Consistory excellent service and results!We have used Diamond Cleaners for more than two years. Everything always comes back clean and well-treated. The two woman there know our names and go out of their way to be helpful and pleasant. As a bonus, whenever we need a clothing repair or alteration it is performed very professionally.

Can you give them a 0? Been taking my shirts in here since we moved in. The last time I got them back, I noticed one of them had a cut on the left elbow. Ok, I had worn through it, that happens. Well I proceed to look through the rest of my shirts, and I fine 3 shirts with the EXACT same cut. Way too much of a coincidence. Ive never had it happen before, and now 3 at once?I take the shirts back, no apology AT ALL from the woman at the store. She takes the shirts and says shell have her manager call me. The next day, I get a call. Not surprisingly at all, they not only say its not their fault, they actually blame me. Their machines dont make that mistake, she says. Its my job and how I wear my shirts. Really? Thats how you explain it?Im so sick of places not taking responsibility for their actions. Not only that, but they then turn around and blame it on the customer? Pathetic services, pathetic customer service, pathetic business.

Great dry cleaner. Wonderful person works there.
