If I can leave zero star I would. She is very unprofessional. Do not trust the business hours on google because she is not there so make sure to call to make an appointment. Even though you make an appointment make sure to call few hours before you head there because she keeps changing. I went there for dresses alternation and first she said itll take 2weeks, and 2weeks later when I called she said she has been very busy and itll take a month. Every time I call her she keep changing the dates, or give me so many excuses!! On top of that she was frustrated with me that Im not fine with waiting longer! If she told me itll take a month at the beginning it would had been fine so I could go other places or at least Im aware of the time but as she keeps changing everything she says, I literally dont know when my pieces will be done. SHE IS SO UNPROFESSIONAL and NOT RESPONSIBLE!!!!!! Dont waste your time and go to different place.

The lady who owns this business is very kind and helpful. Her prices are good, and she worked with me when I had a quick deadline for getting a dress altered. Ive had 2 dresses altered by her, and plan to go back with a 3rd. Definitely highly recommend!

Mercy was awesome and fitted my suit in time even though I came in super last minute. Ill definitely come back if I need other alterations to my garments.

Ive taken a few pairs of pants here to be altered and they always come out perfect, except for this last time. I took two pairs of pants in to be altered, as I have done before and picked them up a couple days later. When I took them home to try them on, they were still not right. So I took them back and the super nice lady (who I assume owns the place) showed me that the inseam was correct. In other words, the mistake was more of my fault. Anyway, she took them and re-altered them without hesitation. I know I will be back to have more pieces alerted in the near future.

Mercy is amazing at what she does. Shes also very affordable.

I showed up when their hours said they were open but they weren’t open. Not a super good way to run a business.
