Culture wise and Management Team is very good. The VP and CEO are great people and down on earth. they care the employee a lots. I got few job offers but I love the culture here so I dont want to leave Echo.

Chose this company to pickup a pallet of freight in Cedar Rapids IA and get it to Fife WA. Quote from Scott Schilkey was 5 Day estimate; reasonable that it took 8 days to get to Tacoma - no biggie.But Now its been sitting in Central Transports warehouse in Tacoma since 7/31/21 - but needs to be delivered to the barge line a few miles up the road in Fife.They just keep changing the expected delivery date daily to be the next day. Meanwhile its missed multiple barges and Ive had to reschedule contractors and theres no telling when theyll actually deliver it to the barge.

We have been doing business with Echo for over 10 years and moved hundreds loads. Every single loads was as described. They never hide work-ins, appointment times or commodity type just to sell a load. We do really like their website Echodrive, where you can place an offer and your rep will respond to you within seconds! Their loads are top pay on the market. The website gets updated frequently and if Echo has an available load, you can be sure its already on Echodrive. Dont hesitate to have that extra Echodrive Tab next to DAT!We learned that Echo is a fast growing 3PL provider with a lot of customers nationwide. If you are a carrier, you definitely dont want to miss that opportunity.Sooner or later you will face some issues with the shipper or receiver but thats where Echo team steps in and takes care of you. Id like to give a huge shout-out to our rep Anthony Distasio! HE always makes sure you get compensated for detention time, layover etc. HE is the best carrier rep we ever dealt with . You can literally give him a list of what you need and he will find the best loads on the market for you! Our drivers do like to talk to Echo brokers, they are polite and respectful!

Tim Botsford with Echo. Is the single best brokerage rep i have ever worked with. The guy we used before Tim wasnt very trustworthy. So, we rarely used ECHO. Since working with Tim, we do a lot more work with echo. 65 loads in the last 5 months alone. That tells you how much we trust them. They pay their bills and they take care of the people that take care of them!!! I cannot recommend them enough!!!

Extremely disappointed. I was quoted a dollar amount, which I paid. A month later, I was told that I still owed more money in addition to what I was quoted. Despite multiple attempts to understand why I was charged more, I have not received any responses from Echo, and now I was threatened with a letter telling me that they were going to send our non-profit to collections. I cannot believe that this kind of behavior is acceptable in todays world. Think twice before doing business with Echo Global Logistics.

Dispatch was rude,told me that the system shows that I havent had my authority 6 months and its been well over 6 months! I ask for a carrier package for future business, he told me the system wont let him send one. I havent been on my own long,but I have been in the game a while. He was holding the load for someone else. Just unprofessional nonsense.

Echo was great until about a year ago when service and pricing both deteriorated. The last straw for us was an inaccurate reclassification of an ltl shipment and the remarkably rude and unprofessional responses from Echo when we tried to resolve their error. To this day, they have refused to provide any documentation to support their invoice. Will never do business with them again.

Very Disappointed with Echo, It has been very difficult to get a response from their billing department. I have tried to resolve a discrepancy in our invoices in addition to opening a claim for damaged shipment that happened during transit. I have attempted to get this matter resolved since November, started with our rep Cory Beig, I had to escalate this to her supervisor Matt Larken because she was not being very helpful and attentive, I spoke with him once and never heard back from him. I have sent numerous follow up emails and have not heard back from either one of them to this day. I received my first collection Notice email last month therefore I called the 1800 to get in contact with someone who can help me. I was then referred to the A/R Collections Associate who handles our account Jennifer Zacarias. Left her a VM along with an email explaining the situation and never received a response from her. Maybe this review will help and finally someone will call me to address this matter. I will be reporting them to the BBB.

Horrible service. Order did not arrive on time to scheduled date and didn’t receive a notice. Then called and got rescheduled for the next day and still didn’t arrive. Got delayed to a third day and still late. Wouldn’t ever do business with them again. Waste of time with no apologies. Never again.

We booked a load with Echo, received the rate con from Landstar. that is not the issue. The broker- Cody Jones gave us wrong info about the load. We tried to contact him with an issue. he did not get back t us until after 3 hrs. He then kept finding excuses not to pay us tonu.

Echo processed $95 worth of charges 1.5 months after a pick up because they and/or their carrier determined that the pick up building was residential rather than business. The reality is that the location is mixed use with both business and residential. Equally, minutes after telling them that they were not authorized to charge the card they went ahead and did it anyway with no documentation and/or cc authorization.

Slightly better than C H Robinson. Still very disappointed in customer support, call backs, correct information and other stuff important to drivers. But by the background chatter, they are having a great time. I guess I know now the go to job for frat boys. Brad is quite a piece of work. Nothing Ive had the misfortune to do for him goes well. The broker concept is about 40% of whats wrong in trucking. Another 40% is time wasting shippers and recievers, 10%is corporate greed and 8%is poor driver training and2%is government regulation. Im pretty sure the only good ratings they got came from employees....

I would strongly recommend avoiding Echo Logistics. I used Echo Logistics to ground freight ship an item to my customer in Seattle that they purchased from my shop here in Atlanta. First, the item arrived completely damaged so the customer refused the item - I had to reimburse him and it was not a good look for my business. Not a good start. And Echo seemed to care less. Then, trying to get refunded from Echo has been another nightmare. They said they will review my claim and I’ve followed up 3 times with zero response from my account reps at Echo. I’m currently out of pocket close to $2,000. It’s not worth working with these guys. Plenty of other solid choices if you need shipping/logistics for your business.

I used Echo Global to run a true partial shipment from Ohio to Texas which was supposed to take 2-3 business days. The carrier they hired had nothing but excuses why he wasnt delivering the load on time. Eventually, the carrier stopped answering the phone for Echo all together. The carrier had hijacked my load. This put my customer in a terrible spot and I couldnt even give the customer an estimated delivery date because the carrier Echo chose would not answer to provide one. After a couple weeks, I had no choice but to send out more material to my customer who was on shut down. Echo knew this was happening and apologized about the carrier they gave this load to. Eventually, once Echo finally got a hold of the carrier, Echo paid for the return of the original material (which never delivered) back to my warehouse because they knew how terrible of a situation the carrier had left me and my customer in. This all took place back in late November and then into December of 2015. In March of 2016, 3 - 4 months later, they billed me for the original delivery to the customer...they actually invoiced me for the material that never made it to the customer and that was hijacked by the carrier. I have email correspondence of the whole matter yet they dont care and say the invoice stands. I explained that it was ludicrous that they even sent me an invoice for this and to remove the invoice. Their response was to pay it or else they will send it to a collections agency and have it reported to all applicable credit authorities. The people I dealt with in the Chicago office were nothing but understanding of the whole situation until this invoice came to us 3 - 4 months later. Then it was like a switch flipped. They started acting very disrespectful and displayed ignorance and no care for the customer. They claim that there is no such thing as being late and theyre sorry their service wasnt up to my standards. Up to my standards? The carrier they hired hijacked the load and was not answering Echos phone calls to let them know the status . If you do business with this company, watch out! They will bill you no matter what the situation is. They hold no liability for any of their actions or the actions of the no- name carriers they hire.

Watch out carriers when booking a load with them especially with Adam Goergen. Well on June 10 we booked a load with him from Lubbock Tx - Fayetville NC and had to do the set.Since my driver was 150 miles away I asked him for the shipper name so I could find the address and have him headed that way while we finish the set up. Meanwhile I called him in the period of 2 hours 3 times and asked if he had gotten a response from the carrier relation department.According to him he was still waiting. I went ahead and called them and was told that I was an approved carrier. I send him an email as my driver was 10 miles away asking for a pick up nr. No response. When my driver arrived there he told them the delivery city and they put him in the dock and loaded him. Meanwhile I had called several times and gotten no response from Adam. When my driver got the BOL noticed that the carrier name was different. Well he had booked that load with another carrier.THANK YOU SO MUCH ADAM FOR WAISTING MY DRIVERS DAY AND HAVING HIM DRIVE 150 MILES.

I own a furniture company and have used Echo in the past to ship merchandise to my customers. The last shipment I set up with Echo was a complete disaster. I shipped a bedroom set to my customer. The moment the freight arrived I get a call from my frantic customer stating that the furniture came in all beat up and damaged. I told the customer to refuse delivery, which he did. After that, I filled out a claim and Echo came back to me and told me that the claim had been denied by the freight company. They claimed that the furniture was not damaged. Anyway, to make a long story short I ended up losing around $2,000.00 due to them refusing my claim. The bottom line is there are many other viable logistics companies out there. Dont use Echo Logistics Global unless you want a headache and a big hole in your wallet.

I had a freight claim for damaged equipment. I went through all the correct steps and then the echo rep told me they filed the claim and was waiting to hear back from the carrier. After repeated attempts in the last 6 months, now they are completely ignoring me and not responding. These people are quick to overcharge you on any disrepencies but wont come through on a claim. Stay away! They will be getting a letter from my lawyer.

Called on a few loads LTL/Partial, they dont offer to pay much. One was a Wisconsin to California for only 500.00, non negotiable. Thats a joke. Considering other reviews on Echo, Im not surprised. Will stay far away from this one.

No stars!! Liars!!! Tell you they set up something with the receiver and when you get there the receiver tells you they absolutely dont do that. Tell you whatever to get you stuck for hours or days and cant deliver with it stuck on your truck. Screwing truckers and carriers.

Im a driver for another Company, who Echo outsourced a job to, I was delayed one day due to some very thick fog, so many personal vehicles were passing me without lights on and getting lost in the fog, not wanting to risk my license, I decided to pull off the road and wait for it to clear, then when I was able to get going, I made it 200 miles and lost power in my truck, spent half of that day in the shop, finally got to the customer but was turned away and told to come back in the morning. Yesterday afternoon was told someone would call me with a new appointment time, but they never did. Today on the dtive they called me 7 times trying to get me to answer the phone and focus on them instead of the road, then I arrived at the customer and after being turned away this evening I took care of setting up an appointment for the morning with the customer by myself, and then calling Echo to update them on the load information, they have called me 9 times wanting to know if I was unloaded yet, and if not give me a new appointment time, Im supposed to be on my 10 hour break, and have been trying to go to sleep, but because of the harassment, Ill probably be driving tomorrow all day and falling asleep behind the wheel.My phone call to them should have been enough, but each person who has called said that they would put that in the system in their notes, the last guy who called did so 30 minutes ago, and I gave him an ear full, I hope Ive heard the last of them,

They billed us for somebody elses freight. They would not remove the charges unless another shipper agreed to pay the charges. This is insane as we should not be responsible for freight we did not ship, did not receive and did not own. Called several times but nobody was able to resolve the problem. Might be a scam they run, I do not know.

This company is slowwwww! I tried contacting them 4 times and left 3 different voicemail on different days and no one respond to me yet. They tried to connect me with Chad, but no respond from him at all. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Slow shipping and poor communication service. They received the shipment on 4/16 in Colton, Ca and suppose to be delivered to Pacifica Ca. Its 4/24 and I still havent heard anything from them about my order.My recommendation for the company is to improve their communication skill and respond to their customers call.
