I took a Burberry Suit and Shirt in because there was some easily removable stains. I could have gotten them out myself on the shirt but I figured Id get it cleaned with the jacket since it had been a while. Once they got back to the store front for pick up, I noticed white spots all over the blue shirt. They sent it back to get the starch stains out and it took a month for the shirt to come back - unfixed. They refuse to replace the shirt, saying that they think the stains were already there even when the employee I dropped it off to knows and agrees with me that they werent. Clearly some negligent worker splashed bleach on my $250 shirt. I am taking this dump to small claims court - this lady has no idea what integrity, chain of custody, TORT law, or straight negligence are and Im going to have to teach her via the judicial system.

How NOT to deal with a customer:- quote the wrong price on the phone- stain their shirt- hide while the not at fault employee deals with the situation- refuse compensation- call security on themWORST service EVER.

I’ve been coming here for about a year, and I definitely recommend this place. The owners are also as friendly as they come.
