I brought my busted gaming pc to them after my C drive died and I had made it worse by trying to fix it myself. When I first called, Mark picked up and was clearly knowledgeable and honest. He told me I was in good hands, and that he would take care of me. He certainly made good on that promise by not only fixing the major issue but also deep cleaning my pc, reconnecting old components as well as procuring and upgrading my new hard drive for me. He went above and beyond to fix and optimize my Pc and I certainly would recommend him to anyone having an issue with their Windows machine. Was visiting family in Chicago and my computer suddenly stop working, wouldnt let me past motherboard load-up. Trying taking it in to best buy they ended up trying to charge me 600$+ telling me I needed a new mother board and they needed the computer for a week at least. Only had 3 days left in Chicago so I left thinking id have to take it to a best buy back home. Choose to call Computer Repairman and get a second opinion and thank god for that, he had me drop off the computer that instant. Was super good with communication explaining and even sending me pics throughout the whole process. Problem ended up being a defective SSD which he was able to identify within an hour of having dropped if off. I brought him the replacement part the next morning and within 1-2 hrs was able to pick up my PC working like new with windows and everything reinstalled. He worked really well within my deadline (I was leaving Chicago literally 3 hrs after I picked up the PC), was incredibly communicative, and more than reasonably price. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for any repairs.

Marc is awesome! My computer was not starting up, took it to one place to get it checked out and they said it was the motherboard, a $500+ repair. Took it to Marc for a second opinion and he was able to fix the problem in one afternoon! He was very responsive and overall very easy to talk to and understand. Had a sudden meltdown of my computer and needed it fixed very quickly. Mark was fantastic, within an hour of calling he had my computer in hand and was working on it. I had what I thought was a major problem with my PC, but it turned out to in fact be a pretty minor one. Rather than taking my computer in and charging me for a repair, Mark recognized the issue immediately and told me how to fix it on the spot, for free. My PC laptop started working super slow and after trouble shooting myself for a couple days, I ran out of time and patience to fix. Called computer repairman, dropped off my laptop, and within a couple of hours I had my computer back running like it was before. Great communication and updates. Rate seemed in line with other services I called, but really dont have a good comparison. I do know the price seemed fair for the service provided.
