then he came back a week later to see if it was giving us any problems. He came after hours, to make us happy. We use him twice a year, for maintenance before heating season and cooling seadon!. Also the lady who answers the phone, got our dilemma, and got Bill out here sooner than we expected.

Excellent customer service by both the owner Bill, and the office assistant Teri. Bill is very knowledgeable and professional in both diagnosing and repairing HVACs. I had him come for a 2nd opinion after receiving a repair quote of $755 (not including the $135 charge for diagnostics) from another so called reputable company. He was able to diagnose and repair my system for less than 10% of the other companys quote. They have earned my trust and respect, as well as a lifetime customer. Thank You!!!

WOW! What a great experience. Bill Story is one of the most ethical businessmen I know. He always does what he says he will. He is on time and always calls before coming to an appoitment.Bill did a complete HVAC replacement for us - duct replacement and dual-pack. The finished installation works like a charm - so much more comfortable and less noisy than our 23 year old Lennox. The job was not easy - rain delays, difficult crawl space - Bill, and his helper Antonio, just did a fabulous job. Thanks to both of them.

They concentrate on certain aspects. It isnt the appts they are concerned about. Real bummer taking off work and they add others in and cant get to you.

Whether you need honest and reasonable priced repairs or a brand new system this company is by far the best there is!Bill Story is a true McGiver when it comes to repairing systems and he doesnt have all of those hokey schemes that are now so common to charge people for things they dont need or want.After keeping our system on life support for a year- we made the decision to go with a Bryant Evolution Heat Pump system.Who knew a home could be kept so comfortable! I never hear it running and I no longer have temperature spikes that are so annoying not to mention expensive.The installation process was amazing and I learned that my old system was never installed properly to begin with.There is much more to HVAC systems than we may realize and Bill Story makes sure his customers understand. He does not push his customers into anything they dont need.We have four homes that we trust to Bills outstanding service. For us- the search is over. Story Heating and Air is the holy grail for HVAC systems and repair.
