Total waste of my time!!! Spoke with Frank about swapping out a bent rim on my Corvette, later that day. He confirmed that they could handle the job and he gave me a price. I asked if the price would be cheaper if I removed the wheel myself and bring in the rims & tire. He said no. Later that day, when I was available, I called Frank again to ask if they were busy. He said that Id have to be there by 4:45pm to be serviced. I was there @ 4:40pm! As I walked in, Frank was talking to another employee who said that they COULD NOT work on my vehicle - its too late in the day. He said that it takes too long to lift my car and no one wants to stay past closing - WOW!!! At one point, Frank said that he thought the wheel was going to be off of the car. No Frank, I didnt say that and nor did you ask. After going back and forth a few times, I realized that they obviously dont value my time and I need to go somewhere else. I did everything that I was asked to do. I wasnt looking for any favors or anything extra. I just wanted my car to be serviced, as promised. Adding to my frustration... I could have gone in the other direction, to another available shop. Now, its too late for that! Of course, I was extremely upset. They told me to bring it back in the morning. Are you kidding? Im done! The next day, I took it to Mavis Tires. And, it was half of the price! Check it out yourself!I know this is wordy but I like to give accurate details.

Love this place! Have had our car serviced here several times and they always seem fast, upfront, and reasonably priced. They are first come first serve though, so make sure to get there right at 7.

I worked with Jesse and it was a delight. Originally I was going to go through my dealership but the dealership told me that I had to bring the vehicle in first before they would order my tires at which point I would have still had to wait to get the tire work done. When I called Wentworth tires and spoke with Jesse he agreed to order the tires upfront which helped me out a lot with my busy schedule. From that point I was able to send my wife to the shop to get the tires put on her vehicle. Jessie’s knowledge of the tires and his willingness to work with me over the phone to get what I needed help to close and seal the deal. I will definitely be returning to Wentworth tire in the future and I would definitely send family and friends. Almost forgot to say that they have good pricing as well.

I really needed to purchase four all season tires. This establishment provided exactly what I needed. A very courteous salesman assisted me. He patiently checked their inventory for the tires I wanted, provided the price and general information about the product. My purchase came with a $75.00 rebate that was instantly credited to my bill.They accept various payment methods, (cash, credit, debit.)Customers are asked to provide the make/model of their vehicle, and the license plate number. Therefore, one should have that information available to prevent having to go back to your vehicle to retrieve it.The lobby/waiting area was clean and comfortable. Social distancing protocols are in place, and face mask are required for service.They provide other auto repair services too. Several customers wanted their oil changed and various other automotive repairs for their vehicles.While I was their, the employees were experiencing difficulty getting some needed parts. However, if you listen to recent news reports, you should know that this issue is industry wide across the United States. It isnt autonomous to Wentworth Tires.Overall, I highly recommend this company and will remain a loyal customer.

Wentworth Tire Service has been my go to shop for almost five years now. I drive E 250s and E 350s long body high top Vans. I need truck tires and solid mechanical work to keep my vehicles ready for long road trips. They do dealer quality work without the dealer prices.

Jessie was great help our tired shredded up on Highway 🛣! Miracle spare wasn’t bad but we got here and he put us on to 4 brand new tires with all warranties within 45k miles on brand new tires ! I really recommend this place it was very fast like 1.5 hours ! Removing old worn tires replaced with Brand new tires and balanced out everything no hidden fees !

On our way out of the nearby Big Marsh Park on a Friday afternoon, we discovered we had a near flat. We went to the nearest gas station to refill the tire, and discovered it had taken a shard of metal. Not wanting to drive it all the way back to the North Side on the spare, we took a chance on Wentworth, which is right next to the gas station. They were honest with us, letting us know they were really busy, and that it might take 90 minutes to get to our car. The tire was repaired in about that time, and the price was less than half what we were expecting to pay. Wentworth Tire saved our afternoon.

Im a company driver with a new company and they use these guys for tire service. Ive only been twice. But both times I was in and out in less than an hour. If I had my own business, I would definitely consider Wentworth Tire Service.

My tire burst on the express way and I got there 20 mins before closing time they had me in and out so fast. They were so nice and reasonable I highly recommend if you’re in that area and need tire services.

I blew two tires out on Doty Road, not far from Wentworth Tires. Jesse made sure I got in before the 1:30pm closing on a Saturday, and I was serviced and ready to go within an hour despite all of the appointment slots being full. My daughter and I are so thankful for their kindness and great customer service. The tires were also super reasonably priced.

They unfortunately didnt have my tire in stock but they gave me wonderful customer service and even gave me advice on some better options for my car. They are amazing they work with you and even have financing options available. Id recommend them to anyone.

I knew I needed a wheel alignment and oil change, but I thought I needed brakes. Eric was very thorough in his assessment. He was honest about the work I needed and didn’t need. He made me feel comfortable, as some auto repair shops will sometimes try to overcharge women. I’ll be returning for all of my auto repair needs.

This location is my favorite. The guys at the front desks are always kind and professional. The place is kept pretty clean too! They also do their very best to get you out of there in a timely manner which is very important to me. I would recommend calling to check their schedule first however it’s not necessary. It was my first experience with Wentworth Tires. I had a slow leak in 2 tires which ended up being nails. They fixed the problem for me and “Jesse” at the front desk was very nice and friendly. I would definitely go back again and recommend to others.

Nice clean friendly establishment and staff. As I sat outside in my car my choice waiting, another car drove up on a flat. They took me in, and I sat almost an hour for them to plug my tire. I noticed they had took the one car In to fix their flat. So I asked the front desk wheres my car? They said oh its about ready. The longest Ive ever waited for a tire change/plug.

I call the tire shop to see if they had my size in stocks the time. Eric order my size and I was in and out about 1:45hr/mins. Also they look the car over for other problems and bought it to my attention, repair that and I was rolling again . I was happy they are still in business and care.

I wish every business had the honesty and integrity of this place. The BMW 7 Series that I had just bought needed work and I brought it in for an oil change. They told me what was wrong with it, topped it off and advised me to return the vehicle to the dealer as the engine was about to seize. They were extremely helpful and when I asked what I owed them, they said the check up and top off would be free. I will bring all of my vehicles for service here from now on and I would advise anyone reading this to do the same.

I stopped in because my low tire sensor went off while I was on a road trip. The guys inside were super friendly and Hosie checked everything out for me. Service was fantastic.

I was just heading South on I-94 en route on a trip out of state. My tire light came on and I saw the Forestone sign at the exit. Traveling with covid is more uncertain. Fortunately, Wentworth Tire Service immediately helped me and charged nothing for checking my tires and getting all to the right pressure. I always get nervous going to mechanics because I know nothing about cars, but they made the experience very comfortable. When I asked what was wrong the gentlemen explained very well and also explain in detail what was done to it. Most definitely recommend going.
