Do not use this company. We had them manage our property for about ten years, but the service really dropped off in the last couple. The firm started to nickel and dime us even more than they had in the past. The final straw was when they contracted a doorbell repair company to do the same operation three times in four months in a building of only ten condos, rather than calling for a single service call. After they were fired by the board, any illusion of professionalism went completely out the window. Connected Property Management attacked us with the fury of a scorned ex-girlfriend. They refused to close the bank accounts. They would make appointments with the new company to hand off physical documents and then not answer the door. I have never seen an operation that was run in such a manner in any line of business that I have worked in. If you contract out with this firm you will come to regret it.
I had a Real Estate brokers license in Illinois for 15 years and a Florida one for 5 years, I also had a CMA (community management associations license) and I managed, did maintenance task for 7 large lake view property’s. As, an on-site resident and a board member for the past 9 years, I do more of the leg work than anyone from Connected Property Management, the only thing they are connected to is their couches. I believe they have managed our association since 2018, they have physically been to the property 2 times. 1st time was for their presentation which is nothing but pure hype. They practically have a policy for everything that would require additional work for them, instead the delicate the task to the board of directors. Our agreements ends Aug 31. In the past year the have mishandled approx. $4,700.00 and I am still finding late fees that shouldn’t be. A regular monthly utility bill that is about the same amount per billing cycle suddenly spikes 100 - 150% you think they would notice that and contact the board to make aware and try to find out how, why and a solution, then next invoice the same and the next, 3 billing cycles of our water bill (6 months) a cost $3,800.00 more than what it should if been, just paid and filed away. Wasn’t noticed until I did an audit. No apologies No restitution. Then it happens again with scavenger company a regular monthly $490.00 bill jumps to $1,179.00 then the next bill is $970.00 again I noticed, I call the scavenger company and get approx $700.00 knocked off. I was informed that a letter regarding our agreement was up for review was sent to them and the board never received it from management to negotiate new agreement. I negotiated a new agreement doubled our garbage capacity containers and changed number of pick up days for a savings of approx. $210.00 a month = $2,500.00 a year, need new boiler an estimate sent to them in May never received it. Bottom line they are the worse, lazy and by far the most incompetent group of licensed people in the state of Illinois. IDPR should look in to this group. Well I have policies too and 1 of them is to not get robbed on the same corner by the same person over and over! Good bye, if I able to file a lawsuit to regain mishandled funds, I am.
Our association has been with connected for about 5 years. We have found them to be high quality, professional, and provide excellent value to the association--especially on matters related to association operations. Our property manager Bonnie Hernandez has been a tremendous asset to our association. I highly recommend them.
Great People to work with. Any time i was in need of something or had o call the office they were always there willing to help in any way they could. Bonnie was always a great help and always accessible when i needed her.
Good people and fast response time. Only reason Im giving 4 stars is they cannot issue live checks for building maintenance
Don’t hire this company. I was on the HOA board and we hired and worked with this service for multiple years. They are often not in the office and it’s difficult to get a hold of them by phone. We were assigned specifically Bonnie. We paid monthly for the management service and we received very little value. They did the bare contract minimum. Anytime we needed reasonable help with something or had a question it was often a long response time or we were completely ignored. Even worse, many normal requests that an HOA board would need and seemed to be included in our contract were often met with a request for additional charges; in my opinion, it was to avoid having to do any extra work. Spend slightly more and you will save in the long run.
As a former Board member and condo unit owner of in a small condominium building receiving Connected Property Management services, I am enthusiastic about the responsive support weve received from CPM, and especially our manager, Bonnie Hernandez.
I would highly suggest using Connected. Our HOA has had a great experience working with them so far.
I was President of an association that used Connected for well over a decade. Their teams are very knowledgeable and helpful especially with condo association rules, dos & donts when dealing with problems and delinquent owners. I wouldnt have been able to run the Association without them.
Total incompetence with basic paperwork.I have been held up for 2 months on a property sale because this company cannot manage to file basic paperwork correctly. Not only have they messed up my paperwork twice, i have had to pay close to $600 for the paperwork. When we were having issues with neighbors they were basically useless and did absolutely nothing.Stay away from this place..
Connected Property Management has been our management company for years now. We have always received top notch customer service from Team Alpha, Eric and Bailey. If we have a question, concern, or if we need something done, Team Alpha has always promptly responded. They also have excellent follow up skills. In the time Ive worked with them they have always been extremely professional, pleasant and efficient. I recommend Connected Property Management and Team Alpha!
These guys are beyond incompetent.Good thing is they dont pick up the phone, so you can only communicate by email and read how inadequate they sound.Downstairs neighbor had a leak, plumber cut out the ceiling fixed a pipe.per by-laws all pipes and wiring in the walls is Association. We are having a 20 e-mail discussion that Plumber said it was not common and Vendor needs to specify if Common element or notand Connected cannot assist with this financial dispute between ownersIn which both me and the other owner agree that this is owned by association.
The team at Connected was very easy to work with. We have an 9 unit condo building that was quickly onboarded. Their review of the property was prompt and offered up good solutions for items that needed attention. Olivia was super helpful - keeping us all informed. Appreciate their help keeping us organized !!
Either the majority of these reviews are fake, or they just give terrible service (or rather no service) to the buildings in the black communities.Either way, Id never use them again and Im hoping our HOA switches companies as soon as possible.
We use Connected property management for most financial management day to day activities, and interfacing with tenants/owners. Folks posting negative reviews have to understand that, associations will not be run by Connected Property Management themselves. Our team tango, has always been responsive, and we know we can count on them and their support and advise. These guys are great!
Connected Property Management has certainly made things much easier. The idea of taking on an officer role was daunting when we were self run association, but now having a trusted professional team as support takes a lot of the headache away. They are always happy to answer questions and lend helpful advice. It is an ideal way to minimize uncomfortable interactions with neighbors, and simply start having your home be a place of comfort rather than constant business.
Eric Skalinder at Team Alpha has been a pleasure to work with. Prompt in his responses and follow through. They always reach out with any questions/issues and have been a big help in managing the day-to-day of the association. Thanks Eric and team!
Our condo association brought in Connected years ago and we never regretted our decision! They are professional, knowledgeable, and responsive to any and all issues that arise within a condo association. Great online resources and above all informed and courteous staff Thank you!!
They are one of the best property management companies to work with. They are quick to respond, very polite and helpful. The only reason for the 4 star review is that they need to work on updating their portal and websites, they can be very confusing and hard to navigate as a resident.
I currently have Connected Manage both my rental property as well as the Building Association. I highly recommend Connected for either Building Management or Rental properties.Initially when I was trying to sign up to Connected, I saw a few negative reviews and thus had my concerns. The sales person at the time called me and laid some of my concerns to rest. I am happy to say that more than 2 years in, I am very pleased with their service and professionalism.I live internationally so having a good company manage my property is very important. Both managers handling my property and the building management (Melisa and Kristen) have been very supportive and timely.Connected has an easy online system that makes managing my property easy as well as making and receiving payments. They keep you updated with issues and suggest resolutions. They help with Tax filing and other administrative paperwork. They have systems in place for helping us manage our building (which gets very complicated for small associations). They also were VERY helpful when we had issues with late payment of dues. They had good legal advise and great support. The only thing keeping me from giving them a 5* is that I feel connected can do better with managing contractor costs. Whenever there were fixes, they get me a number of quotes and allowed me to choose. However, I feel they can help by driving some of the cost down especially with contractors that they do business with on a continued basis.
If you are looking for a property management firm that is friendly, responsive, and cares about their clients, Connected Property is not the firm for you. The Operations manager is lousy, they don’t answer the phone, respond your voice mails, they respond to your email days later. If a flood, fire, or natural disaster happens at one of their properties they are poor to respond. Think twice before entering into a contract with this firm, there are much better ones out there.
We are a vendor/supplier for Connected Property Management and I have found they are very easy to work with. Communication from their property managers has been excellent...specifically, Kevin Payne and Jamie Parent act quickly to resolve any issues and work proactively with us to enhance the property manager/condo board experience. Working as a vendor, the Connected PM systems allow for us to easily invoice and get paid promptly. I would highly recommend Connected Property Management to any condo board looking to more effectively manage their property.
Patrick was very helpful, walked us through the process and followed up on all our concerns in a timely manner. We appreciate the positive customer service.
With Connected Management, you get what you pay for. This company offers a low cost management option with promises that the cost is low due to being efficient. In reality, you get minimal services and unreliable management. Your board will have to constantly follow up on them. They dont act on explicit action items you give them. They seem to have high turn over and no one on the staff seems to care. You cant count on them to do anything outside the absolute bare minimum, and that will probably take some follow up to get done. They promise a monthly inspection and then recycle the same report month after month. When you try to escalate an issue, you get nowhere and they refuse to be proactive. They botched our transition over to them and havent managed to provide quality service ever since. If saving money is your main goal, they can be functional, but be ready to do more work than you anticipated. They dont deliver on what they promise.
Team Echo - Liz & Sarah have been amazing every since they were aligned to our condo association. Both were ultra responsive to any needs I had. I trusted Liz & Sarah and they did an amazing job. It is hard to find people who follow through on their word, communicate effectively and are forward thinking. Thank you for everything.
Chris and Chanel were very helpful in assisting me in getting some documents I need very quickly for a closing. They were able to contact the Condo Association to get the needed signature and I had the docs in hand later that day. Wonderful work. Great service. Im very thankful.
We have used Connected to manage our 11 unit condominium for about 7 years now and they have been great! We managed the property ourselves for a few years and it was a HUGE headache so we looked for a management company and found Connected. It is great to have someone there who will handle everything from paying the bills on time, to having attorneys available for advice, etc. to landscaping and snow removal quotes.
Very poor service! It took two days for them to respond to get an unauthorized vehicle towed from my parking spot. Finally, I had to report it to the cops and get it towed.
Our condo board has used Connected for the past 5 years. We are a smaller 9 unit building and they have really helped get us organized and on an annual schedule. They have been an absolute pleasure to work with and are very responsive via email and phone. I would not hesitate to recommend them for their management services.
I have been the president of a small Condo association for 7 years and there is no way I could have handled all the work associated if I didnt have Connected to help. The team has always been extremely responsive and I even had the president of the company help me solve a problem on the weekend. Every employee I have worked with has been extremely professional and helpful. I highly recommend the entire staff at Connected.
I am the contractor at Gutierrez Home Remodeling, and am happy to say that I am a vendor who has worked with Connected. Ive personally worked Mr. Kevin Payne, a man with great personality and communication skills. Overall, this is a must go company that provides the utmost work ethic!
Team Charlie is very professional and responsive. Theyve managed our property for 3 years and where ever we ran into hiccups, as is life, Connected Property was always available and willing to help guide us through. Highly recommended, and thank you!
Seems like a great company so far. Katie Hall has been particularly patient and helpful. Some bumpy roads getting started. Prompt response to any concerns. Good stuff.
I worked with Sarah and Liz on our connected team both as a resident and a board member. Overall, they were both very, very good to work with; they got things done. Having heard horror stories from friends in condos with other management companies, I was surprised by Connected, their professionalism and their follow through. Thats not to say everything was perfect, because it never is, but we could not have managed the building without their help.
I just want to keep this simple. I rent a unit in Chicago. The owners moved to Arizona. I really with they had used a different company. Maybe Connected Property management is good for the owner. I cannot say. I can say, that CPM is a headache to deal with for a renter. I had to give it a 0 because 1 is good, 2 is very good and 3 is excellent. Doesnt leave much room.
As a long time board member, I was generally happy. CPM proved to be a great lower cost option for our small building. While there may be extra/per use fees (i.e. for project/repair quotes), the monthly rate was lower than other management companies - that means when we didnt need things like quotes, we werent paying for them. Over the 10 or so years I was on our board, there was quite a bit of turn over with our management team (as expected since people move up and/or on) but the transition was always seamless and the staff informed. If youre looking to keep your associations rates low while not sacrificing response time and service, Id recommend CPM.
My firm is a vender for Connected Property Management so i get the privilege of seeing the managers in action. My firm is only involved when some sort of a disaster happens and seeing the managers communicate clearly with the associations is very helpful in any process let alone a inconvenient one such as water damage or a fire. I enjoy working with the managers here because they take a lot of pride in how the communicate and how transparent they are with the people around them. They are all also very knowledgeable about what they do. Ive worked with Kevin, Omar, Baily, Paul, Tiffany, Bonnie all have far exceeded my expectations!
Im a Realtor selling a unit in a condominium, which is represented by Connected Property Management. Throughout our process of selling, they have been easy to reach and have answered my questions promptly and thoroughly. Because our turn times are tight, I greatly appreciate being able to reach them at a moments notice.
I would strongly recommend the services of Connected. They have been very helpful with annual budget creation, building inspections and administration of owner-notices on a variety of issues. They are very responsive to emergencies and any other urgent matters. And although they have an extensive vendor listing of companies to provide various condo services, they have been accommodating in working with our selected vendors. Again, I strongly recommend them.Board Treasurer4516 Vincennes Condominium Association
Connected has been very responsive. We have been using them for our 9 unit condo building for several months now and they have been great. They helped us save money by suggesting new vendors and have also been assisting us in legal issues.
Katie hall is awesome! We recently moved into a new town home and shes been extremely helpful in assisting with any questions we have. If she cant answer them, she points us in the direction of who can!
Having dealt with many management companies over the years, I can say that Connected is a fantastic company to work with. Bailey and Danielle in the office are responsive, helpful, and professional. Couldnt ask for anything more!
I have been working with Connected Management on several projects and have had a great experience. Everyone is easy to get in touch with and responsive. Great property management company and easy to work with!
Katie from Connected Property Management provided excellent customer service and walked me through their home owners association website in thorough detail. I appreciated the great care that was provided to me, it saved me a lot of time and headache to have a staff member live on the phone.
I am a current board member for an association that uses Connected Property Management, and we have done so for the last 6 years. During that time we have had to deal with some significant building repairs and legal matters involving owners. With the help of Team Charlie, weve been able to navigate these issues successfully. Anything that comes up - questions/concerns/issues - Team Charlie is on top of it in a reasonable amount of time. Anytime maintenance or a repair is required, the Team immediately alerts us and steps are taken to rectify the situation. With that said, the Team cannot do it alone. Our board is responsive, communicative with Connected, and makes decisions so that progress can be made. We are extremely happy with the services that Connected Property Management has provided us.
Excellent customer service, patient and very kind. The people on staff there (especially Katie Hall) are personable and able to help get things done when you need it!
My experience with connected was primarily with Liz and Sarah of team echo. They have always been professional, quick to respond, informative and pleasant to consult with. Under connecteds managment our association was always in order, by-laws clear, accounting on point, and building up to code.Job well done!
As a Board member for my association, I have been totally satisfied with the work Connected Management has been doing for us! They do more than expected, especially when things get crazy. The team has pulled us through some very sticky moments. Thank you Connected!
I am a Board Member of a decent sized condo assoc. I dont work for Connected so when i say PHENOMINAL I MEAN IT!Melissa is on top of everything all the time.Maybe she should train the other reps who others gave 1 star to.Trust me...we are ecstatic at the job they do!Marko
My business has been working as a vendor for Connected management many years now for their properties that they manage and what a great company to work for. Connected associates are always there for their tenants needs and are always quick to fix any issue that maybe wrong with the buildings. If a problem arises we are called out right away from their associates and they always ensure the job was completed and the tenants are always happy. Kevin, Kristen, Marilynn, Lori, Liz, Nick, Stefeni, Sarah, Carly, Jessica, and Omar have always been on standby to help us if we needed entry into a building or help with contacting a tenant and they will bend over backwards to make sure you and the tenants have everything needed and taken care of on their end. 5 Star company 5 star staff 5 star company to work for.
Our small association has used Connecteds services for years and Team Romeo has been professional and timely in their support for our board and our special needs.
DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. This cannot even be called a management company, these people are inept, idiotic, and totally worthless. These people will find a way out of handling any complaint you might have and will refuse to assist you in any capacity whatsoever. Any funds paid to this company would be better spent if they were lit on fire. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. I wish i could give 0 stars.
I am a new owner in a Connected Property Managed Building and I have had a lot of questions. They have been very responsive to my emails and easy to get on phone.
2015 Update - Well, time to update the review in 2015. Karolina was very solid for us while she was there. Once she left, the next Connected manager was non responsive, and very difficult getting him to follow thru with contract bids or get contractor work done, even for water leaks/damage - no sense of urgency, no concept of emergency. Board members are now constantly doing all the work themselves to track down contractors, obtain bids, meet with them, hire them, and in the meantime trying to get Connected to take the lead by giving them step by step instructions (which they still for some reason cant seem to grasp). Isnt that what we pay for with the property manager? Then this property manager also quit recently, and the next one is not much better. It feels like no sense of urgency for anything. No follow up. No follow through. And I hear now they are charging a fee to associations to obtain bids for contract work. Really? Good luck Connected.2014 Review - Weve been using Connected for 3+ years now to manage our 28 unit association, they took over after we let go of our previous absentee property manager. Our property/repairs and our financials were in a mess, and Karolina at Connected helped the association get back on our feet and take better control of day to day activities, repairs and finances. There was definitely a learning curve, as Im sure no two associations are run exactly the same. One thing I would stress is that you cant expect a management company to just take over your association and just fix it. You need active participation from your board, to provide clear direction on protocol for the management company on how to handle emergencies, delinquencies, litigation, clear direction on how to handle day to day activities and different scenarios (and trust me, there will always be new scenarios that pop up that require more coordination). Karolina and her team are very responsive on a daily basis, and they work well with the board in implementing the boards wishes, and in managing the property.
Katie Hall at Connected Mgmt gets 5 stars for her help and timely responses. Response time from some of the others at Connected could be better.
I am an owner not on the board reviewing Connected Property Management. I can’t speak to how they handle the board but they are so much better than old property Management Company at getting back to me. Also, the basic things like the website and financials are always in order. From my point of view I would recommend Connected to another group of owners.
We are selling our condo and needed quite a lot of paperwork from the Condo Management Company, Connected Property Management. They were very helpful, and replied to all requests promptly and with courtesy.
I am a past treasurer and past president of a 26-unit condo building. We have used Connected for 3-4 years after switching from another prominent company whose focus was on larger buildings and who had begun to treat us like second class clients. At Connected, were treated as important clients with a high degree of professionalism. We have worked with the same property manager and her team (Team Echo) throughout. They are organized about getting seasonal and annual work done and have introduced us to new vendors who have provided good service and value for cost. Use of electronic signature software for quote and contract approvals is very efficient.Ours is a vintage building and we have had several major and lots of minor rehab and repair projects in recent years. Connected helped us coordinate all of it as best as I think any property manager could, unless you hired (and paid a much higher monthly rate to) a company that includes on-site project management with their service.Previous reviewers have mentioned the monthly property reports their inspector does. We find them useful, as they have identified a number of issues that had escaped the boards attention. The reports are, however, sometimes late. If others feel the reports are recycled every month, perhaps thats because the condition of their property hasnt changed. Our inspector always notes when he sees that a repair he recommended on the report has actually been made, so I know hes paying attention.A previous reviewer mentioned that Connected now charges a fee for obtaining quotes. Yes and no. They will get you one quote for free, then charge you for a second, third, etc. If youre doing your job as a condo board, you know you cant get just one quote for a bigger project. If you dont want to pay the fees and add $150-200 to your project, I suggest you be prepared to contact vendors yourself and arrange for quotes.Others have mentioned lack of follow-up as an issue. I found this to be no more or less an issue than with any other professional service Ive used.I recommend Connected for similar sized associations with an informed and pro-active condo board.
I am a board member of a decent sized condo association. Ive read through many of these reviews and have had a lot of the same problems. They have actually caused us more issues by hiring them on. They cant ever seem to get the finances correct, rarely get any of our vendor quotes for us as they said they would and when they do it takes months and constant follow up by us to get them. We have been blatantly lied to by one of our contacts. They even screwed up a legal issue we had, after we had triple checked with them on where it was at. They have cost us so much wasted money by not doing their job. Then when it came to getting fired they claimed they lost all of our keys so our new PM didnt have access. Once we told them we are seriously considering a lawsuit against them, they suddenly found our keys. But, yes we are still putting the numbers together in consideration of a lawsuit against them.Having direct contact with them on a regular basis I think Marilyn and Maria were especially awful. Oh and by the way MARILYN IS NOT LICENSED (OR WASNT AT THE TIME WE WERE WITH CONNECTED) . Not only is Marilyn completely incompetent, but she cops an attitude when she is completely in the wrong and doesnt know what she is talking about. Several residents and myself had the same experience where they were assessing late fees on payments that were on time. She would respond by saying we cashed them on the 7th. She actually thinks that the payment isnt counted until they waddle their incompetent butts over to the bank. REALLY, I know its hard to believe someone is that ignorant. Every month, even though I payed electronically and the payment was time stamped, I would have to go through and pull up proof of payment and send it over and explain to her how time stamps on electronic checks work. Unit owners would show up at the meetings and complain about the same problem. We also had an illegal renter who rented from a problem owner, who was arrested for beating someone up in our courtyard. Completely unacceptable. We kept asking them to start the eviction process but they kept ignoring us. Sure enough he attacked another neighbor and a 3rd had a warrant drawn up after he swung at them. They kept saying the owner was in a bind and the owner told them they would handle it. 6 months later, we told them we would call our lawyer and do it ourselves.I m not one of those people who think all management companies are bad, however, I do believe it may take some time to find a good one. Dont wait for things to get better with Connected...they WONT. We were already looking after 6 months.
Working with Connected Property Management is a great experience. Theyre professional, diligent and pleasant!
I work for a company an appliance company called Novak and Parker and I supply consultative appliance recommendations for some of the properties that CPM run. Any time I get called upon to procure appliances for any given property it is always a pleasure to speak with the CPM staff. Most recently I worked with Assistant Operations Manager, Liz Herrera and I have nothing but good things to say about the whole thing from start to finish. Liz is polite, professional and maintains an obvious level of diligence in her work. Aside from that, she continuously follows up and ensures that a resolution is found to whatever the issue or needs may be. Working with a vendor or trade partner is not always smooth sailing but Liz and the rest of the team of individuals I have spoken with make doing business much easier. I have no doubt that if you have the opportunity to work with Connected Property Management you will have the same exceptional experiences I have had.
I am Very disappointed with this Company. The only thing they are consistent with, is taking your money. Team Tango is a joke, manage your own property!!!!
I am fine with them, overall all management companies do mistakes, in my case they do too but they do significantly less then the others.
I am a Board member with a Condominium Association in Chicago, Illinois, who works directly with Connecteds managers. Our Association has been doing business with Connected for about six years. Overall, we have been very pleased with Connecteds service. All of the managers who we have dealt with have been friendly, knowledgable, and aim to deliver effective solutions to the Association. We have recently been working with Kevin Payne and Stephanie Speakmon, Operations Managers, and they have been going above and beyond to research solutions and vendors for any projects we intend on completing. Great job Team Romeo. Also, Connected has customized, easy-to-follow guides for getting an Association through any situation it encounters. Almost any time the Association encounters a circumstance which may require a deep and focused understanding of a process, law, regulation, or governmental procedure; Connected facilitates Board member understanding of such info by supplying the Board members with its tailored guides so that they can fully understand everything that is required. These guides work out great. Again, were very satisfied and would recommend Connected to any Association looking for a property manager.
Our current property management representative does a terrific job and she is very responsive to our questions and needs. We switched to Connected several years ago and plan to stay with them.
I have been running 3p Condominium Services for the past 7 years,And have worked with practically every property manager in the hemisphere.I have found that there are 3 necessities a good property manager must possess.Communication, Honesty, & Professionalism.Connected Property management is always first in my books for easy, smooth, and prompt communication. Whether its via email, or telephone, they all seem to understand, that without good communication, business is impossible, im able to reach their reps regularly.I have experienced working with approximately 19 properties with Connected, & have yet to bemisled on one agreement, promise, or payment. Honesty has been across the board.Professionalism is something you notice the very first time you meet with a Connected Associate. From the always courteous phone calls, to the way they go about handling misunderstandings, between associations, & vendors. I have always enjoyed pairing up with Connected PropertyManagers, to service our clients. My personal experiences of awesome service have been with,Liz CagigalSarah CarpenterOmar AbarcaLori CanoDanielle McKayOlivia DiedenBailey JensenMarie ContrerasKevin PayneI look forward to working with these guys in the future. If you are in search of a management company, for your property,I highly recommend Connected Property Management.!!
As an owner, weve had a great experience with this company. Their staff has been very responsive when weve needed assistance.
Very helpful and kind once I spoke to the right person. My only minor issue was that it took some time to find the right person to speak to regarding my question.
Good people and always professional
Friendly, polite, and responsive whenever I call.
As a board member of a small association, having access to Connected Property Managements contacts and professional experience takes a lot of pressure off of the board to meet association and owner needs. In my experience they have always been very responsive and professional, a pleasure to work with.
I have tried to get a hold of someone from this company and the number is disconnected and no one will email me back.
A nightmare to deal with completely useless
Great service!
