An amazing gym. Has pretty much everything you need for a solid workout. Clean place and everyone seems super cool.

Salt is my absolute favorite place to workout! From the teachers, to the classes, environment and facility, everything about it is amazing! They are always so accommodating and help each person be successful in their workout! Tami, the owner, is incredible and always full of positive energy. I would highly recommend SALT for your daily workouts, youll get a full body workout and feel great after!
I have been a client for over 5 years, and I absolutely love my workouts here. If you havent been to a Barre class before, you need to check this place out. Now they offer spin as well. Tami Conway is the owner and her classes are killer good. She is so committed to her craft and her classes are always new, fresh, and very challenging. My body has transformed and my core is super strong. It is definitely a full body workout.
Went to my first cycle class at SALT last week. I was exhausted, but Im such a fan of the gym. Im a cycling newcomer, and I had two different staff members helping me set up my bike and explaining the class. The space was clean and welcoming. And how to they get their towels to smell so good?! Ill definitely be back.
This studio is so clean and filled with the nicest people! Everyone is so down to earth and willing to help and make sure you’re comfortable and challenged. No attitudes. I love the energy they have from the second you walk in the door till the moment you walk out.
I love the instructors, the variety of classes, and the intensity of the classes. And, SALT clients are great too! Everyone is uplifting and motivating, and honestly this is the first time Ive been able to commit to going to the gym 4-5x/week for a couple months straight.
Been coming to Salt for almost two years now. Great space, always clean and the locker room is great.Favorite clases are Cycle 45 and 30/30. Always try to take classes with Laurel. Her energy is incredible and the classes fly by.
I love your barre classes! I have taken others and they just don’t compare. I love your adjustments and encouragement, doing blocks of focusing on specific body areas, and speed. Classes fly by!
Ive been going here for few years, 1-2 times a week and still get excited about coming to class. There are a range of classes at the same time throughout the week. teachers that are excited to teach and seem to really like doing it, and the studio itself is really nice.
The facility is really nice. Loved how welcomed all staff makes you feel and helps you in any way they can. Th instructors really motivate you and bring great energy to the classes
Our instructor, Mel was motivating and made sure we were set up correctly on bikes. And her music mix was great! Also provided shoes and facility is great. And I like that the bikes show you the RPMs so you know if you are in range of your goal.
Each class is always challenging and new in some way, but the positive guidance and energy from the instructors make me feel like I can do anything! Anyone at any level of fitness needs this in their lives!
I love taking classes here! I feel like it addresses what I need for my body, mind and spirit. I feel like a better, stronger, more motivated person for the rest of the day after taking a class here.
The work outs are challenging and have variety so that my body keeps improving and doesnt plateau. I also really appreciate the enthusiasm and skills of the instructors!
Slick gym, sorry close to home. Cycle class is pretty good - just wish they had a wider variety of class types (they only really do Spin and Barre)

Want a nom cult environment that allows you to be yourself? Join Dailey Method the instructors are AMAZING! Yay Mel and Isaac. I take spin there and everyone from the staff at the desk to my fellow studio goers are awesome. Only thing I wish was a slightly cheaper monthly pass and more evening classes. Regardless I still give 5 stars I walk out feeling great!

Everyone is very friendly and it’s feels like a small bussiness vs a big corporation, which other studios can feel like. The classes are affordable and I like having Spin and Interval classes all in one place.
I love the challenging classes and the fact that they offer child care!
All of the instructors follow a similar flow but offer a different twist to each class which I really enjoy. The classes fly by and are always challenging. =)

Sadie (sorry if I spelled wrong or have her name wrong) she was amazing! I felt like it was such a good mixture of easy and hard. I also loved that she was so attentive, I could see her easily (that is always a big pet peeve, if I dont know the move and cant see her or understand then Im not going full force in my workout). She also knew my name the moment she met me! (thats impressive to me as I can never remember names ;) haha ) It showed she was really paying attention and motivating everyone in the class. She was there to help and adjust, to make sure we were doing it right. The music was fun, and there was plenty of room. AND Ive done barre before but we were doing moves/routine that I have NEVER done before. That was awesome, I was learning so much! The whole experience as a newbie coming in, all the girls working there were so welcoming and helpful, I felt very comfortable as I was new to this location! I will be back for sure with hopefully some girlfriends! xo

Ok so I love barre classes and am on the hunt for a more thrifty option as my pocket book is quite thin. Dailey Method is much like Barre Method but has some variations in class format and moves. If you have taken Barre Method, you may be taken aback by these changes because you are a snob for the Barre (like me) but you get over it and understand that it is still a super hard body work. The teachers are friendly and I especially like Shaw on Sundays. The view from the Bucktown studio is also nice. You get to look at the side street condos which have a gorgeous rooftop that no one ever uses? Why they never invited me to come on the roof top, I do not know. However, dreams of visiting it got me through the thoughts of doubling over in sweat induced muscular pain.
