The most wonderful people work here! A local school needed a safe place to bring their children to when some issues happened with the building and on a snowy day too when the weather was bad outside, and these people graciously opened their doors and let them stay in there until they could be picked up by their families. On a side note, the post office would not even let the kids stay in their fine establishment! The post office, which is supposed to be an institution that serves the people! I would never use another business to do what the Lock Box offers for personal or business needs. I have used CLB for maybe 20 years. Not helpful at all. They lost a package that I sent out there and they would not help me track it or pay me for the loss even though I did pay for insurance.

Bad customer service. The Staff there are very rude towards customers. It seem like they do not care to have your business. They are also very careless with the way they maintain the mailboxes.
