Highly Highly recommend this for all your pampering activities. I found them over a hair removal laser Groupon and have since decided to continue to remain a loyal customer. I purchased multiple massages for my family as well as our employees at our business. John was extremely patient with all my questions and concerns. They prioritize your needs and for someone like me, who enjoys prompt service - they’re a phone call away.Their massages are perfect and customized to your needs. They provide a stiffer deep tissue for my husband and more of a relaxing massage for myself, still targeting all those tough knots I have. Their laser treatment is highly effective and I have progressed to working on various other body parts with them as well. I’m certain I’ll try their facial soon enough - and I’m willing to bet it’ll be incredible too. They’re definitely in the business of leaving you with a smile on your face.

Very pleased with the spa.1. Good availability of appointments. A friend & I wanted a spa day, & we were able to get appointments for the Dita Signature Package calling the morning of! (It was a Friday.)2. Fair pricing. I am from the suburbs where services are usually cheaper, so I was hesitant going in, but the services were such good quality & long that I definitely got my moneys worth.3. Very professional. The spa staff were all super professional & made us feel pampered by giving us bathrobes, slippers, & water in a wine glass in between services.4. Good quality services. I get massages regularly, & Annas deep tissue massage was one of the best massages Ive had. Biancas facial was also nice. I liked that she did not try to sell me products during her facial, which has happened at other spas.

Steer clear of this place at all costs! My boyfriend and I had a Groupon for a couples massage and decided to take advantage of it over Valentines Day weekend. I called the spa ahead of time to request two female massage therapists for us and was assured we would be accommodated. However, once we showed up we were greeted by a male and female therapist. The place was rammed given that it was Valentines Day so we brushed it off and went ahead with the massage. The therapists were very nice and professional, but one of them was clearly very, very ill and spent the entire 60 minute massage coughing, sneezing, and blowing her nose while continuing to give me the massage. As you can imagine, in a time when COVID-19 was starting to make waves in Chicago this is just about the most nightmare massage situation I could imagine. I felt bad for the woman and raised my concerns to the front desk, as she clearly should not have been working that day. The staff briefly apologized but did not offer us anything to make up for the most unrelaxing spa day I have ever experienced. Will not be returning.

I just turned 21 so I wanted to do something special for my birthday. I saw this spa had good ratings so I decided to try it! My best friend and I each scheduled one of the spa packages for a Monday. They arent open on Mondays but since I called so early in advance they had some of the workers come in for my special occasion! I was so nervous to go because I had never been to a spa before, but they made me feel SO comfortable! My friend and I both had a great time, and we felt so relaxed and so comfortable. All of the workers were VERY polite and professional, which was very important to me. The rooms were also very clean and nicely decorated. I will definitely go back, and I am recommending my friends and family to go here if they want a spa day. My best friend and I have decided to make this a yearly ritual where we spend the day at this spa for our birthdays. Such a great first experience at a spa, Im so happy with my decision! And I appreciate Dita Day Spa for making my birthday special!

I went there with my mom and had an excellent experience! the place is so nice and clean, there is a private waiting area. We both got facials, our skin looks amazing! I couldnt be happier with the quality of the service and the atmosphere at this spa! highly recommended!

Booked a couples massage for my girlfriend and Is vacation. Location was a bit hard to find but that made it a bit more of a surprise for her. Worth it too. Arrived on time and I dont think we waited more than 3 minutes. Id say the massages were excellent. I think this was only the second professional massage Ive ever had, so maybe Im no judge, but my girlfriend has had quite a few and confirmed it was wonderful. Great price and location, definitely worth it as part of a nice romantic outing.

I went to this spa to get my nails done when I visited Chicago a few weeks ago. The Spa is beautiful! It is family-owned, so that warm and welcomed feeling is there (I love family-owned business).The pedicure & manicure was the best Ive ever had. When you go, ask for Corrie. She did a superb job, and was very knowledgeable about an issue I had with my nails, and she was actually able to help me fix my problem. Cleanliness is important to me, too. And everything was sterilized. I could tell that they really care about that sort of thing there, and I like that.I wish I could find a spa that good in Atlanta!

My wife loves this place! She enjoys doing her facials there. We like also the place for the ambiance. Bianca and her staff are very friendly. We are waiting for the opening of the hair salon in November!

I’m never going anywhere elseMarielen was awesome. Made me feel completely at ease, explained to me the whole procedure and very attentive to my comfort levels. Also, this isn’t the first time I’ve had laser hair removal and it didn’t hurt AT ALL. The last place I went to (cough spa derma cough), hurt like a mother truckers. They’ve got a great laser and great service. Highly recommend.

Came in with an appointment with a friend we walked in..place is nice wish I could of experienced it better as I sat there with one person working on both my friend and I.. I wanted someone working with me personally not walking back & forth to my friend and I! If this would of been the case on the phone when I booked the appt I would of never showed up! Next time tell ur customer one person is working on both u guys so it wont b a surprise when I walk in! Very disappointed in Dita Day Spa!

After reading reviews, I decided to schedule 2 massages and 2 pedicures for myself and my daughter. She had been having a really rough week at work and was under a lot of stress. The owner/manager?? booked our appointments and told me that our pedicures would immediately follow our massages. Perfect! When arrived the day of pur appointments, the same person (I recognized his voice) informed me that he was short staffed and didnt have anyone to do our pedicures. He was so nonchalant about it. I was upset because I chose this location 1. Because of reviews and 2. Because they could complete both services. I had cancelled our massages at Mario Tricoci because of it. We really wanted to get it all done on the same day. He couldve called me ahead of time so I could have found somewhere else for the pedicures. But telling me at the last minute left no availabilities at any decent nail salon. Grrr... Regarding the massages, mine was good. Very nice massage and relaxing. But my daughters masseure placed the eye patch over her eyes and then dropped essential oils on them...which then dripped down her face causing it to burn and swell. This happened at the beginning of her massage. So she was in pain and unable to enjoy the rest of massage. It took about an hour for the swelling to go down. Afterwards, the manager was apologetic but didnt make any effort to offer us a discount or anything. We will definitely will not be back.
