I have used their services for 3 years and am always pleased with the result. Everything from shipping to passport needs, etc. The people who work here always give me options. They also accept posted mail I need to send that doesn’t fit in the blue boxes which I appreciate. I know everyone in Little Italy appreciates this small business! I’ve had such bad luck with USPS and never here.

This store saved my life. The lady that runs it is an angel and deserves all the best. She stayed after hours to help me figure out shipping overseas to my military base. It was very complicated and couldnt have been done without her help!

The best service ever! If you need help, Lisa would go out of her way to help you and answer your questions. What could have been a harrowing time was made easy by Lisa and her staff. I would give more if not limited to 5 stars.

I love going here to take care of my shipping needs. The owner is a wonderful person; always so helpful and completely transparent about pricing and delivery options. If I ever needed any notary or passport services, I would absolutely come here as well. A+, top of the line service and value.

Wonderful customer service - went above and beyond. I needed to box and ship 18x packages out to different people all over the country. Lisa sat with me for over an hour helping me wrap, box, and properly ship each item out. Five stars!

Wonderful experience, the girl there asked what i was shipping, and offered another shipping courier that is cheaper. But I still preferred DHL to be faster. I ended up using the DHL website to create the shipment, and just dropped off my package, along with the papers. I dont know what to do with the papers and I didnt have a plastic envelope thing. But she did it all for me.

I went to this location to ship internationally via DHL. While the lady at the counter was nice she wasnt very knowledgeable about DHL policies. Due to the shipment value which was clearly stated on the forms I gave her, the paperwork required my federal tax ID which I didnt know at the time. As an authorized shipping center she should have known this and advised me. Now my shipment has been delayed for days which I could have avoided if this business understood DHL policies better.

Very convenient and reliable.I dont like to go to the post office, it closes early on work days and very busy on Saturday. After I found this store near my apartment, I ship via USPS, FedEx, and DHL here instead of going to the office. I also rent a mailbox which really helps me to avoid losing packages.

Convenient location, well stocked store. The people who work there are knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I often wished they were open later into the evening, I believe they close at 6:30pm It also seems that UPS is never an option presented to me. I used to not mind using Fed EX until I discovered they are supporters and contributors of the NRA....now I choose not to spend my money with them if at all possible. They do have many USPS options, which for my needs typically work fine.

Poor customer service and poor communication. I’d urge people to not visit this place and visit an actual shipping store like FedEx or UPS and they over charge, not mention that the lady is rude.

Am change my review of this location due to the fact that at first yes she was nice firendly kind but when a issue came up she got all rude did not take resposibilty for the delivery of the item even if the address was put on right the post office had the delivered to the wrong place even if her address was on it to be deilvered to my mailbox. But in all she seem to be nice agian so i just deal with it am not shure whats going on there. But it really close to me it why i use this one still.

The lady is rude and overcharges. Once you pay the bill, she takes no responsibility. Try going to the original fedex, dhl, usps outlets.

Had a very good experience! I had a couple of items that did not fit into regular boxes and we worked together to fashion a box out of cardboard. Lisa was extremely helpful and she spent upwards of an hour just to make sure all my stuff was packed and ready to ship.

This place tried to charge me $856 for a 2 lb item to be shipped to Europe. I can ship the item directly with usps for $77. Either they need to better train employees or they need to stop trying to rip people off.

That Chinese lady was rude she raised her voice when I asked about the shipping label and commercial invoice. It was my first time sending a package that’s why I needed help. Instead she gave me an attitude and made me feel uncomfortable, obviously she didn’t know how to treat customers. It is ashamed to have an employee like her! Never go back there!

I went to buy a 60C stamp. Bought it and gave my mail to them. They said they will drop it in box for me. I just made a general inq. as to where can I buy quarters and lady offered to give me quarters from here cash register. Which is really cool coz I wanted 10$ worth of them. She saw me struggle with carry 40 coins in hand and gave me a zip lock. all this while being super nice! These are the kind of local businesses everyone should prefer and support so that community grows!
