Transformational Fitness is a great place for individuals looking to lose weight and build strength. The coaches and owners are knowledgeable, professional, and amazing at their jobs. The classes are fun and challenging all at the same. The nutritional guidance is phenomenal. I just completed the 21-day challenge and was was able to lose 16lbs and improve my overall health. I plan to continue being a part of the Transformational Fitness family and this health journey!
I joined transformation fitness 5 weeks ago and did their 21 day challenge and currently doing their nutritional program. This place has been amazing and have lost 12 pounds since I joined. Their programs and coaches have truly transformed my eating, exercise, and way of thinking towards losing weight.The gym is a great facility and the coaches are super knowledgeable. I love working out and they definitely keep you motivated with their specialized routines.
Just finished the 21-Day Challenge and I feel better then ever! The 21-Day program helped me to lose 10 pounds and also kick almost all of my acid-reflux issues. After over a year of being out of any sort of organized fitness regiment, I decided enough was enough and I decided to try the 21-day challenge at TF. I lost 6 pounds in 21 days through their combination of nutrition guidance (you eat a lot; just clean and smart), focus on fitness and accountability. The coaches are knowledgable and easy to work with; the vibe is laid back and supportive. Glad I decided to give TF a try and happy to be an official member!
Transformation Fitness is a great gym. I have been a member for about 9 weeks and so far have lost 10 + pounds. The coaches are knowledgeable, friendly, and caring. I had so many fears prior to joining this gym. Transformational Fitness will help you fight your fears and is full of others who are fighting alongside you. The gym is very Covid-19 safe and has respected all statewide protocols. The bathrooms are always clean and equipment is wiped down by gym-goers after every session. If there are any announcements that affect workout hours, gym-goers are informed through Wodify, our fitness management software, email, and text.I am so happy I joined this gym. I am constantly challenged to try my hardest. Since joining, my arms have become more toned and I am feeling more confident about my physique. I keep raving about this gym to family and friends because of the support I have gotten from the coaches and owners.If you are on the fence about joining, stop hesitating, do it!!Health is wealth. :)
Im leaving Transformation Fitness after 18 months as a member with nothing but good things to say. Throughout my time coaches have pushed me to grow physically and mentally and Im a better athlete because of it.The classes are well managed and the workouts are balanced. The space and equipment area clean and well maintained. TF is great for athletes of all levels!
Excellent program with excellent and caring coaches and trainers. I lost 12Lbs in only 21 days, while learning how to eat properly and work out from home. I actually learned all the things I was doing wrong, so with the corrections it made my weight loss journey even more successful. The personalized service was everything for me. From the initial start to the end of the 21 Day challenge it was all about me. No group meeting, No group work out, No group follow up. It was personalized to fit my weight loss needs. I Loved every second of this program.

I can not say enough about this place! the program they have is amazing! As long as you are committed they are committed to you and help you all the way! oh and a plus on top of it all!!!! if you cant physically do an exercise they will show you a modification so you can still participate in class!
I recently finished the 21 day challenge and must say the coaches/team at TF have it figured out. They support you throughout the three weeks, check in regularly and answer any questions in a timely manner. I have done some of the lifts we do in class before, but the coaches do a great job explaining all of the exercises and provide pointers and modifications. Most of all, it was a great way to keep myself committed to the goals I set for myself. If you are looking to change your lifestyle and be held accountable to your commitment, then TFs 21 day challenge is perfect for you.
I would recommend Transformation Fitness to anyone interested. I discovered this location when I decided to join their 21 day challenge. In 21 days, I was able to lose a total of 9 pounds.I really enjoyed their small class sizes. They followed all the covid safety protocols. The workouts where fun and intense. The coaches, staff and memberships were all very supportive and friendly. I encourage you to try the challenge and check them out yourself.
I am honestly amazed by how effective this 21-day program has been. I lost 13.2 lbs in 21 days 😆💪!! I have been engaged in sports, fitness, and monitoring my diet for many years now, and I have never!! gotten the results that I got from Transformation Fitness. It was not easy, it definitely took work and commitment and saying No when necessary. That said, the meal plan has a lot of really great options, I had more peanut butter in the last 21 days than I have in probably a year! And the class workouts were really engaging especially because the coaches were so awesome. And all in a covid-safe environment. I would recommend this plan to anyone, if you’re serious about results, and are ready to be accountable to yourself, this is it.

My husband had encouraged me to join for some time. Im glad I finally did. The workouts are challenging and fun. The coaches are very knowledgeable and helpful. The communitys very supportive. I feel safe working out at this gym, even in the midst of a pandemic. Everybody cleans their equipment up as soon as theyre done.
I did the 21 day challenge I lost 7.6 lbs of fat. They were so helpful and respectful with regard to covid. I love then community aspect as well.

I joined transformation fitness because I have been struggling to lose weight on my own. No matter how hard I tried I just kept gaining weight and this left me feeling quite unhealthy and unhappy. I signed up for the three week challenge and started on August 17th. At the beginning of the challenge, I weighed 157 pounds and at the end I weighed myself and was at 151 pounds!! I have safely lost 6 pounds during these three weeks of working out with transformation fitness. I plan to continue working out with them because of the great results!! I would also say that this is a very supportive environment. I think the coaches are really great at explaining, adapting excercises and very motivating. They take the time to get to know you and I appreciate that! They also answer all my questions when I notice things going on with my body like soreness and such! The members of transformation fitness are also very sweet! I see myself making friends with the folks that I work out with. Every member that I have met has been very kind and supportive. We all support and motivate each other during the workouts and I think this is also contributing to my success! They are also good with covid 19 guidelines! Workout sessions are kept to only 8 people at a time and everyone has to wear a mask. So ultimately if you are looking for a place to workout and work towards your fitness goals I highly recommend transformation fitness.

I have been a member of the gym for over 1.5 years and while I absolutely love the workouts and training I recently become even more impressed by the comprehensive approach to their training and coaching. I recently (end of April) enrolled in their nutrition planning and through proactive and diligent coaching of Ricardo Valle I was able to reach my goal. I wanted to reduce my body fat and started at ~15.3% and was able to reach my goal of below 12.5% in less than 2 months time. Not only that Ricardo was able to break me from my bad eating habits and create a self-pacing plan that allowed me to achieve results. If youre looking for better nutrition help or a tough (yet fun) workout this gym is the place to be.

Joining the six-week challenge was the perfect opportunity to kick-start my fitness and health goals! I had amazing results, now feeling stronger and leaner. My clothes fit better and I feel amazing! I joined CFC for the 6 week challenge in hopes to lose weight and to turn my body fat into muscle. My focus was on losing the body fat, and I did lose like 3 percent BF by end of the challenge. Working out at CFC is fun and the trainers are highly motivating. Special thanks to Ricardo for keeping a close eye on my workouts and diet! The meal plan was good and easy to follow, but requires dedication! My experience has been so good that I signed up for the next six months! Definitely recommend joining CFC if you want a jump start into a healthy lifestyle.
Awesome. Awesome place. Awesome coaches. Awesome members. I just completed the 6 week challenge and lost 24 lbs and 2.9% body fat. Coaches are so encouraging and motivating. They adjust the workout to meet you skills while still making it challenging. The members are great as well making you feel welcome and included while praising your accomplishments. I joined CrossFit Commitment for their 6 week challenge and it was amazing. The classes are fun enough to keep you excited for the next class and yet still tough enough to always have you feeling sore afterward. The coaches really care and make sure that you are pushing yourself but not hurting yourself. I honestly can say that CrossFit will now always be a part of my life. I lost 20lb, 4.5 inches and 3.5% body fat in the past 6 weeks!! I can’t wait to see what I can accomplish in 6 months!
I love how supportive and encouraging all the coaches are. I was definitely nervous going in but everyone is so nice and I never had an uncomfortable experience. I did see results after 6 weeks and it has motivated me to keep going with my fitness journey. Doing the 6 week challenge was definitely a great experience and not only do you lose weight you gain a lot of confidence.
I started in mid March for the 6 week challenge and the first week I was able to do 3 different classes with 3 different coaches and they were all great. Then corona hit and we all have to stay in but the guys at CFC are on top of it and keeping us motivated at home with online zoom classes. They also got together with other gyms to link us with yoga, Zumba, boxing and many more classes at no extra cost to the membership.
I had been wanting to try this gym for sometime since it’s local and always looked like fun inside, but gym intimidation constantly stopped me. I was then tagged on FB to try their 6 week challenge so I thought why not?? I was chosen to be apart of the challenge in March and have loved everyday!! The gym is very clean it’s one of the first things you notice when you walk in. The atmosphere is very energetic and welcoming which is such a important factor when you’re trying something new. The staff is absolutely committed to their creed and are with you every step of the way. I’ve seen results toward my goal in such a short amount of time and I know it’s because they really care about their members. CFC is not just a gym it’s a inclusive community and if you’re looking to try something new to change your lifestyle, have fun and better your health this is the place to start!!

I took the CrossFit Commitment 6 week challenge back in December. The results over exceeded my expectations and therefore at the end of the 6 weeks I had become a full member. CFC helped me set new PRs and reach my desired BF%. The Instructors are true professionals, very knowledgeable, and have a passion for what they do. The facility is always immaculate (and this was before the Covid Crisis). The community is very positive, friendly, and welcoming. The workouts are always challenging. I came across an ad on Facebook about this gym and decided to give it a try. Signed up to their 6-week challenge and I am excited to say that I’ve seen AMAZING result. I feel a lot more energetic and I’ve been told that I have a glow on my face. The coaches are truly caring and overall amazing!! For over a year I paid a gym membership at another gym and NEVER went in even once to workout, but at CrossFit Commitment, I have the support from the coaches who hold me accountable to my workout schedule and nutritious diet. I had been working on my weight loss journey for about a year, focusing just on reducing my calorie intake. I have been successful in my efforts, but I had started to plateau, and I knew I needed to start exercising to really reinvigorate my losses again. I passed this gym every day on my way to work, and had liked what I saw: small classes, people supporting each other, and what looked like people having fun. When I saw the 6-week challenge, I knew this was my opportunity to get in on it too.Drew and Ricardo helped me adjust my macros to get the most out of my meals, and though interrupted by the stay at home order, my time at the gym was very enjoyable, and I cant wait to go back once they reopen. That didnt stop them though! They held online classes for at-home workouts, and checked in with me, not just about my workouts, but how my mental space was as well in this exceedingly unusual time. Ive never had that level of care from a gym, and didnt think to look for it. 10/10 this place is great!
So what first got my attention for this gym was there 6 week challenge. Today was my last day as a challenger and I can say that I see a noticeable transformation. Clothes fit better, I have more energy and the gym and its members is so welcoming I actually show up. Its a great gym with an amazing support system! It was such a good experience that I signed up as an offical member.

Honestly do not know where to start! Nothing short of a life altering experience. I took the 6 week challenge and had great results to show for it. The coaches are amazing. You feel like a family when working out with them and everyone else in your class. If you have any issues following the meal plan or your workout schedule, the coaches will work with you personally to make sure you do not have the problems anymore. I am really impressed and want to continue as long as I can :)

I hated going to gyms, but I absolutely love going to classes at Crossfit Commitment. The coaches are amazing and supportive. They will demo and explain every move and push you to do your best even if it is just one more rep. The classes are smaller so the coaches can help everyone. The workouts are challenging, but they are not impossible. And the best part is the people. Everyone is working hard and supporting each other. I started because of the 6-week challenge ad, but I stayed because I sincerely love it.
I remember scrolling on FB and seeing Franco’s post about a 6-week challenge. I was in a place in my life where I wanted to pick myself up again and improve my mental health. I used to go to the gym consistently and fell completely off and landed 100 miles away. Imagine working out 5 days a week to completely stopping for 2 years then getting back on a rigid schedule? IT’S TOUGH. I’ve never done crossfit before but this was a great and challenging experience. I loved having a meal plan and checking in with coaches. It strengthened my discipline and made me get back into being active! This program helped me see what I was capable of and also made me realize how much work I need to put forth to see results. I was able to lose inches off my waist, back, and even decreased my body fat percentage. Shout out to Drew, Franco, Danny, and Ricardo for being such great motivators! I’m glad to still be part of Crossfit commitment!
This gym put all of my negative opinions about CrossFit to rest! I participated in their 6-week challenge, and even then I was skeptical. I started the challenge and it was a great experience from beginning to end. My coaches Ricardo and Fabio were helpful and knowledgeable, I followed a fulling meal plan, and I was held accountable for all of my actions good and bad! Overall, I received the support I needed to be successful in the challenge which carried into my daily life. I would highly recommend this place because, not only do you gain confidence and strength. You also gain a supportive community of friends.
Joined by doing the 6 week challenge and at the end I decided to become a member. I’ve been working out on my own for a few years but was not seeing the results that I wanted. With the help and motivation of the staff I was able to see the numbers on the scale go down, and see an increase in my strength. They provide nutrition advice, modify workouts and really push and motivate you. The members are friendly and helpful, definitely a team feeling! I’m happy I tried them out and even happier I stayed!

Ive driven by many times and had an opportunity to check them out. I tried working out on my own and worked with a personal trainer in the past, but it was much more fun to workout in a group. All the coaches are amazing and still give you 1-1 attention. The members are supportive and also help encourage you. Its a great way to take on challenging workouts that lead to results.
This place is great for anyone who is interested in working out, but not sure how or where to start. They will teach you the exercises and how to do them properly. On top of that they will also instruct you on how to eat healthy meals to really shed those extra pounds. I recommend this place to anyone new to the weight lifting world.
Crossfit Commitment has been so awesome! I started off with the 6 week challenge and enjoyed it. It taught me a lot about healthy eating and learning the importance of a good diet. Ever since I started here, I have been able to feel more alert at work, my emotions feel regulated, and I feel my body improving in its endurance. The coaches are all really great and make sure you start at the necessary level and help you work your way up. The community and atmosphere of this gym is also really supportive!

The entire team is truly amazing, you’re always greeted with a smile and they make you feel at home with friends. They break down the steps for an exercise each time and are willing to modify any exercise of you have any joint issues. The trainers make sure to push you, which was awesome. Ricardo and Fabio would always do a great job or helping me find my max weight for an exercise. It wasn’t until this gym that I started to realize how strong I truly am. The members are friendly and helpful, always willing to help spot each other or answer a question.

CrossFit Commitment is about a mile away from where I live, so Id been curious to try it for a couple years before I finally gave it a shot. They were running a 6 week challenge promotion and at the time, I was needing a nudge to shake up my fitness routine so I decided to go for it. The 6 week challenge proposes that you lose either 20 lbs OR 5% body fat. In order to keep you accountable you put down a hefty deposit. If you meet your goal you get your money back. Guess what? I didnt meet my goal. What I did lose: 12 lbs (157lbs down to 145lbs) and 4 percent body fat lost. Most importantly I lost many of my sugar junk food cravings from eating whole foods and following the nutrition plan; sluggishness; and any doubts I had about keeping a regular workout routine. Working out regularly is essential to my mental and emotional health and the gang (staff and other members) at CrossFit Commitmen are very welcoming, patient and encouraging, especially to newcomers. I loved my experience so much that I signed up as a full time member after I completed the challenge. Highly recommend.
Check your fears at the door, no egos allowed. Everyone atthis crossfit gym is supportive, friendly and motivational. You can go on in knowing nothing. Drew/Franco/Ricardo are all top notch, helpful coaches, and pushy in a good way.I started at crossfit commitment never doing most of these exercises, workouts and stretches. Within 7-8 weeks I was well on my way in their beginner track focusing on technique and nutrition. I was able to lose about 25 pounds within this process.They have dealt with covid crisis professionally, safely and pivoting in innovative ways to deliver classes.

Its not only down the street from my place but the Coaches, facility and community are all great! I like the fact that they offer classes that start as early as 5am. Im a big fan of attending early morning workouts since it sets the tone for the rest of my day.Being new to cross fit - I enjoy how all of the coaches take their time in showing you proper posture. As the coaches get to know you they also get to know how much you are capable of and they challenge and push you at the same time. I appreciate this. Ever since I started I feel stronger and better. The workouts are intense, based on your physical ability, and there is plenty of support to make sure youre doing it right. The folks here are a pleasure and I feel the healthiest Ive been in ages.
I did the 6 weeks challenge and I couldn’t be happier with my results. I lost 5% body fat thanks to the help of the coaches and the nutrition plan given. All the coaches are really attentive, checking your form all the time, pushing you to do better and motivating you. I will recommend it to anybody that is ready to commit and achieve their goals.

My sister had completed a 6 week challenge with them and I saw such great and noticeable results that I became curious and went to an informational. Not only did I lose 11 pounds (Im small framed, so this is a lot) but I lost over 5% body fat in only 6 wks. Everyone here treated me well and were invested in making sure I met my goals. This is the best place in Chicago to reach your goals and keep them! The staff is like a family, they listen to your needs and concerns and their top priority is to take care of you while maintaining a close eye on the group. Id recommend this gym to anyone! Their truly the best!!
Of the 50+ CF boxes I’ve dropped in at across the country, CF Commitment separates itself with an incredible sense of community and dedication to its members. Franco and Ricardo could not have been more welcoming or generous with their time. This is a gym that is clearly focused on people and seeing them improve in whatever area they seek. I highly recommend dropping in if you’re looking for a gym in the Chicagoland area!
The people are great! The coaches are really good at teaching and at scaling the workouts. I have felt very supported in meeting my goals. Joining this gym is the best life decision I have ever made.
Franco and Drew are great! They really care and want to help you succeed and meet are goals you have set for yourself. I have not worked out in years and they are great coaches and guides, making sure your form and posture is correct, especially when lifting weights. I will highly recommend this CrossFit gym !!! I signed up for a six week challenge and I am amazed by my results! I was able to get one on one coaching and was able to get modified workouts in order to build my strength and abilities to complete the workouts. It was not intimidating at all ! Everyday I walked in I was greeted with a smile as well as encouragement to try my best ! The trainers are highly motivating and will stand by you helping you get the best workout in ! I will suggest this challenge to anyone that needs guidance and encouragement to meet weight loss goals!
This place is great! Its smaller than most crossfit gyms, which i enjoy. The coaches are knowledgable, friendly, and make sure you get an intense workout with little risk of getting injured. This place is just a short walk from where i live and thought i would give it a chance to get myself back in shape.Dont be intimidated if you are new at this, Drew, Franco, and the rest of the team will set you on the right path and you will be a pro in no time!
About six weeks ago, an ad for CrossFit Commitment caught my attention. It had been difficult to accept that I was not the same active person I used to be and that chronic back problems were getting the best of me. However, the best decision I have made — in a very long time — was to walk into that gym; I’ve felt understood, supported, challenged, and been held accountable. It’s been fun, it’s been working (getting stronger and leaner), and it’s been safe on my injuries. Most notably, I have seen a similar impact on my mood: I have been calmer, happier, more focused, and more positive. These results are worth it. I truly look forward to going to my workouts there. The compassion of the Crossfit Commitment coaches, the cheering of members for each other, and the commitment of them all to support healthier choices for a better tomorrow is what keeps me going.

I have been a member here since they opened a few years ago. This is an amazing gym and community of people. The workouts are challenging but appropriately scaled to each individuals fitness level and needs. The coaches are smart, safe, and genuinely interested in the successes of their athletes. It can be intimidating to start at a new gym but CFC does everything possible to alleviate that fear. The workouts are what will get you in the door but the people will keep you coming back! Its a great gym!
Ive been a member at CFC for almost 2 years now. I am so incredibly grateful for the supportive community this gym provides. All of the trainers are attentive to helping set personalized fitness goals, and advising specifically on how to progress monitor and achieve them. Was looking for a new Crossfit gym after my previous one had closed and when I moved into the area. I had passed by CFC several times and figured to just pull the trigger on joining. Started off with the 6 week challenge and have been so happy with that decision. Everyone is incredibly welcoming and the coaches are extremely knowledgeable and passionate at what they do. They encourage and push you to do your best. Perhaps one of the biggest takeaways that I had in doing the 6 week challenge was their ability to be very thorough in teaching the basic fundamentals while also focusing on safety-- even having done Crossfit before, made me really appreciative and have a different positive outlook on it. Recommend for anyone interested :).
The one best decision I took this year was joining the crossfit. After 6 weeks of the challenge, and looking at myself, I can say that this is one of the best workout that I have done. With a healthy meal plan and motivation by the coaches all the time, the workouts will be a piece of cake. Crossfit is not a “myth” and I would recommend everyone who wants to be in shape while maintaining healthy lifestyle at the same time !!

Initially I was a bit skeptical about this challenge but as the weeks progressed, I started noticing drastic changes in my body. And now after 6 weeks, i can see myself exceling for more.. definitely recommending to those who wants a change in their lifestyle and body..
I have been working out consistently for years, got great results, and have always been skeptical of CrossFit; however, it is only right to give credit where credit is due. I did a 6 week challenge program at CrossFit commitment, and although it was frustrating at times (I missed all my delicious foods!), it was truly remarkable. I learned tons of new workouts, started making and eating healthier foods, met some amazing people, and finished the 6 weeks feeling like I’m in the best shape of my life. Drew, Franco and everyone at CrossFit commitment are incredible, and they push you just the right amount to achieve your goals. And if you ever find the time to give their workouts a chance, do so (safely!). I cannot recommend it enough. I promise you, you won’t regret it.
Fantastic coaches and members at this gym. While in town for 2 weeks for work I googled several places to drop in for a workout. Crossfit Commitment looked like the right place, and it was! From day one everyone was so welcoming. Great balance of strength training and cardio. While it was a 30 minute drive from my hotel this place was worth it! Received some guidance that relieved significant pain from tennis elbow Id had physical therapy on multiple times before. If you are looking for the most rewarding experience of your life, give Crossfit Commitment a try. Thank you all so much, amazing what just two weeks did for my performance when I got back to my home gym in Ohio.

The workouts are great as they can be modified for all fitness levels so you will always feel like you are being challenged without feeling left out. Dont worry if you are a beginner or new to working out (like me), there will always be a coach to teach you!I also just come in without having to think about what I should exercise as they have it all planned out for you. In and out in an hour for all you busy folks, with a range of class times to fit your schedule! The coaches and other Crossfit members are super friendly and will help and support you during the workouts.

Ive been doing Crossfit for a little bit over a month now at Crossfit Commitment and I love it! I recommend this gym because there is truly never a dull moment, the trainers motivate you, other gym members encourage you and overall it offers such a welcoming environment to meet your goals.
CFC is amazing! All the coaches are super friendly and nice! They keep track of your progress and pay close attention to technique and form. They know exactly how far to push you and do not make it overwhelming. Once the coach caught me pull a muscle and asked if I was okay, which I didnt realize until later that I was hurting. Luckily they have a doctor visit every now and then who was able to help me recover quickly. You can even talk to them about nutrition and meal prep, at a point they would ask me to send pictures of every meal for a week so that they could make sure I was following instructions and make changes if need be. The coaches are super attentive and everyone is super nice!
I lost 20 pounds here in 6 weeks. The work outs were awesome, and the nutritional help was exactly what I needed. Dont hesitate to try it!

I just finished my 6 week challenge and I couldnt be any more happier with my results. The trainers are hands on and motivate you to reach your goals. They teach you how to properly workout and even help you meal prep. For couple years, I have tried to get in shape but nothing seems to work. Until I found crossfit, I managed to lose lbs and body fat. If you are serious about getting fit, I would definitely recommend crossfit commitment!!
I have been going to Crossfit Commitment now for about 4 months. I could not be happier. All of the coaches have been extremely helpful, and realistic about my own personal fitness and nutritional goals. I love working with all of them.
