Martha, Mitrovic, Joseph and Angie are very helpful and so nice every time I come in. They have been taking care of my family for a while and every visit is a pleasure with them.

Dental services were excellent. I was pleasantly surprised how organized and professional the staff and support provided!

Dr. Mitrovic and angie did a great job. First time here, they were very professional, did not death around the bush like previous dental offices. Told me exactly what I needed and now Im on the path to nocer, and straighter teeth.

All I wanted was to get a tooth extracted. In order for the extraction I would first have to have a unnecessary deep cleaning. The dentist wouldnt explain why I needed the deep cleaning before the extraction. That dentist wanted to bill my insurance for something I didnt need or want.This dentistry is all about overcharging the patients insurance. Dont waste your time or money on this dentistry.

I was a bit nervous going back to the dentist after a few years of not going--especially going to a new dentist I had never been to before. Luckily, everyone there was very kind and patient. I was called in right on time for my appointment so no long wait, and the tech that took my xrays was very nice. I told her I was a little anxious about todays visit, so she explained everything that would happen and walked me through each step. I ended up getting a procedure today (yes! same day!) and have to go back next week to finish it up, but I am glad I chose them as my dentist office.

This was one of the worse experiences I ever had. The office only looked at me as a dollar sign. Both the doctor and the assistant were cold and distant and didnt even bother to listen to what I had to say. They sent me to a specialists saying that it would be covered by my insurance, but it wasnt. False information and I ended up having to pay $115 out of pocket. Horrible. Do NOT go to this office or any of the American Dental offices. Such a disappointment and I still did not get any benefit out of the visit. No teeth cleaning, just specialists and more money in their pockets.

The doctor at this office 84th and Kenzie, Dr.T. Mitrovic is so cold hearted and unprofessional. I didn’t feel like a client. I felt like a “money squeeze my insurance machine”. She had no concern about me. I need a doctor that care about the patient. This was my first time and wanted to get a cleaning. She did everything but the cleaning and I tried to ask her some questions but she said “ just have a seat in the lobby.” In a very rude manner. I asked them for my X-rays. I won’t be going back there.
