New Lennox location, Horrible place. I called them early this morning, a woman answered the phone and told me I’d be able to recover my vehicle on the same day. I drove 30 minutes to this place just for them to tell me that they couldn’t release my vehicle because it’s the weekend. Even though on the website it says you can recover your vehicle any day 24 hours a day. After some talking they decided to finally release my car. I paid the $190. After paying the fee I had to wait 20 minutes for them to call someone to unlock the yard. Because apparently no employees on site could open the gate. In my opinion overall this place is garbage. It’s a shame one star is the lowest rating I could give.

I called my car in, and they still towed it!! All i got was “sorry”. Had to miss work, and uber to pick my car up. Honestly not the first time this happens with this company! My neighbor said they did the same thing to him before.

I can understand that working for a towing company can be a difficult job, but every person I have spoken to over the phone is wildly unprofessional and has outrageously unfriendly customer service skills. Speaking to the employees of this company to call in a guests car makes me very uncomfortable - which you have to do, even though guest cars are already required to have a parking pass in the car. Make it make sense! If I had known I would be dealing with Contract Towing at my apartment complex, I would not live here. I wish I could warn every potential resident about the horrible service provided by my complexs designated towing company. If you see a Contract Towing sign in a parking lot, simply do not park there.

I am a resident living in Lake Meadows community. I paid for a parking space through contract towing...they are the company that manages the parking lot for Lake Meadows. I bought a new car and called to apply for a parking space. I was informed at that time I couldnt have 2 spaces. I told the woman I was planning to sell the other vehicle and only needed the one space. I told her I just bought a car and was trying to start the process due to it taking almost 2 weeks the first time I received a sticker for parking. I paid for a year parking pass. The young woman told me I had to move the other vehicle because they tow cars all the time. I explained to her that I wasnt home, but was headed there to move the car. I asked if the transfer was going into effect immediately. She said, all you have to do is transfer the sticker from the old car and place it in the new. I called in at 1:29pm to register the new vehicle. I made it home at 1:42pm and my old car had been towed. It cost me $218.00, which I should have deducted from rent since my Management company uses a company that use trickery to take advantage of the tenants. Firstly, I understand where I went wrong...I should have followed my gut feeling and told her to cancel it out and waited until I made it home with my new car. Secondly, the contract towing employee was using deceptive practices. She should have allowed me to get my sticker and move the other vehicle. She also could have told me to call back when I moved the car. If I didnt have to give a star they wouldnt get one at all. I plan to contact the media and have them investigate this company. After talking to other tenants I found out that others have gone through the same. It makes you wonder if there are payouts going on!

My vehicle sticker expired according to them on March 2nd. I woke up March 3rd at 5:00 in the morning to warm my car up for work and to my surprise my vehicle was gone! the night before which is March 2nd I went online to purchase a new ticket but I was not successful because you have to have a password for whatever complex you live in we dont have those passwords and the association is closed after 6:00 p.m. . the young lady that answered the phone was very nasty and rude this is really a rip off to not even allow someone to purchase the ticket the next morning wow

My car was accidentally towed and the supervisor Angela was very helpful and patient with me with getting everything resolved quickly and professionally. She showed excellent customer service skills. She’s amazing thanks again!

This place employs useless, miserable employees who give you attitude when you make them do their jobs. I wasted 2 trips to this facility and truly hope the employees get an attitude adjustment. Its bad enough having to deal with a totaled car and being in a violent accident and THEN you encounter these imbeciles.

Very unprofessional staff they dont have an atom of customer service or decency. All their business is done working for condo associations to tow cars with expired tags after midnight. They do not answer phones and when they do, they are nasty and unhelpful. Trash!!!!

THE WORST COMPANY! If Google allowed negative stars theyd get plenty!I have a rental spot in a lot that uses Contract Towing as their service to remove non-permitted vehicles. On several occasions when an unauthorized car is in my space, I call them requesting to tow so I can access my spot. On every occasion other than one time, they take HOURS to dispatch a tow truck and the car has then left, but leaving me with a bill to pay for alternative parking.Today, I placed a call at appx 835a to have a car towed, after 3.5 hours and four more calls during that time, a tow truck still had not come to take the unauthorized car. Meanwhile, the dispatcher was irritable and unhelpful in expediting a tow truck. Finally the owner of the car came and left, but once again I was left to pay for alternative parking.If you are a business owner in need of a towing service- DO NOT utilize CONTRACT TOWING company.

If I could give this company 0 stars, I would. Horrible, horrible customer service. The agent was extremely rude, barely let me speak, and sunded annoyed. This company is a joke!

One Dec 21 at about 1:45pm your driver with license plate 211571 blew a red light driving north on Halsted just below Fullerton Ave. This was no accident. They were at the intersection before I was and finally decided they waited long enough. Id hate to see what happens to the vehicles you tow when your drivers are that reckless.

Worst customer service ever, called twice and both lady’s that work there hung up on me. Continuously asked to speak to Kevin who is the manager and was told he wasn’t available. Person who ended up helping me get my car said he didnt even work with the company. Disgusting place, dust everywhere. Didn’t even wear face masks with covid-19 occurring. Horrible place and I hope they shut down. Made me pay $220 to get my car that was “improperly displaying a parking pass” and requested to see the so called pictures they took but couldn’t show me which makes no sense at all. There’s no purpose of taking the pictures if they’re not able to be used to justify the fact it was “improperly placed”

My car was towed. I was told it was because I was taking up two parking spaces. I have a small car and could not believe that. When I asked if they took pictures and if I can see them, I was told that I would need my lawyer to request them. I paid $218.50 to get my car back.

Where do I start? well I got my car towed out of my home in Arlington heights (mallard cove). I saw a contract towing truck on the property, the driver was stumbling around the parking lot. I was a bit concerned so I went down to check out my car and realized it was gone. this made me a bit upset seeing that I had a parking sticker for my complex. when I went to get my car in the middle of the night I had to wait for over an hour for the driver to release my car. this was the same guy ( told me his name Andrew) who I saw on property. I showed him my parking sticker and he said, oh I must have missed it ya thanks! this employee was drunk, he smelled like he had been drinking all night. so unsafe how does this company get away with this? I talked to my property management about this unsafe company

Illegally towed us from a spot we paid to park in. Parking company confirmed we were allowed to be there. Went to get our car back and the lady didn’t know how to use the internet so said the computer wouldn’t work and would only allow us to pay with cash. She was rude and kept leaving to go on a smoke break. They even have the wrong license plate state so the police didn’t know it was reported towed. The lady in line with us said they towed her car from her house twice this year. Complete scam and reporting to ICC.

First this place is not allowed to charge 196.00 per tow! They don’t give recipes to costumers. If you ever get towed by them demand a ICC invoice and file a complaint with the ICC you will be refunded! Also there driver in the Elk Grove location I think his name is Andrew, drinks on the job and demands drop fees ( which is against the law). Drives around drunk. This company is a joke.

These guys are a joke. Super unprofessional dispatcher who hung up on me several times and made me wait over 3 hours to get my car back. I get towing companies aren’t supposed to have good customer service, but this was atrocious. You can bet the ICC heard about these amateurs.
