I brought my computer in Wednesday, 8-18: and when I got it home on Saturday, I sat it back up, but I did not use it until Tuesday. It works like I just bought it. Wow! Richard knows his stuff. He said it will last another six months, but I think it will go a little longer. If I knew he was so close in the neighborhood, I would had this computer in his hands. He does great work. I stumbled into a great find. RPC Computing came into my radar when I had a computer issue and I search computer repair near me. When I called, the gentleman that answered was friendly. As I told him about my computer issue, he guided me to inquire to see if my laptop was still covered on my warranty before bringing it to his shop.When I got off, I couldnt help but think this guy was really trying to help me and when I took it to him, he did just that.I recommend his service to anyone who is reading this review. I have an older Dell laptop. I tried to upgrade from Windows 7 to Windows 10 and it stopped working. I took it in to RPC and I am very pleased to say that it was fixed and upgraded for far less than I expected because I received a Senior discount!!! Had to take my laptop in for assistance with the operating system not booting up. He was very knowledgeable and professional, and was upfront with his limitations. He also didnt charge me anything for the consultation...he only charges for actual work done. Id recommend checking this place out.

Brought my laptop here to figure out why it wasnt charging...got a free diagnosis. They dont sell parts, but gave me a good recommendation of where to buy it and I was able to get it the same day. I would come here again and recommend RPC to people having computer issues.
