Everyone loves a dentist that is going to treat them immediately and get them out of their pain. However-the office is a racket. While they have one receptionist that is the sweetest ever, when it comes to billing-look out. It is a scam. They charge you after 30 days however you dont even get 30 days to pay the bill, as it arrives late. They then charge you for every 30 days and when you call up, they dont see what you are seeing on your bill. I started out pleasant and simply asking about this and she literally talked over me, interrupted me, could not answer my questions and gaslit me the whole time. The dentist also sees about a bazillion patients because he does offer this emergency care, and its how they get you in the door, but he wont remember the important things (like if you are a cardiac patient and should be monitored after being given anesthesia with a known cardiac-stimulant.) If you have to go to a dentist for an emergency I guess this is a place to at least get yourself out of pain, until you can find a better practice. Also they dont tell you up front what the billing will be so be sure you discuss BEFORE you see the dentist and make sure you follow up with your dental insurance as well. There are better offices that are also more modernized and will handle dental anxiety better as well.

Found my new dentist! They got me in as fast as they could and the whole experience was amazing. The staff is super welcoming and kind! Dr. Pressling was extremely professional and made me feel really comfortable, I am happy to say that this was one of the best dentist visits I’ve ever had!

Came in for an emergency wisdom tooth removal after I was in quite a bit of pain. They numbed the area, but I was aware and awake for the whole procedure. Four weeks later, I’m still in excruciating pain because they fractured my jaw during this procedure. Absolutely would not recommend. If you can stand waiting a couple of days to get in to see a real dentist, absolutely wait.

Wonderful experience.I had an emergency root canal performed the same day I found out about his practice [2019].QUICK. SIMPLE. PAINLESS.He had me in and out in maybe less than an hour? Including x-rays and assessment. The staff is really sweet and reassuring of everything.This year, I had to return for a similar procedure and Ive had the same experience. He is very considerate of his patients needs (I am pregnant with twins this year). Im typically afraid of the dentist, but not Dr. P!!Financially? Even works with you so youre not going broke paying out of pocket. Highly recommend Dr. P.

Dr. Pressling is the BEST!! I’ve went to Augusta Dental for an emergency wisdom tooth extraction which he did with the roots and tooth still intact!! I recently returned for a partial rootCanal and my second visit was equally great. Dr. Pressling is the best combination of an Artist/Surgeon. He is very outgoing and fun to talk to which is what I enjoyed the most! He’s extremely skilled and knowledgeable and I plan to return to him for all of my Dental Needs!

I called and left s voice mail around 4:30am. They called me back after 8:00am to arrange an appointment at 1:00 pm at same day for a root canal.

Needed a wisdom tooth pulled out due to very bad pain. called 4 different offices and none would see me for 3 weeks. Left a Voicemail for him and he called me right back and was able to work with me right away. Extraction was quick and painless.

Dr Pressling is amazing! I had an immediate emergency and he took care of my needs immediately. I was having unbearably pain on a weekend and he saw me on Sunday the day I called and ended up having to extract a tooth. He educated me on why the tooth could not be saved, I had absolutely no pain and gave me a wonderful referral for an implant. Ill be returning for my follow up soon.

I was in a LOT of pain, needed a tooth pulled, called at like 8pm on a Friday and the dentist called me back right away. Let me come in on a Sunday morning PLUS I didn’t have the entire amount needed to pull the tooth so this wonderful man let me pay what I could afford. I am SO grateful.Tooth pulling took less than 20 mins! I will continue going here for all my dentist needs!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Dr. Pressling and his team are amazing!! Since moving to Chicago a few years ago, I’ve tried several dentists in the area from here to downtown, and Dr P. is an awesome dentist, very thorough, and did not try upselling me to redo every filling like other dentists have tried, but he has completed needed and obvious dental work. I only needed a cleaning this time, and my teeth feel so clean. I highly recommend!

Had went to my own dentist on Saturday morning after a night in the ER trying to get antibiotics with a severe and painful dental abcess which they wouldn’t drain or do anything aside from give me antibiotics and schedule me for an appointment within the next 6 days. I couldn’t function and luckily I had Saturday and Sunday off from work or that would’ve just been hell but all I could do was stay in bed.. I was just in bed up all Saturday night until early Sunday morning on google trying to find solutions or even preparing to try to drain the abcess on my own.. I found Dr. Pressling and I called around 3am-4am Saturday morning. I heard back from him by 8am to get a 12pm appt which was bumped to 11am due to a cancellation but due to traffic and a very painful drive the ride up north took longer than I expected and I even arrived 26 minutes late. After I quickly filled out paper work. Dr. Pressling took a look at my teeth, X-rayed them and applied novacaine via injections around my tooth which was more painful to me than the actual tooth extraction and the tooth was out in under 1 minute I believe.. and I felt enough relief to the point where I laughed and smiled .. which was very contrary to how I had been when I initially came in. I was very satisfied and it’s only been about 6 hours since my tooth was pulled and I currently am reporting no pain at all.. compared to leaving the infected tooth in and waiting for antibiotics. Thank you Dr. Pressling.

I called at 1pm to see if i can be seen and they told me i can if i get there before 3pm i got there 30 min later and received some of the best customer service i ever experienced im not too familiar with “normal” dental costs because it was my first time paying out of pocket but it was worth every dime! I had a dental emergency in July 2020 and he accepted me to go in the next day. I’m very pleased with the final result of my emergency situation and it was affordable. I would definitely recommend this location and I will definitely also go back for more services.

Found Dr. P through “emergency dentist” search Saturday about an accident that left my two front teeth chipped. He called me back right away and was able to get me in ASAP. He repaired my smile with little discomfort and I felt confident in his expertise. The staff was so great that I booked an appointment for a cleaning the next week. Everyone is so nice and my experience was so great that I regret putting off the dentist like I normally do. I travel from Old Town and it’s so worth it. Definitely keeping all my follow up appointments.

Thieves!They set up an certain amount to charge and then months later bill me and threat me to pay the supposed difference over the phone. I’m never going back there again. You can get a dentist that will do the same service and won’t steal $100 from you after.

So first of I called the front desk and told them I was in horrible pain due to a failing root canal asked if they accepted my insurance they told me yes, followed by telling me that the dentist would call me he proceeds to tell me that they don’t take my insurance then he asks me what’s my budget!? Like really most unprofessional individual ever like really what’s my budget ? Then he tells me why did I wait till the last minute so rudely and unprofessional while I’m in pain he’s going to judge me...

My partner went in for a check out after a persistent, bad toothache. The dentist at this clinic took an x-ray and said that theres nothing that he could find and said that the pain is probably due to clenching of teeth while sleeping.The pain increased over the next couple of days so he went for a second check up at another clinic. They detected infection which needs a root canal.Im not sure what sort of a practice this dentist is running but Ive never heard of a dentist who is unable to detect a root canal. They made money off a bogus analysis and did NOTHING to ease their patients pain.Avoid if you can. There are much better dentists in this neighborhood.

My experience was great! I Called at 4 AM and left a message with the answering service the doctor was quick to return my call by 7 AM on a Sunday and immediately took me in. The procedure he did was quick and painless and he gave me great education and comfort, he also went the extra mile to call me back the following day to answer some additional questions I had. Overall very satisfied and will be coming back to do more dental work.

I dont know what happened for people to have felt they needed to leave a 1-star rating. What I do know is that there are a handful of them and an overwhelming amount of 5 stars...virtually no ratings in between. PLEASE trust the positive reviews, for both emergency and regular dental work. I had not been to the dentist in ELEVEN years, thats how awful most of my dental and orthodontic experiences have been. Going to the dentist and worrying about my teeth has been my biggest fear and worry for the past 5 or so years. Im saying this because I am eternally grateful to have found Dr. Pressling and cannot believe he is as good as he is. I dont even worry about any upcoming appointments any more. Never did I think that would happen. I have had to call his emergency line TWICE, thats how bad my teeth were. Both times the people answering the phone were incredibly kind and compassionate, and both times I was able to get seen the same/following morning (called at 1 AM, seen at 8:30 AM). First time a root canal and there was NO PAIN AT ALL. Second time was for a terrible infection, so bad the novacane would barely stay effective for more than a minute at a time. This man was patient as all get out, kept giving novacane shot after novacane shot, explained bluntly and kindly that its not going to stick that well and he will go fast. 10 seconds...10 seconds and that tooth was out. I was overwhelmed with emotion because I have never been in so much pain before in my life, and Ive had kidney stones. Not only was I happy, HE was happy, he is incredibly genuine. The staff is great too, everyone has a great sense of humor, very old-school setting. He doesnt get annoyed with you asking questions or helping to talk you through things to calm you down. And the service is fast and painless. You have to trust him, because he knows what hes doing, he cares, and hes not going to waste your time (or his). I dont know how he does it to be honest, he goes from patient to patient to patient. Always in a great mood, always talking to you about how youre doing, funny memories he has. Incredible bedside manner, painless, and fearless, PLEASE go to him and see for yourself. I will never go anywhere else, and he does it all so I dont need to find a specialist or anything. I had a wonderful experience here! This is now my home dentist. I had to get an emergency extraction and Dr. Pressling was wonderful and funny. I’m so glad to have met him and will be seeing more of him as my family and I have made him our permanent dentist.

Front desk receptionisnt could have smiled more and been a lot friendlier, but I am happy with Dr. P. Himself. When I called the office around 6 PM, a lady answered, took my info and said the Dr would call me back within minutes. And he DID!! I had a lot of pain last night, and he told me exactly what to take to at least be able to sleep. When I told him the prices of other dentists Ive been to, he was shocked and told me forget them, and come see him the next day. I saw him today for my teeth, and he was amazing. He went through exactly what I need to have done, the costs (much less than other dentist), worked with payment plans, and also was very gentle but quick when it came to dealing with the issue I had today. He had me in and out in under 30 mins. Gave me medication right there after the procedure, gave me a prescription, and we talked about visits from today - on. I recommend Dr. P. To anyone who needs a great dentist that takes emergencies seriously. Thank you, Dr. P. I will be back.

This dentist was amazing! I had pain from damaged wisdom teeth that kept me up all night. None of my pain killers would work. I called this office at about 2:15am and they took a message and the doctor responded to me within a few hours. He got me in at 11:30am the same day and removed my teeth so quickly i couldn’t believe it! He is everything his reviews say he is! As long as you’re in network with your insurance he’s definitely affordable! This was by far the best dental experience ever (had quite a few bad ones) and as far as I’m concerned I’m a patient for life!

I absolutely love Dr. Pressling, and the staff in his office. Ive had several procedures done by him, and hes been nothing but kind and patient with me. Hes been able to see me for emergency appointments, which I really appreciate, as tooth pain is the WORST and most dentists arent open at night. Hes quick to get his work done, and I love that I never have to wait past my appointment time with him. Ive been to other dentists that keep you waiting forever, whereas Dr. Pressling focuses on one patient at a time, making your appointment quick and respectful of your time.Lastly, I feel like Dr. Pressling and his staff want to do whats best for the patient and for their teeth, rather than what they can charge the most money for, which I cant say is the case for other dental offices Ive been to. I had previously been seeing a different dentist who wanted to pull one of my teeth and do an implant, which was going to cost me several thousand dollars. I put it off at the time, partly because of the cost, and partly because I felt like the tooth that was chipped wasnt bad enough to need to be extracted. I saw Dr. Pressling for an unrelated issue, and asked him if he wanted to remove the tooth while I was numb, and he was shocked that the previous dentist said it needed to be extracted, because it was able to be repaired. He was able to fix the tooth, saving me a ton of money. That was more than a year ago, and Ive had no issues with it since!Since Id had several great experiences with Dr. Pressling and his team, Ive made him my permanent dentist. As someone who has (unfortunately) had a lot of dental work done, and has seen a number of different dentists, I highly recommend him!

Very rude. I might have an actual dental emergency because my back tooth feels cracked and jagged, and I was hung up on twice!In the first call, someone picked up and I explained that Im experiencing issues, and they said theyre booked until the 31st. I reacted by saying oh wow. I was desperate, so I wanted to ask if I could make an appointment for a later date and they hung up on me. I thought it mightve been a mistake so I called again, and they purposely picked up to hang up again.If this is how you treat people when they need help, then you need to re-evaluate yourselves. I know its a difficult time right now, but a little kindness goes a long way.

Had dental work done in Texas a few days prior to moving to Chicago and began experiencing tooth pain after moving. By Saturday I couldnt stand the pain and began calling around. Augusta dental was the only office to answer and had me in a dentist chair within the hour. Dr. P was honest and chose the least invasive procedure that had me feeling better within hours. Best place in Chicago! Hes honest and really wants what is best for his patients.

Was the best experience I have ever encountered in a dental environment. Dental work was acceptable but I was told I could pay in increments by the receptionist. When the work was completed the dentist rewrote that narrative and said, absolutely not emergency work must be paid at the time. Something that was not said before. This was 5/1/18 and they still have not sent me an itemized receipt, despite calling them asking them and them saying they sent it again.SO SHADY I SPENT 1600$ AND THEY WONT TELL ME WHAT FOR!!!

Went for an emergency root canal during the Covid Shutdown, no one in the office but the dentist and I (no office personnel) the Dr. did the procedure, never took my insurance information, charged me $300 and then billed me $1000 with no insurance. Unacceptable!

I have been scared to go to the dentist since i was 11 years old. I am now 27 lol. Yesterday i woke up on soooo much pain i knew i couldnt go one more day ignoring my tooth pain. With all the raving reviews, I thought they were all fake.Dr. Pressling ended up being the best dentist that I’ve ever experienced. I called frantically on a Saturday after part of my wisdom tooth chipped off and I needed it removed. He got me in at 10:30 AM on a Sunday and he came to the office specifically for my appointment. He answered all of my questions and told me that people are more nervous for dental work than they need to be and he gets it done very fast. He wasn’t kidding. Got my tooth out in 3 seconds.I ended up bleeding for 24 hours and started to panic, called his cell phone at 5 Am and he told me to meet him at the office at 10AM This morning (Monday) and sure enough I get there and the bleeding stops and the clot finally formed. He let me know that I can call the office if I have any further questions but I would be fine to go to work tomorrow.I will be getting the other 3 wisdom teeth out by him in February.

I don’t have any words because was excellent service quickly nice. I well referred all my friends family to this doctor office was cheeps and no pain or painful during surgery time or after surgery don’t remember when was done. Other dentist went past 6 years getting a lots pain fully and to experience also not giving appointments when we needed service. Hopefully. This doctor gets my message quickly this.

I have been coming here for many years to see Dr. P. I actually moved away and despite sampling the services of other dentist I just could not find the same level of service that the Dr. and his staff offer anywhere else. So I had to come back to this wonderful staff, they take their jobs and my care very seriously, while at the same time making me always feel relaxed and not dreading someone working in my mouth. Plus its nice that I always get compliments about my smile from the the office. Most importantly for those looking to give this practice a chance is that the dental work here is exceptional and Dr. P. has always come up with creative ways to resolve my dental issues and he has a wonderful bedside manner. I cant say enough to praise them, thanks Dr. P. and staff, you are the best.

Ive never reviewed a dentist before but I am sitting in the office right now - at 7pm on a Sunday - listening to Dr. Pressling explain the situation and options for a friends tooth issue (pull it vs. root canal) and felt like I had to! His style is amazing. Hes no-nonsense, provides ample information for a patient to make an informed decision, but is still quick and efficient in getting right to a solution to get the patient out of pain. Thumbs up!

Doctor P. got me in the same day for an emergency root canal - the procedure took 15 min. tops and was virtually painless! I think hes an excellent dentist and I will definitely be going back for future dental work. I totally trust him.

I chipped my tooth and initially got it fixed at another dentists office, but it chipped the next day!!!!! I was SO upset, especially because it was a Sunday, and there were virtually NO dentist offices open. However, Dr. Pressling was more than willing to come in on his day off to fix it for me. He was kind, friendly, and efficient. I was extremely happy with the results, and Dr. Pressling said that if the tooth chipped within one year, he would fix it again for free. Since Dr. Pressling fixed this tooth, I have been able to eat, and it is staying strong! I would strongly recommend Dr. Presslings dental services for both his dedication to patients and the quality of his work.

If I could give Augusta Dental and Dr P 10 stars, I would! I first went in for an emergency extraction and then proceeded to have bridges and crowns put in over the next 18 months. Dr P rebuilt my whole mouth and I can once again smile from ear to ear!Making appointments with Penny and Irma is easy peasy! AMAZING SERVICE! I had excruciating pain a whole night before. This pain radiated to my head and whole face, no pain killer worked. Thankfully I found Augusta Dental online and I called at night. The dentist called me back and set up an appointment for next morning. Went in and got wisdom tooth extraction and root canal in couple minutes! Pain gone FAST!!! I was dealing with extreme tooth pain and the Dr. spent time texting me and even came in on his day off to help get me feeling better. The whole staff are all types of Awesome. I chipped a couple teeth at work. It was after hours, 5:50 p.m. so most dentist were closed. I Googled the nearest dentist that was still open. Ill call them at 6:07 p.m.. They took me in last minute and were very friendly and funny. Gave me a great deal. The process was quick and painless, and had me with a brand new Smile by 7:05 p.m.. In fact, I think my new smile is better than my old smile. Lol. Definitely a great experience for it to be very unexpected.

I cracked a tooth last week that already needed a root canal and have been in debilitating pain and taking hydrocodone for the past three days. I had no luck after calling over a two dozen dentists since then. With the pain being even worse this morning, I kept calling dentists (to no avail) until I finally found Augusta Dental Center on Google. I called them, their office staff answered within three rings, and after explaining my situation the office staff (extremely pleasant and sympathetic) told me to turn around and drive straight to our office. After a short wait, I saw the dentist and explained my dental problems (extreme pain and needing a root canal, confirmed by my last dentist visit). After doing his due diligence (inspecting my teeth, taking x-rays), he explained the entire procedure, made sure I felt comfortable, and then started. 25 minutes later, he finished the procedure. No pain, quality work, and a pleasant man to be around.If you need a dentist, especially for emergencies - you should go here.

I was in so much pain and needed an emergency root canal when visiting town for a wedding. Dr. P fit me in right away, his staff got my insurance to partially cover the visit even tho I was out of state and out of network. So very grateful for this place!

Best dentist! Im on vacation from Texas. I was in need of an extraction and I found Dr. Pressling he made me feel so comfortable and all his staff was very porfessional. I had the best extraction ever no pain and fast. I recommend him highly and will refer friends and Family. Thank you Julie D

Everyone that has commented so far on this practice are spot on, Dr. P & staff are serious professionals and you will be well taken care of. I had one side of my right molar cave in and it was still dangling from the gum tissue, the detached piece kept getting caught up against the jagged profile of what was left of the molar. Very painful when I bit down, got in the way of eating, and my jaw was sore from maintaining my upper and lower teeth from touching. I called to front desk and Penny scheduled me with no problem and had me in the doctors chair for a pain free session, when all was said and done I felt like a real person again. I wouldnt go to anyone else in the city but Dr, P when it comes to my teeth.

I needed soooo much work done I could write a book about it. Dr. P has saved so much of my teeth and provided useful education on keeping my teeth healthy. They are flexible with payment options, which was a huge plus when I didnt have insurance. As much as I hate going to the dentist I enjoy the people that work here, and I would highly recommend their services

I had the absolute best experience here after an accident that left my front teeth broken and crumbling. Dr. Pressling called me later that night on a holiday and was able to see me the next day. He reassured me Id be taken care of. Its scary busting your face up, but now I have four BEAUTIFUL front teeth and my smile is better than it ever was. I am so thankful for all their hard work, their confidence in suggesting the best possible treatment, and above all else, their dedication and personal connection to patients. I love Sue (I think thats her name!) and Dr. P!

Love this dentist and his staff!!! I accidentally came across doctor P when I was on vacation in Chicago and started having a bad toothache . He is now my permanent dentist and drive over 2 hours to see him . He is the one the dentist that got me over my phobia of going to he dentist . I recommend dr P hands down best job and bed side manners

I came to Dr Pressling on 3/20 for a cleaning, and like everyone else out there I really hate going to the dentist, but Dr. P makes me always feel good and at home, when I leave his office my wallet feels like it was money well spent. Truth is I have been coming to Dr. P for a few years now, his office manager Penny is always helpful and goes above and beyond. Dr. P is fast and knows what hes doing. I will continue to come here for all my dental service. My recommendation is to give this practice a chance, your teeth will thank you for it and if you value a stress free time in the chair (a place that is normally associated with stress but not the words stress free) these folks at the clinic are genuinely nice and want to take care of you.

Dont go here.he left a stitch in my mouth. only just now realized it two weeks later when i was still having pain in my jaw. my mom had to pull out an inch long thread from the inside of my cheek.what kind of dentist forgets a stitch in someones mouth. i literally dont get it

This place is amazing! I struggled with a toothache during my winter vacation and got back knowing that I needed to get an emergency dental appointment quickly! The dentist called me back within about 3 minutes to fit me in the next morning. I showed up and within about 6 minutes, the tooth was out and I felt NOTHING! He is awesome and the staff is so friendly and helpful! Definitely gonna make them my go-to dentist!

They do not except state insurance so whats the point????? You might be good but have no right to judge!!! This is why people do not like dentists! If you got cash, credit or debit hell surely help! Poor people get tooth aches also!!!!

Great experience coming here. They took me in for a last minute emergency pulpotomy and then a follow-up root canal. It was quick, clean, and (relatively) painless. Staff is friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Dr. Pressling is an absolute wizard on the drills!

Dr.P is amazing. I had an abcess and broken wisdom tooth that noone knew was a wisdom tooth but he got me in a few hours later and within 30minutes i was relieved. Hes amazing hands down.

Ive been going to Augusta Dental for over 10 years and wouldnt think about going anywhere else. Dr. Pressling is fast, efficient, and explains all my dental needs in full detail. The office staff sends all my claims, I love this place.

I was in so much pain when I called Dr. Pressling! It was late at night on a Sunday night and he still had me come in! I drove an hour to see him and it was well worth it! I didnt feel a thing! This was my first tooth pulled in my 30 yrs! I will definitely be coming back for more work! And I will be sending him more business! HORRIBLE PLACE! DONT GO HERE! They didnt disclose how much the full procedure was going to be. Then on top of that, they charged me for work that was never done. This place is so shady and a bunch of liars. Will do anything to get you in the chair. How are you going to charge people for work that wasnt done? I notice other people said the same thing. You guys have been reported to the Better Buisness Bureau by me and I hope others for trying to get money out of me when the work wasnt done and I was told different things by the Dentist when it came to paying 200 a visit. You guys billed me for a whole procedure when I was only doing a little piece at a time and paying for it when I came in hence not to have a bill due and balance. Very shady and just straight disrespectful, especially Irma the receptionist. What you do is take advantage of people. Its sad, especially when you are suppose to be there to help.

Awesomest doctors and staff ever. Dr. P and Dr. Tsang have been helping me take care of my teeth for almost 10 years now and I have never had a bad experience in either of their chairs. Peggy at the front desk is a fixture that when you come in the office makes you feel like you are coming back to a familiar warm place. Ive noticed that other reviewers have said its almost like family, and they are correct. Right in the lobby I met a family that the father had been coming to see Dr. P from when he was a kid, and now both his kids are going to Augusta in their early teens, says a lot about this practice when two generations keep coming back, and these folks arent the only ones.

Best Dentist Ever! I had a dental emergency about a month ago; Dr. Pressling came in on his day off to take care of my severe toothache. Hes my dentist now for all my routine dental care!

Called this clinic recently at night for my wifes excruciating toothache that started in the evening. We chose to call this place due to overwhelming previous positive reviews and reported 24h availability of professional help, which is obviously not common in any city. A lady answered the phone and said the doctor will call us right back. Waited all night and no word from them whatsoever. We even called a second time to make sure they got the right number to call us back at. If the service wasnt going to be available, it should have been explicitly mentioned. It really gives people a false sense of hope and can potentially delay patients from seeking appropriate care elsewhere. I would give 0 star if it were an option.

God Bless Dr. Steven Pressling at Augusta Dental for his professionalism, skillset, personality, & heart- he selflessly helps MANY in emergencies! This past weekend I was in EXCRUCIATING pain & couldnt sleep for 45 hours,.... I reached out for emergency help to SO many places, not even insurance, old dentist, meds, or hotlines helped. Throughout those 45 hours I still had to push through work which was quite dangerous but I didnt have another option and couldnt find any help. My brother found Dr. P online & I called- got an appointment ASAP that day within just an hour or so, a painless root canal (turns out the issue was way more serious and did need immediate treatment just as the pain suggested- will need other root canals and crowns in result of damage caused by prior wisdom teeth)..., reliable and relieving medications, a reasonable payment plan, and MAJOR relief ASAP... and throughout the entire thing, Dr. Ps personality put me at ease- he was very attentive, had a great sense of humor, was kind, and treated my case with utmost importance,... he did his best to make sure I was comfortable, knew what was going on throughout the procedure, and afterwards, made sure I was aware of the next crucial steps to getting on a healthier path for the future. I am going to share this with everyone I know- family, friends, even strangers! I hope that anyone who has been to Augusta Dental and experienced the positive work of Dr. P, decides to share and pass along their reviews with others... that is THE FIRST thing that caught my attention when I was searching for an emergency dentist, and by continuing to write and post reviews, we can increase the chances of others who are needing emergency (or general) dental care in finding this office and also brighten Dr. Ps day with many positive reviews & feedback, and much recognition and appreciation at the very least!!!You can tell Dr. P is sincerely glad to help and goes above and beyond to do so!!!
