Despite other recent reviews, I had a great experience at this UPS location. Staff was friendly and processed what I needed, quickly. Very conveniently located inside the Pedway under the Swiss Hotel.

Very Rude Lady. “I think she had different reasons for not attending me and I am going to send a detailed complaint to the notary office for not certifying my signature. Every year I do it and it is the first time that I am required to write it in English. I did the diligence now with another notary and he very kindly explained the procedure to me” this happened to me today. She is not an ideal person to exercise the position of notary, according to what has been exposed, she does not know the procedures making the life of the users difficult

We had a difficult and fragile item to pack. Paul was extremely patient, helpful, and professional and gave us confidence that our item will be safe.

If youre looking for this store, its 1 level down almost directly under the hotels check-in desk. Take the escalator.I didnt catch the name of the attendant but with a little social engineering I got her helping me out with shipping a box back home. It took way longer than Id hoped but she helped us select a box and get it ready to ship.

Every time I have visited this UPS Store, the staff is rude. Most recently I went to get a document notarized, and provided my government issued id as required. Sheridee proceeded to ask personal questions related to the content of the document - which was not appropriate and not relevant. It almost seemed like she was trying to not be helpful. I do not recommend this location if good customer service is important to you.

Came to drop off a package and there was a sign saying they were out delivering a package in the hotel. I don’t have time to wait here indefinitely until they get back. Staff your store better.

Been here many times and have never had a bad experience. On a recent trip for printing and scanning services, I had to bring my 4yr old with me. While one associate was helping me, the other was busy coloring and drawing with my son. They were so helpful and so kind.

The staff is almost always great. They will take care of your needs no matter how small. The store is rarely crowded so its usually an in and out experience. Agree with other reviews regarding employee Sheridee. She can be extremely unpleasant. I dont know how she keeps her job. Everyone else, though, is absolutely wonderful. Overall, highly recommended.

It was worth walking here on a Saturday to mail my package. The staff was very helpful on finding a reasonable shipping rate. They are inside the Swissotel, downstairs.

Be vigilant! I regularly ship from home (print and drop at this store) and went in to mail directly from this location. I was given a too large box and then billed on dimensional weight, overcharged by $15! Further, when calling UPS, UPS STORES are franchises and they cant help you. Then you call Corporate Resource Solutions, or whatever the nameless, faceless entity is that manages the franchising and THEY CANT HELP YOU. The stores are individually owned. UPS ACTUALLY TOLD ME TO GO BACK AND DEMAND MY PACKAGE BACK BEFORE IT IS SCANNED. Know that every place that should be reliable and can screw you and sometimes there is no recourse.

This store is conveniently located and has a great associate by the name of Ashley.. She is mannerable, prompt and very helpful! People like her make the day go by much smoother when you have to use a service such as shipping!

Needed to have a document notarized and overnighted and found out that a UPS was in the area which could do both of those! It is actually under the hotel it is located in so when you enter youll need to take the stairs down but once youre on the lower floor its right there.The staff is very friendly and was eager to help out. Not sure if I was just lucky on timing or from the light drizzle outside but there was no line when I got there and they were able to help on everything really quickly.

Sheridee is the most passive aggressive, disrespectful, and just plain rude person I have ever come across in a customer service role. I had several encounters with her over a 4 day period and she made them painful and difficult. I hope I never have to do business with this location ever again!

Infuriating. Sharidee the cashier - Ive never met anyone so patronizing, condescending, dismissive and blatantly rude as Sharidee. Not to mention she purposefully pronounced my last name (wrongly) how she thought it should be pronounced after I asked her to correct the spelling. Just a horrible, infuriating encounter. Feel bad for UPS that this person is a representative of their brand.

Gets the job done. They also accept packages from other couriers. Courteous staff.
