We could not be happier at our Novel River North office! We originally signed a 6 month lease in March of 2020 to try it out, but since then, we have extended our stay for at least 2 more years. Kyle, the Community Manager and Brent, the Area Sales Manager have gone above and beyond in making us feel welcome and at home. The amenities are great and clients love our office!

I used Desk Pass to test out multiple co-working places in Chicago. After visiting a few places, I picked Novel for a permanent location. It seemed to be the best for price, amenities, vibe, and culture. I was very happy I made this choice. I love working there. The staff and other co-workers are all friendly. Its a pleasure to show up here everyday. Im happy and motivated to work hard.Heres a few details that I specifically enjoyed:1. Location is perfect. Right off the Brown Line.2. The desk chairs are good.3. The call booths are always empty and offer perfect privacy.4. Coffee machine is top notch.5. They seem to host a happy hours or events at least a couple times a month - they were always fun.

Ive been a Novel (formally Level) client since 2015 and my experience has been incredible. My clients love the feel they get when they arrive. I enjoy having top notch internet and printing services available when needed. The snack bar and commons area are always a great place to network and take a break from my office. Each year I evaluate if I should look for another space but for I end up renewing with Novel. Great job!

I have worked out of the Novel office for the past 4 months and couldnt be happier. It is a nice and modern place housing a mix of different companies. The people working here are great and the staff is very helpful. Every so often they hold happy hours where you can meet your co-working neighbors and did I mention there is free local beer on tap in the kitchen area?! I would strongly recommend others to rent an office space here as well.

Novel River North has been home to our work office since August of 2019. We really enjoy the space, the staff and our neighboring tenants. It is a great community to be a part of and we have no plans of relocating anytime soon. Novel River North is a great place to work! The folks who run this office are amazing; theyre always quick to answer questions and make accommodations for anything you need. The common areas are clean, and the space is well maintained because a cleaning crew comes every night. The amenities are great, as is the proximity to the Brown Line. Leasing office space here has been the best decision we made for our startup. We look forward to growing our business, and love doing that at Novel. The best part of working here is all the great people weve met; it makes coming into the office a lot of fun!

I signed on with Novel Coworking (then Level) in their new River North location with a new office suite before it was fully delivered. I was confident in all they had to offer for our new office, in addition to manageable opportunity for our growth. First and foremost everyone we work with here are just wonderful people as well as the tenant mix, atmosphere, and community... with a multitude of different business owners. I love working here. Great features and space. Snacks, coffee, tea, etc. readily available. Peers are friendly, and the community manager, Chris, is always a huge help anytime something goes wrong. We found Novel Co-working when hunting for an office for our growing small business. Compared to its competitors we found that Novel was the best bang for our buck. Shortly after moving we made the decision to expand our team, and Novel was able to offer another office that suited our needs.Kristin the community manager is a rockstar! She is always available and we get the vibe that she actually cares about the tenants. And on that note, the other tenants are great. Weve been able to make a few suite friends down the hall, helped by Novel hosted happy hours.The office accommodations are adequate, but not flashy read: coffee machine, rotating keg, and snacks available for purchase.If there had to be one draw back it would be having to pay for the conference room space, but I get it.Overall, would recommend anyone who is starting a business to office out of Novel.

I love novel coworking! This was a perfect situation for me and my wife to open up my chiropractic and acupuncture practice in the city. It has a very modern look and a great vibe and atmosphere. I rent coworking space @ 420 West Huron Chicago, Illinois. The staff here been very accommodating. Networking opportunities abound. There is an adequately stocked canteen, soda, snacks ECT. No charge coffee, espresso, milk, tea... I honestly break even on the free coffee. Wi-Fi is at lightning speed, affordable printing and Im sure I have left many other amenities. I could not be more satisfied.
