If there were ten stars Id give eleven. The 200 W. Madison location of Premier Workspaces is exceptional. The staff here is extremely professional and has gone above and beyond my expectations. My clients always comment on how polite and welcoming the staff greets them. This location is extremely accessible and has parking in the event clients need to visit. Overall, a first-class business location and Im happy to bring my clients here.

Ive been a tenant at Premier Workspaces for the past three years and I havent left because the staff and the facility are awesome. Its a beautiful facility with everything a business owner needs. I started off with a part-time office and gradually grew into a full-time office. I love the artistic lobby of Madison Plaza combined with Premiers own sleek reception area, it really gives my business the polish it needs to attract clients. Having two modern conference rooms to choose from has also helped with meetings. The location within the Loop and close to both metra train stations and L trains is also a big winner. Sometimes the sound proofing between the offices is not the best, but everything else is perfect. And Pam and her staff is stellar! Dont miss checking out Premier before you make your decision on an office. Its one of the best decisions Ive made for my business and Im pretty picky!

The Best! The facility is top notch and so are the people managing it. Cost wise, I do not think you will get a better option. Just visit the facility and you will know what I mean.Another advantage is that they have facilities across many cities. I contact Kassidy Mays whenever i need a venue for my events, 2-3 time each month, and she takes care of it.
