I am very disappointed with my US-based experience. I signed up for an address in Chicago in May. I have YET to receive any mail 5 months later and there was mail sent to this address by companies, etc. They had to resend it to me to another address. Also i have very disappointed with their customer service: slow to respond, unconcerned about the issue. I would not recommend it for now.
