My experience wasnt any good with HP Realty. I was shown a house, which was given to others in-spite of paying the deposit. After that was assured of another in the same property, but was told that the tenants were not moving out. I had to wait for 1month and 15days just to listen and talk about all these and waste my money and time.

Tried to contact the company, receiving no e-mail return nor phone call. Tried multiple people and even the main office, leaving several messages. Once contacting an agent about the place inquired upon, it was merely through text and I was told the place was either taken or in the process. Not only was the apartment available after contacting the owner, he was taking applications.In summary, I wouldnt recommend this realty company. The most I couldve asked was a phone call in return, its a poor business practice to ignore business. If there is no longer a listing available, at the least return a call or e-mail.

Found a place online, emailed them. Got a quick reply from Victor to see it the next day, ended up signing a lease for an even bigger apt a couple of days later and moving in within a week! Thanks Victor!

OFFICE HOURS ARE NOT CORRECT IT SAYS 10 PM CLOSING TIME I WENT THERE AT 8:30 PM ONLY TO BE TOLD THAT THEY WERE CLOSED....BUT STAFF WAS IN THE BUILDING.....DOES ANYONE KNOW OF A REAL REALTY COMPANY WHO DOES GREAT WORK AT A FAST PACE????

Do not do business with this company.I was trying to contact this company in reply to a posting for a rental unit. I attempted to contact them on multiple occasions including calling and emailing. I attempted to contact their main office and realtors: Christina and Ankeit Ghai. I did not receive one response to any of my inquiries over a period of 10 days. Im giving up. Period.

Had the pleasure of working with Ankeit Ghai at HP to rent my home, took care of everything from start to finish and can not be happier with my new tenants. Recommended!

This is the worse service I have ever received. I called this company to view apartment seen on the net. I was called back several days if not a week later By Aliyah Phillips. I set up and appointment to see the apartment after convincing the agent I did not have any evictions. After seeing the apartment I was happy and wanted to move forward with the apartment. After again telling Ms. Phillips I did not have any evictions at all on my record I filled out application and paid $50 fee. The following day a Saturday afternoon the Ms. Phillips called me and told me I had an eviction and that I told her I did not so I lost my $50 for lying basically. I informed her that I had no clue of what she was talking about and I have never been evicted at all. I was told she was not going to argue with me and she ended the conversation. After a few moments I recalled oh!!! My dad was just evicted maybe they mixing us up so I promptly called her back, but she would not pick up so after third try I left her a message about my dad and the fact I am a junior. I also sent her a text telling her about my dad and begging her to look into the info she has because I was sure that is who she is talking about. After several minutes she called back upset that I had called her and pretty much called me a lie and refused to double check the new info I gave her. I realize at this point I was getting know where with her so I decided to call the office I was told someone would look into the situation and call me back I am still waiting for that call back and a I cant reach anyone in this office. I also did my own investigation looking at my own Credit report with no evictions on it as well. All I want is to know where they are getting there info. If I am giving my money I have aright to know were you are getting your info. I goggled eviction and realized you can look up evictions with the county website. I see both my dad and I on here me for a traffic accident in 1995 and my dad for eviction in July, but there is no date of birth or SSN number on there and plus my dad is just Oliver Hart while I am Oliver J. Hart so I am hoping this is not how they came up with there conclusion and no they have not heard the last of me I will be a thorn in there side until I either get my money they stole back or the apartment or proof of there findings. I am positive they will not have any eviction on me since Ive lived at same location since 2005.

Someone from their company posted a listing of mine on Craigslist, using my photos! This is against a whole bunch of rules, so they need to be closed down in my opinion.
