Yesterday was my visit to see the hygienist for a regular cleaning and check up. Once in the chair Jackie made me feel comfortable. As she began to work, Jackie kept me updated as to her progress and what was next to be done. If you’re looking for a good dentist, don’t go any further than seeing Dr Parker, if it’s a hygienist you’re looking for, Jackie will not disappoint you.

The dental office is nice . We get a room all to your selves. We didnt have to worry about other patients listening as to what needed to be done . We were really satisfied with not only the room . Got my wisdom teeth removed and was pleased with how supportive the doctor and staff were. They made me feel comfortable despite my nerves (never had any type of surgery previously) and everything was straightforward from start to finish. Grace was especially helpful following the procedure, answering all my questions - even some I had to ask more than once in my stupor. Hands down the absolute best dentistry I have ever been to. From scheduling, to friendliness, cleanliness. I had all 4 wisdom teeth removed and it was done quick and I only experienced mild pain in recovery with almost no swelling. I could not recommend this place enough.

I am 21 years old and got four wisdom teeth removed at Higgins Family Dental. I was initially stressed about being able to find an appointment somewhere, as many other oral surgeons have long waiting lists. I talked to Kathy at the front desk about the time sensitivity of my situation (I am moving out of the country soon), and she was able to get me in the following day for a consultation. I managed to get an oral surgery appointment for about two weeks later.I had such a pleasant experience with Kathy that I was eager to write a review, but I decided to wait until after I had the surgery. I will admit I initially was a bit hesitant about the operation, as I did not see many reviews or information on the website regarding wisdom teeth oral surgery.Dr. Meehan did an excellent job. He is very personable, and you can tell that he is confident in his work. After the surgery, I never at any point had very significant / unbearable pain. I just had my two-week post op appointment, and everything is healing very well.Everybody I have encountered at this office has been nothing but friendly and accommodating. The office itself is very clean and modern. Based on my great experience, I highly recommend getting oral surgery here.

Been seeing Dr Sergio at the old location and recently had a visit at the new office. Major upgrade in equipment and computers. Everything runs much faster and smoother and I am sure the staff at the front desk and in the back appreciate it! Everyone was nice, professional and helpful as they always have. Definitely the top dental office I have ever been to and I have seen quite a few! I was happy with the service. They take a lot of insurance types and it seems as if they are more reasonable with their prices as well.

Hello,I want to start off by saying I am terrified of the dentist due to past bad experience which led to me having PTSD However this experience was nothing like Ive had in the past. I had the best experience ever, the doctor explained what was going to happen, he was gentle and made me feel comfortable and relaxed. I had a molar removed and I was painless. I have to mention the nurses they were outstanding. I have found my permanent dentist. Thank you 😊

Great staff and service. The front desk is very friendly and welcoming. I was a pt of Dr Makowski for a very long time but he has recently retired. I just recently saw Dr Sergio who was very informative, and made me feel at ease. The new offices are really nice and the parking lot a plus.

Dr. Mike Korolyov is the BEST dentist I have ever had. I’ve only been a patient of the office a few years, but the hygienists and him are very caring. The front office staff always has a smile on their face.I had to have a filling replaced this week. I told him I have a fear of needles in my gum line. He took my fear into consideration and the experience was great. Definitely painless. I highly recommend this practice.

Grace helped me with the panarex. I didn’t think I could do it due to my severe gagging, but I got it done.

Friendly professional environment that provided me with long overdue dental work. I have been going for a few years now and continue to be impressed with each visit. In addition to the wonderful staff and the office location they stand by the appointment times which is hard to come by these days. I just had my first appointment at Higgins Family Dental, and it was great! First off, their receptionists are absolutely lovely and were very patient as I rain checked the first two appointments. When they warned me that their schedule was filling up quickly and their next availability wouldn’t be until June, I mentioned a few days the next week that would work well fir me. They made a note of it, and the first cancellation they had they made sure to call me!Upon arrival of my appointment they did the usual pandemic protocol, taking temperatures, handing me sanitized pens to fill out my ‘first time’ form, and then making sure everyone that was waiting, was spread out. The woman who cleaned my teeth was as friendly as can be and Dr. Korolyov was very pleasant as well. All around a delightful and professional experience!

Dr. Mike Karolyov is an excellent dentist! Im age 69. Had been going to the same dentist on Higgins Road since I was around age 12. So that dentist moved to Michigan and sold practice to Dr. Mike. His office just happened to be down the street. Ive been seeing Dr. Mike since late 2017. He and entire staff are very caring. Highly recommended to anyone!New location just blocks west of old one. Now at 7134 Higgins. Great place. I like that they now have their own parking lot. Same great people. New hygienist Luz excellent. And, of course, as is Dr. Mike!

This was my first time there today with my mom she was beyond nervous an extraction of a tooth but the whole entire staff and service Plus the doctor were amazing thank you to all for such a great job and caring for your customers Im working with them 10 star if it was up to me they help you and take care of your beyond and over treat you great.

Great visit. I used live in Crystal Lake and drove to a Dentist in Carpentersville. It can be hard to find good dental care and an office that is enjoyable. I finally made the move to Higgins Family Dental and I am very happy with the care and staff so far. My needs are complex and fairly expensive, but we have come up with a good treatment plan. I am excited for my next visits.

My family has been going to this dentist for over forty years. The dentist and the staff are awesome.

Very professional, clean, and in the neighborhood. They handle all your insurance questions and do their best to apply insurance where applicable. Dentist is down to earth and easy to talk to. The hygienists are very personable and thorough. Front desk staff gets you checked in and checked out very quickly. Parking can be a bit of a challenge off a busy Higgins Avenue, but there is free street parking all along Higgins Avenue and it is not zone parking either. Highly recommended for kids 10 and over too.

I started 2 mo ago with a cleaning this went great.followed up with a broken tooth and cap, this was painless.i had a filling in a tooth already capped this was taken care of also painless.Dr. Mike was very considerate and every one else was supper. Thank you

Just general dental care and a cavity. They are the best! Friendly staff, and the care is great. Totally recommend these folks. Same total recommendation...but they are now in a beautiful new space (with parking!) Sadly, they found a cavity, but thats why I try and go regularly. It will be taken care of tomorrow.

The procedure went very smoothly without any discomfort on my part. I have had dental issues since childhood and over the years I visited many dental offices and and was treated by many dentists. Higgins Family Dental and doctor Mike is the office I am going to use and recommend to all my friends.

Everyone there is very nice and makes you feel comfortable. I have been going to Higgins Family Dental since I was a teenager. I was sad to see Dr. Goldblatt go, because of the long relationship Ive had with him as my dentist, but Dr. Mike is wonderful and Im glad I decided to stay with the practice.
