I love the attentions of the staff, they are very friendly and attentive with the service and your needs, and Dr. Ogbara is a love and very professional works quite well. I recommend this office 100% my teeth now look whiter and without cavities. Like those of my daughter who also cares there. Thank you very much for your services and kindness.

Doctor he is really professional. This is the most comfortable dentist office I have ever been to. The dentist is absolutely fantastic professional. The dental assistants are just as gifted. The front desk staff are highly experienced in the management of insurance issues, and are so friendly and helpful explaining everything. I highly doubt I will ever be as satisfied by another dental office. 5 stars all day

The take home whitening kit is not effective, at home kit is very poorly productive. Not worth $200!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Don’t get ripped off! The entire clinic experience was very poor . From the clinic being closed without noticed during my appointment when I asked for time off from work to lack of information on the take home kit ! If I can give it a zero I would!

All the staff is very respectful and professional, I didn’t feel demeaned as I have felt before at other dentist offices. All the workers speak English and Spanish and they are very caring, they treat you as a patient, not a customer. Their prices are VERY GOOD!!! I won’t go anywhere else from now on. They are also very efficient and they book appointments very quickly.

I had a really good experience the staff is really friendly and the place is really clean they take car of you since you cross the door Dr. Ogbara is really gentle and when he is working he is always making sure everything is ok or asking if you are on pain . I was with an other clinic and it was awful so I really recommend doing this place and the Dr. Ogbara

I have been a long time client, since 2011 or 2012. In the past, I would have given them a 4 or a 5. Since the pandemic, though, the quality seems to have worsened. I had a dental emergency caused by a botched root canal. I tried calling their number 11 times over 2 days. I left voicemail messages even crying from the pain. No call backs happened. I eventually found an emergency dentist that saw that the root canal was done poorly. One side of the root filling was overfilled and the other side was underfilled. That dentist tried correcting the error, but the pain remained. I ended up extracting the tooth. I called 26th street asking about whether they received my calls, they denied it...and probably did not check their voicemails. I then tried calling the dentist who did my root canal poorly to try to reconcile/inform him of his error for future reference. I never got a call, even a week later. What appealed to me about 26th street was that they had a sliding scale and worked with the uninsured. They also consistently called to make sure you scheduled your 2 times a year exams. Over the years, though, they have experienced turnover. Since the pandemic, the services seem more unreliable. This place is a 4 or 5, until there is a true emergency. Avoid it if you have one. They are okay for cleanings and exams. Depending on your dentist, it seems, root canals can be a hit or miss. I really do not know why my root canal and the way my tooth was handled had to do with lack of dentist skill or just an accident. I realize that root canals are done with a level of risk, however the dentist should be available to work with the patient when that arises. The most hurtful thing for me is that they never attempted to make things right, despite my trying to communicate with them. In any case, I won’t be recommending any more friends and family anymore, especially if there is an emergency. Due to my traumatic experience with the excruciating dental pain and lack of follow through, I cannot recommend them anymore. Thank you, 26th street for the years of service...I hope you do better to remedy errors and follow up with your clients in the future.

I really like this place and the people who work there. Everyone is just so nice and patient. I suffer from severe anxiety and they do everything they can to make sure that I am comfortable. They tell me everything they are doing before doing it and let me wear headphones so that I can have peaceful music playing while they drill. This is the place if you need something done right

I drive 45 minutes to come to this place. Honestly the Dr and staff are amazing, I was so terrified when they told me i had to get my 4 wisdom teeth removed. The Dr was amazing he was calming me down during the whole process.. I did not feel pain at all during the whole process. Its my third day and i feel amazing i had to get stitches and honestly I feel no pain not even at the top or the bottom.... Thank you so much guys ! You guys are awesome... Especially the Dr and all the assistants !

Let me start by saying that I have a 6 yr old and an 8yr old that LOVE going to the dentist, which Dr. Ogbara have done dental work on both of them. If this doesnt convince you to stop by for a visit I dont know what will. The staff are friendly and very patient with children and every time we walk into the office, they always make us feel like family. Thank you doctor and staff for always proving great care to our family.

I love the 26th Street Dental Center. The atmosphere is clean and friendly. My experience here made me feel so comfortable, unlike most dental visit where you are nervous and anticipate a bad experience. The staff is awesome...very courteous and professional. The dentist is does excellent work and is very skilled in many areas. There probably wont be any referrals to other dentists because his skill set is really broad. I didnt feel any pain during my procedures. I highly recommend him.

This place is amazing. When it comes to saving your teeth Dr. Ogbara is the man you are looking for. He explained everything to me about an infection I had in back tooth from work that another dentist worked on years ago. Long story short Dr. Ogbara was able to fix it and save my tooth. I am very thankful for him. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a great dentist.

I was so disappointed that this very qualified dentist whom I picked would not accept Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO for adults. I made an appointment down the street with another dentist. My problem is one of urgency, so this made me very upset. A lot of dentists in this area do accept my insurance. Please, keep this in mind when you choose this dentist. Thank you.

Cost of procedures were not explain thoroughly, expect to pay $77 dollars for a mediocre cleaning (not including doctor examination nor x-rays), and they dont accept the mayor credit cards they say/display they do.

The whole group is very professional. I had an extraction done and the doctor and his nurse were very nice, and it did not last long, the process was very fast and it was not very painful. the doctor knows how to do the procedure professionally. Thank you very much
