Absolutely terrible service I was told the tailor was staying until 3 and when I arrive the tailor is always gone after 1. They’re not very professional compared to other dry cleaners and I honestly wouldn’t recommend them unless you were VERY desperate.they never have multiple tailors for the day and it’s ridiculous compared to others who can be available around the clock

Dropped 29 pieces off to get cleaned. When my fiancé went to pick up my items, 2 pieces were missing and the attendant had on my sweater. It’s very unique and it was custom made by a friend. This is NOT sold in stores or online! This is ridiculous! The owner is not responsive and the workers are HORRIBLE! This establishment steals clothing and wears the stolen items to work!

Dried & shrunk my clothes

Just left the cleaners I was told my work clothes wouldnt be back until after 5 p.m today when they were supposed to be back yesterday. The young lady who waited on me got very frustrated when I explained that her answer was not acceptable. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told that one wasnt available. After looking for my clothing one time I asked could she look again. When I asked her I thought I was actually looking at my clothing hanging up. I told her to look where I was looking and low and behold there were my items. Another older woman told her she should apologize and she refused stating it was not her fault. This is why a supervisor or older adult is needed on site at all times.

I love the seamstress in the cleaners, she cannot speak English well but she knows her way around a sewing machine.

Do not go here they messed up my coat 🧥 then tried to blame the stain and bleach stains on me anytime someone takes damaged clothes to a cleaners they write it down for liability reason so why lie and say I brought my coat in damaged when it wasn’t and you have it written no where for you to have proof. They are argumentative and lousy service. Not to mention they lost my belt to my jacket as well smh just sad and the whole time to one who cleans it’s was yelling because he knows he was wrong YOUVE BEEN WARNED

DONT DO IT. THEY HAVE NO INTEGRITY. I took my coat to be cleaned a week before thanksgiving. It wasnt ready when it was supposed to be. When I finally get it a few days later than I was supposed to, the zipper’s broke. The zipper is missing from the track. They held my coat for a few more weeks pretending they were going to fix it, but the whole time they were expecting me to pay for a new track. What sense does that make? They did nothing to rectify the situation. Wack service. Disgusting.

The seamstress Lady is very professional..my clothes are clothes are usually cleaned and pressed very nice..Good service.😎

This Crisp-N-Cleaners located at 3044 W Madison has on a couple occasions lost pieces of my clothing and back in September two of my white shirts got ink damaged and they tried to cover it up by telling me that my shirts wasnt ready after about a week they finally admitted that my shirts got damaged along with some other white shirts because they over looked a ink pin in a pocket, I filled out a claims form and has not received any compensation yet,every time I call them they give me the run around,
