I absolutely love the staff here. Always so amazing the always remember me. I refuse to go anywhere else. They may not be the cheapest out there but the hospitality is amazing. They are not pushy but will try and upsell. I highly recommend this facility!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

In and out quick. They will use your oil and filter if you decide to bring it. They do all the work in front of you and show you your oil levels personally after they fill it up. Prices seem a tad high but its a nice trust worthy shop for a oil change.

I had my oil change at this oil express, I was very pleased with the customer service. The oil change didn’t take long at all!! I really appreciate the way the gentlemen came over after the oil change and called out the caps that he was double checking to ensure that they were secure. I waited 20mins then I was informed they didnt have the oil filter for my car however, I can go purchase one and the oil for my oil change. WTH?!?!? Im never going back.

I have to disagree from a lot of the other reviewers. I have never felt that they push other sales too much. Yes they ask if you want to have your wipers/filters changed but I always just say no theyre good and they never ask further. I think there is a big difference from trying to gain extra business and being excessively pushy. Ralph the manager is always friendly and quick. He seems to treat and train his employees well. Im in and out in 10 minutes every time and there are coupons you can get in the mail or print online. They have coffee and apples while you wait but like I said, youre never waiting long.

Came and did the oil change quick and easy my only problem is i asked them to fill up all fluids that i didnt care if it was extra just wanted my van right im a single mom with 2 kids. Didnt think to check if they did or not here we are a week later im thinking it was done and the power steer fluid is at the same level as when i went in i checked for leaks but nothing. They were very polite and fast but not satisfied with the work.

I cannot believe how fast the service was. I got in line and then I was next, I turn off the car, gave them my info, and then it took less than 5 minutes for an oil change. They checked my fluids as well as my air pressure. All for under $39

I pulled up to the driveway around 5:25 and the man working there didn’t even give me a chance to explain what I needed. He simply just signaled “no” and for me to drive out. All I needed was review of my tire pressure, which would only take a handful of minutes. Also, their hours show that their closing time is 6PM, not 5:25.

I drive up from Hyde Park because I did like the folks here. I have very limited use of my hands. They refused to put my new license plates on. It takes 2 screws for each plate which I had. I wouldnt send my worst enemies to this hub of folks who dont care. I SHALL NOT RETURN.

Theres also a $12 off coupon on their website, which I did not use. They also found out I needed a transmission fluid change, which is true. They also pump your tires and try to sell you an air filter, which you can easily decline. Total: $30.89

I used to like this place for my car oil change but will never again after today. Reason, technician tried to show/compare my car engine motor oil with transmission oil indicating my transmission oil is too dirty need to be replaced. I replied him that I just replaced my transmission oil at the car dealer with less than five thousand miles ago and I can tell the different color of each kind of oil; asked if he was sure about that oil is not engine oil instead. No words after that. Conclusion, scam...
