My daughter was getting ready to drive off to college and her check engine light came on. I brought the car into Teds and not only did they squeeze me into their tight schedule, they worked after hours to repair other issues to make the car safe. I just moved into the area and am so grateful to find a shop that goes above and beyond. The 6 hour drive was smooth and we had no issues. I am extremely grateful and have peace of mind that my daughter will not have any issues with her car while she is away. It was such an honest and transparent experience. George, was very knowledgeable and was able make an assessment over the phone that gave me peace of mind about my vehicle and the cost. I have a 2017 Mercedes and the dealer wanted $5 grand worth of services! George was able to make a much more reasonable assessment and he explained with great patience and detail. If I tell you how much less I paid, you would not believe me! They ordered parts and did all the work in about 4 hours!!! I was blown away by the honesty and the cost! Suuuuuuperb customer service! The majority of my co-workers come here. My Civic is close to the ending the 3 yr warranty and I didnt want to be bamboozled in the dealer to being suggested to get other maintenance that wasnt needed so I went to teds for a second opinion. They helped me out and guided me on what my civic may need in the future as well as my moms CR-V and even helped install high speed mud flaps. My mom is tough cookie to convince but George was patient and was able to answer all her questions 😉 and I mean ALL of her questions!!!

My car was making a sporadic rattling sound so I decided to try Teds as it is close to my house. George at the desk was very friendly and welcoming. His analysis of the problem was accurate and the cost was reasonable. The establishment is very clean. The waiting room is as nice as it gets. My car was repaired promptly. In all, a very positive experience. My only regret is not going there sooner.

I had just moved into the neighborhood down the street from Teds Auto Clinic and decided to give them a try last month for a few repairs I had been putting on the back burner over on my Dodge SUV. George was able to quickly provide an estimate was also able to diagnose and suggest a few other items that needed attention. He was super knowledgeable and easy to work with. I did not feel pressured and was given a very clear breakdown of the needed repairs and what they meant to see if I deemed them necessary or not. Im super happy I decided to give Teds Auto Clinic a try and will definitely be back for any future needed car repairs.

After looking and trying different auto mechanics for the past couple of years i finally found this awesome place, this is not your typical auto repair shop were the chances of getting ripoff are very high, even at big name dealer ships you get played sometimes, if not most of the time. This guys are true professionals, i met George and he is such a straight forward guy, he is not about the easy money, instead he makes sure you get done in your vehicle what you really need and if he does not see a point of getting it done he will tell you. He had a huge opportunity to charge me a ton on a somewhat major break job for my 1997 honda odyssey and of course he didnt because they are not opportunist like some other places are. He will take the time to explain and make sure you understand the situation and all the vehicles issues. I was amazed on how professional, courteous, friendly and sincere he was as well as his brother. Is like i knew him for years and i barely met him. I highly recommend Teds Auto clinic. George was professional and honest. I had my car towed to his shop because it would not start and it turned out to be a remote start issue. He said the car started normally as soon as it got off the tow truck and he could not find anything wrong with it except a slack hose. He gave me some recommendations and only charged me for the towing. I am impressed.

When going to a mechcanic, lets be honest most of us hold our breath and cross are fingers.
