I talked to the owner on the phone about various problems with one of my vehicles. He gave the impression that he was very knowledgeable about Fords and gave me the impression that it was one of his specialties. During our conversation I could tell that he really didnt have much practical technical knowledge about my problems and subsequently fed me a lot of double speak and basically was trying to BS his way into my wallet. He tried to sound very professional but I dont like it when people lie about their competence just to get my money. Advice, find someone who is honest, there are some honest mechanics out there, you just have to do a lot of homework to find them! I wont mention where I ended up going in the end because that would be sort of tacky, but I finally found the one, and not far from where this guy was.
