I have never used a service like this before. Matthew was amazing. He explained everything that he was going to do before he started working. They cleaned my furniture upholstery, area look rug and wood floors. It all looks brand new. I would definitely give them 10 stars if stars were being given. I will also be using them again.

The Representatives who came to our building were terrific! Very professional and they arrived within the expected time window. I got a very handy courtesy text letting me know they were on their way, which provided me a 10 minute warning to get everything open and ready for them. Upon arrival, they worked quickly and the 2 rooms that I needed cleaned came out great! They even moved a few pieces of furniture that I couldnt. We will definitely use them again in the future.

The e-mail of quote and set scheduled appointment were handy. The text messages showing me a photo of the professional technician, Davon, and estimated arrival time were useful. The person who came was on time (within window of arrival), friendly, professional, let me know if prices for added on services to disinfect from sick elderly cat’s vomited hair balls, cleaning, and deodorizations services. The convenience of paying with credit card and signing on his work tablet and e-mailed payment receipt saved paper which is environmentally friendly. I highly recommend Stanley Steamer services.

I had a tenant move out of my apartment building and they left the place disgustingly dirty. The tile, the carpet, trash everywhere. The worker Was very professional and nice however before even starting to work he was already selling future services. I showed him spots on the carpet that needed extra care. He was done in less than 10 minutes and was getting ready to leave when my wife had to point out the same spots that were still there, he proceeded to redo the spots again. After he was gone we noticed that under the dining table it was not even cleaned because we found a piece of plastic paper still there.

The two service guys were very knowledgeable and helpful in giving me tips for maintaining clean carpeting. Josh handled furniture very carefully and returned it to its location. They made my floor look new again and I notice the place smells more refreshed.Great Job!

I had grout cleaning service. The technician was very nice and helpful. I was expecting more for the money. Not exactly what I was lead to believe, the final outcome was just ok at best. Probably would not recommend to someone else.

The technician was polite and professional. However, he didnt pay close attention to the itemized bill. I was almost charged the fee for portable equipment when in fact he was able to park close enough to the entrance to use the truck mounted equipment.Also, the couch took longer than the estimated 4-6 hour drying time. It didnt dry completely until the next morning (more than 12 hours).May go with a company that uses hot water extraction only next time.

Our carpet specialist Kaleb D. went over our carpet a couple of times. Kaleb did not rush at all, he took his time. Kaleb also had some good recommendations about different types of carpet plus Kaleb filled me in on the programs that Stanley Steemer offer, awesome young man, definitely recommend!

Technicians arrived promptly polite courteous and professional removed all pet and oil stains from carpets stains which had been on the carpet through many other contracted cleanings by previous carpet cleaning companies Cleaning time was quick and thorough . After explaining the process of cleaning the area rugs at the factory All area Rugs were sent out to their factory for cleaning which was an added convenience I did not have to be concerned about pick up and delivery This was the first time I used Stanley Steemer I will use Stanley Steamer for all of my cleanings from now on. They did an incredible job!!!

I am extremely satisfied with the work two professional, helpful, and friendly technicians did at my home, cleaning one sofa, a loveseat, and four upholstered chairs. What was especially helpful is that all the furniture dried easily and quickly. In addition, they cleaned and sealed the stone floors, walls, and shower stalls in two bathrooms, which turned out to be pristine and looking like new. They were a real pleasure and I will certainly use them again in the future.

I used Stanley Steamer for vent cleaning service. The technicians were very thorough in explaining and performing the process used for vent cleaning. The complaint I have is all the debris that was left on the floor in my basement. There was also shoe covering left on my lawn after the technicians loaded their equipment on the truck. I feel there should have been some clean up performed as well.

Although a bit pricey, they did a really great job cleaning my carpet. Also, the phone representative was very patient and accommodating to my last minute need to reschedule to a later date. As well, the employee who cleaned my house was very polite and worked hard to clean my dirty carpet. If you have the money for it, this is definitely a high quality carpet cleaning service.

When the technician arrived to give me an estimate he gave me a price of 754:00 with all the extras i refused this price and had jim recalculate minus the extras we went back and forth on the pricing in the end i refused the service he told me i would get an email when i got the email his price was 141:00 he fabricated what he told me. My sister and Son has used your services and was pleased with the service and low pricing for more than was needed for me. The pricing was jacked up to the point were i couldnt afford the services

I received a quote to have S.S. clean and restore the grout in 2 bathrooms, including the shower/tub grout for approx $300. Two technicians arrived and then said to get the grout clean it would be $650. This felt like a bait-and-switch. I told them we wouldn’t use the service since they can’t guarantee the work that was quoted. The two technicians said they would restore the grout and just charge the quoted amount. This didn’t not happen. They were in our condo for less than an hour and the grout looks exactly the same, stained and discolored throughout. It looks like didn’t even touch the grout under the sinks either. I will be calling to see if Stanley Steamer can make this right by sending someone out that will actually perform the work that was quoted and paid for. I would strongly urge anyone who is thinking of using S.S. for grout cleaning to go somewhere else. Photos of the grout will follow this posting.

Had some family dogs stay with me for a couple of months. even though I had pads all around the place the two males got into a pissing contest. Once they left I called Stanley Steamer and Simply incredible. It looks exactly like it did on the first day I moved in. NO stains NO smells. Got a quote from Branch Office servicing West Loop area. Quote was for carpeted stairway and about 1700 sq ft of marble which they wrote as “tile”. When we accepted they made us wait 3 weeks. Guy finally shows up and tells us “oh I don’t even have the machines in my truck to clean all this”. Nice. Regional Manager Mary Napier was supposed to call me back after I called the office that gave us this quote. She did not. Sadly for themI am a franchise expert so I’m sensitive to how these companies operate. If I didn’t find this whole thing appalling I would never post and hurt a company. Shame on you @Stanley Steemer.

In the fall of 2020 I used this company to clean the carpet in several rooms in my mother’s home. The crew that came did a very good job and they were polite. However, they sold me additional services at a cost of $2,000.00. I was supposed to be able to get my mothers carpets cleaned several more times without additional cost.Today, a crew came and wanted to argue about what they would or would not do under the multi-thousand dollar contract. I repeatedly stated that all I wanted them to do was to clean my 90 year old mother’s bedroom carpet. They did not clean her carpet nor any other part of her home.I called to report this and to better understand of what value my exhorbatently high contract with Stanley Steamer was to me or to my mother if we could not even get her bedroom carpet cleaned.The very polite woman with whom I spoke said she would have someone contact me to discuss what did not happen in the day. I have heard from no one.Apparently they do NOT value good paying customers. I wonder if this whole contract thing is a scam.

Explained what they were doing, shared progress along the way and did tests to show me how much dirt/ pet hair could be pulled up by doing area rigs which I hadn’t planned for. Furniture and rugs are distinctly more clean after they left and feels better for my family.

They totally up-sold me when they got here. Talked me into getting everything sanitized, which increased my total by $200. The main guy just kinda talked in circles and assured me this was necessary. Of course I regretted it a few minutes later, and felt like I had been duped, but I didnt confront them. I figured it was my bad. But Im warning others to be prepared for this upsell so you dont fall for the same thing. They cleaned my carpet, a couch, and a loveseat. The loveseat looks great, but I dont notice a difference at all with the couch (which in all fairness is white) or the carpet.

The technician recommended that our area rug be removed and cleaned off site and told me the cost was a “little more”. He said that using the standard steam clean could cause the dye to bleed and ruin the rug. The cost was 4x what I was originally quoted! I called HQ and questioned the need to have a viscose/rayon rug treated offsite and they assured me only high end Persian and wool rugs need to be treated this way. In the end, the technician relented and cleaned the rug here.I would not recommend this company unless you like to be tricked ind overcharged.

Ive used off brand carpet cleaners before and thats what i was expecting, they do the job but nothing is noticeably different other than they have been cleaned. Not the case with Stanley Steemer. I feel like the clock on my carpet got rolled back 10 years. Ill never shop them around again. Nice to have found a reliable company who does a GREAT job.
