I had a accident with a pit bull where he had bit my face. Dr. B. Lemelman stitched me up in the ER. I can’t believe how perfect the results are. He is a great plastic surgeon very grateful for him and I highly recommend him! Can’t thank him enough for what he did to save my face.

Horrible place! Never going back to this place ever again Be AWARE AS THEY HAVE HIDDEN FEES, that they don’t tell you upfront! They had mentioned skin tag would be cosmetic and I should pay out of pocket. They did skin tag removal- simple procedure, and one of the tag the PA wanted to send out to test it- not explaining there are hidden charges, office fees etc. a month later I get a bill AFTER THE BILL that WAS PAID AT THE OFFICE. They can’t get over themselves, only after making money. Don’t care about patients neither do they care explaining anything. Stay AWAY! rude manager who interrupts you as you’re explaining. Never again.

Terrible terrible terrible! Do not waste your time or money. Physician assistants who are not even doctors have huge egos and dont even help you or discuss issues. They think theyre right regardless of your problem. Bernice Johnson PAC is horrendous. She didnt even look at my skin or ask me any questions and prescribed me something that gave me no value regarding my visit! Waste of time and money. Go to a dermatologist who cares and will help you with your concerns.

I saw Dr. Eugene Mandrea today because my lobe piercings of 1 year have not healed yet. He kept insisting that they are healed. When I asked why one was bleeding just a couple of weeks ago he said because I am being too harsh. That was before he knew my regimine. After explaining that I use a sterile saline solution (which he asked what it was) he said that the spray was too harsh. I further explained that I gently clean them by spraying the spray onto a cotton swab. He still continued saying Im too harsh and said dove soap would be better than the sterile saline wound wash. He told me Im too eager and that I come off as a perfectionist. When I repeated that Ive had these piercings for a year and that Im not asking much he just said there is no sign of irritation. Mind you he did not even look at the hold itself. He then compared what his wife does to my own piercings. I said Im sure hers are healed.When I asked the assistant that walked me back if he works with piercings she responded with an attitude that he gave me advice and I could do it or not. Did not even say goodbye. Not sure her name but she was the only white blonde at the time of my appointment. Also note I dont know her name because though she was in the room she never introduced herself.I will never come back here.

This place is garbage! My husband had an appt at 12:15, we live about 45m away but because he’s been here, he wanted to keep going there. Anyway, we left an hour ahead and got caught in some baaad traffic. He got a call at 12:08 from them asking if he’d be there for his appt and he said he was but was running a little late she said it was fine, that they have a 15m grace period. We get there at 12:30 on the dot and the front desk girl says “oh we can’t see u, the provider just left” I was LIVID to say the least! That is HORRIBLE customer service! We will NEVER be back again and I will make sure everyone on every review site hear about what terrible customer service this DR office has.

Ive been going to this clinic for 6 years on an as-needed basis. I used to see Dr. Fine, who is no longer there unfortunately, and she was so great with patients, personable, and cared about people. After she left, my recent interaction with the the front desk staff leaves a lot to be desired, as youll read in a lot of other reviews. Feedback for anyone at LD actually reading this is to help schedule patients who come in for ultra-routine appointments (i.e. steriod injections that literally take 5 seconds) and not make them book a full 30 minute appointment which clearly is harder to schedule.

Wonderfully spectacular, and I will recommend it to my friends 🌹
