Worst place to rent from they always tack random fees on monthly and dont let you out of your contract after it is over then charge late fees and you are not there. Big business sticking to little people!

I have been using REGUS for a few years. It is almost two years in this place. After you become their customer. They dont care what you need . Will only care about their Business income.I need to transfer my office to another office, I am keeping in touch with the manager - Shridatri about the contract. I told her that I was waiting for this office from here, I relly want to sign it. She always told me not to worry that she was helping me. I trusted her before.（ And on October 21 we completed the verbal agreement. I have been waiting for her to send a contract to me. ）On October 22, she suddenly sent an email to me asked if I can sign for 6 months. I told her that I hope to sign it for a year because its price is cheaper than 6 months. she didt give me any choices and explanations,I sent a message on her email address and mobile phone on October 22, and asked her to contact me if there was anything. On October 23, she sent an email and we had an appointment at 1pm, then she told me she couldnt come to meet me and had already signed up. I am very disappointed with her doing this! I cant understand it! They dont care about my emphasis on my business environment. I wont trust REGUS！！！Then I contacted her manager Angela Skerka by email on October 23. I got her reply on October 24th. By phone, she asked me if I needed her to recommend another place. I made an appointment with her to meet at 12 oclock. I waited for her for more than an hour, and she did not reply to me by phone or email. She has no basic courtesy! ！！ I am even more convinced that they only care about their Business income! let me decide not to choose them.

Please do not advertise using spammy emails on Craigslist.

Great location and the business lounge has a large workspace with various options. The staff is also friendly.
