This is the first time I used Neat Cleaning Services and I was satisfied. The cleaning crew was two woman. They brought all their own supplies, even the vacuum cleaner. They were on time; in fact they were a couple of min early. Im an on time person so that is important to me that other people are too. Im looking forward to them helping out again and getting me ready for the holidays.

I have been using Neat Cleaning for a few years now and theyre great. Their prices are competitive and we always get the same cleaner, Barbara, who is amazing. Shes almost become like family to us! My toddler daughter gets excited when Barbara is coming for the day, and shes good with our somewhat crazy dog too. The company owner coordinates the scheduling of the cleanings and she is always very easy to reach via phone call or text. There have been times when Ive had to make changes to my cleaning schedule and shes always been flexible. I was always hesitant to go with a company who had a zillion cleaners on staff and would just send a random cleaner for the day, because I like knowing who is in my house and also my dog doesnt respond well to new people. So Neat Cleaning works really well for us with the consistency.

I scheduled a cleaning for Saturday and the owner called me back and said they were completely booked up. She told me they can come clean the following Friday at 9am. My fiancé worked from home specifically for that reason and no one showed up. I called the owner and she said she still had me down for the Saturday that was completely booked up and got her days confused. She couldn’t even get anyone for later in the day for her mistake. Horrible customer services and I will never be using your services again. I will also tell people to not use your services.
