Ive had multiple phones fixed with this company, all of a sudden my phones stopped responding to touch. I called customer service and they offer lifetime warranty, the person I spoke to named Omar said its a motherboard issue and Im not covered under warranty. How is it a motherboard issue if you havent taken a look yet ? Then I found out hes the owner. Hes not even a phone technician. I asked for the guy who repaired my device and Omar said hes no longer with the company. So now I cant get either phone fixed. Im never going to use this service again. I promise. liars and cheaters and crooks is all they are!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This Company certainly defines true customer service. I am very happy with how they fixed my water damage phone. After 6 months dealing with local companies to order me a battery I gave up and found this company. They got my Ipad shipped both ways and the battery repaired. I received it back within a week of shipping it. I am more than pleased. Cost was the same as what the local guys promised but did not deliver.

This company had great customer service! Once I paid online I had a shipping box in my mailbox in 2 days. When I shipped them my Samsung s7 for lcd replacement, they repaired my phone and shipped it back in like 4 days from the day I shipped it to them. They also went out of there way to make sure I had all required paperwork to file an insurance claim on this device.

Ive been the Sr operations manager for this company for the past 5 months. The owner of the company, Omar Javed is a thief, liar and a cheat. He refused to reimburse me for over $2,000 dollars worth of fees for parts and expenses that were promised. By far the worst job Ive ever had. I recommend you never do business with this ungrateful company.

I cracked my S7 edge screen. I was going to have ubreakitifix repair it, but they wanted $229. So I looked around and found unduit. Unduit replaced my screen for $40 dollars less. They did an excellent job. Hopefully I wont need them again but I wont hesitate to use them if need be. Also great correspondence from them, always keeping me up to date on my repair job.
