Extremely rude people. Gave me scammer vibes so I cancelled my booking and never stayed. I honestly felt like this is the kind of place that will lie or find any reason to keep your deposit after you check out (and it’s a HUGE deposit). Plus their attitudes are horrible from the start. I wasn’t taking the risk
Called today and the guy James who answered was rude
I was scouting the internet in an attempt to find a penthouse for my husband’s birthday and I came across what appeared to be an affordable location along with the amenities that caught my attention initially! I placed a call and the call was answered rather personal as if I was calling someone’s personal cell phone as opposed to me calling a business! My call was answered by Darnell, from the time of him answering the call he was distasteful, dismissive and disengaged! As opposed to him answering my questions, he redirected me to the website! It doesn’t take a genius to determine that I initially viewed the website before placing the call! I immediately lost interest and terminated the call! His demeanor was simply repulsing! I’ll continue with considering other locations that pride themselves on their customer service!

Stayed in penthouse 5505. Amazing views. Great beds. All the necessary items in the unit. Bring clothes and enjoy your stay. Plenty of room for 4 adults and 2 kids. Great views of the city and lake. Owners communicated everything you needed to know. Offered solutions for our luggage. Large dining table for meals of you want to cook. Full kitchen. Washer and dryer in the unit.
Be very cautious with this business. We scheduled 3 nights with this company due to Hurricane Dorian approaching Florida. We paid almost $2,000 dollars with them. Our flights were canceled which we werent able to leave out of Florida because of the well known hurricane. The hurricane was very well known news.We notified James the owner 72 hrs prior of not being able to travel based on the hurricane out of Florida and arrive there on Monday. The owner and wife told us no refunds.We asked for them to be professional and issue us at least some form of credit. They required us to pay more money if we wanted to reschedule a different date and required us to reschedule in 7 days. This company basically just took $2,000 dollars and we didnt receive anything. Be very cautious dont get fooled with the lines of penthouse its not worth it.Also James will comment and make a false excuse - be ready. But any business who tells you 100% no refund, with something the consumer never accessed during the time of a possible state disaster you must question. Be cautious, these are very bad people. We are still waiting to receive our money back.
If I could give a Zero I would. The hotel was booked for 2 months from now, money charged and needed some information to finalize booking. Called the number on the website and got a hello or hi, no name, no business name, no anything professional. Terrible service and then they cancelled our reservation because we did not send in a copy of ID, names, addresses and email of the people staying there 2 months from now. Really!! Horrible!! Do not stay here and I will make sure everywhere I can I will post this review, facebook, instagram, twitter and on every site that this so called business is located on. Very Unprofessional and for as expensive as this place is you would think they could hire staff that provide better service. What a Joke, oh and I almost forgot, they called me a liar by saying they had no way to get ahold of me even though I called to get the blow-off, left my cell, they text me the information, but no way to reach me. Interesting?Nice try, people need to be warned about this place. The response to this is a lie. I booked through Southwest Airlines, Only the Biggest Fraudulent Airline in the World I think not, website. I can provide emails from Southwest of the booking, statements from credit card showing it was booked but wait it was a fraudulent credit card - again a lie and text/emails from James, extremely unprofessional, rude and shady. So glad we did not continue this booking as I can only imagine how and what they do to customers who actually stay there if they can BOLD FACE LIE!. Please reach out if you would like all the proof! No made showed up for me . Thry jsut rebt the apartments from the real owner n rent it to us . The thing is that as sure as you give them your many ; they just keep charging you then notify you on mail wheather you accept it or not . The fined me on a noise complaint when I was sleeping that very night after 22 hours of flying!! So bad . The doorman made me pay extra money for a massage cus they dont have massage center . Keep out . I just made it 2 stars for the good location thats bout everything I liked bout it .
