Paulo is amazing!!! I have been having him as my stylist for 17 years now and wouldn’t see anyone else!! Also, the salon is very comfortable and feel very safe even during COVID, they are being careful with everything. I highly recommend, go see him you won’t regret it!

The staff was extremely kind and accommodating. My nails and toes turned out BEAUTIFUL. I live in Michigan but I know exactly where to come back the next time I’m in town. Thank you Azmira! ❤️

Bessie is a superstar. Im from NY and use a special Japanese gel in the city and had a hard time finding something similar in Chicago. Bessie has been doing my nails since I moved here in July and found the gel online and ordered it for me. She also contacted the company to learn exactly how its applied. Thats beyond good customer service! Everyone at this salon is fantastic I always have such a nice time when Im in there. The woman who owns it is such a beauty and so sweet and the massage therapists are top notch. I cant recommend this place enough Id give it 10 stars if I could.

I am new to the neighborhood and I’ve been thinking to get a haircut for the last three months but I didn’t know whom to trust, right?! But I went to Ambra Salon and I got Mira to cut my hair! She is the nicest person, and I absolutely love how she cut & styled my hair! She did a phenomenal job! I 100% recommended Mira!!

I just had the most amazing, relaxing, facial by Rina at Ambra Salon and Spa. Not only did she clean my face, including extractions, but she massaged my neck, shoulders, arms, and hands. The facial was so relaxing and when we were done I couldn’t get over how beautiful and radiant my skin felt and I loved how soft and hydrated it looked. I can’t wait for my next one ! I walked out of there very relaxed.

My wife and I were in town for our Anniversary and I realized I had forgotten my pomade. We had a show to catch and not much time to find a Walgreens or CVS. I went into this salon on a wim and asked to buy a small jar of pomade. The ladies there brought me back gave me a little product and a mirror to use. Refused to take any money and wished us a wonderful anniversary. Good people at this salon! Thanks again you were a life saver!

This is a way overdue shout out review for Brittany. She is awesome!! She has done my up-does for every event I have needed for the last 1-2 years! Let me first start by saying, that I normally fly back to west coast to have my sister in law do my hair whenever I need my hair done. She does an exceptional job and has been doing my hair for 10+ years, so for me to trust/let anyone other than her near my hair, is kind of tough!I came across Ambra Salon and Brittany a couple of years ago. I was nervous and anxious. I know nothing about hair, other than my sister-in-law does it and never have to think about what I want/how to do it! I had a black tie event, and simply told Brittany what I was wearing, and BAM she made it happen! I am not the type of girl that goes in with a picture of some type of elaborate idea of what I want it to look like because I have no idea! Brittany does. My hair is like a canvas and she is like Michelangelo! You cannot go wrong with her! I highly recommend her!!

I came to Chicago from Florida for a very short visit and to get married. We reserved a bridal hair/makeup trial run and actual session two days apart. We also reserved a mani-pedi and blow-out for my mom.Ambra team has a true professional stylists and make-up artists. There is no question in their credentials. Normally when I go to a salon, I am nervous that stylists do not know how to manage my hair or I wont be able to communicate well with them what I want. This was not the case. I showed a picture of what I was looking for and from there she expertly recreated a similar style but even better! I really appreciated everyones flexibility (I didnt really know what look I was going for) but she was really helpful to go with the flow and made suggestions and alterations on the fly with ease. I am generally self-conscious in pictures but with the makeup, she applied I confidently smiled in them all:) There were a lot of stressful parts of planning this wedding but they made this part very easy.My moms manicure, pedicure by Azmira, blow-out by Paolo and make-up application treatments were also incredibly professional and high-quality. Everything was very comprehensive, these were really spa-oriented and made to relax.Overall, I have to say, the prices for the treatments were a good value compared to other salons in the area and the quality of the services received.I would highly recommend Ambra Salon and European Spa
